Nos dieron incluso una habitación mas grande y espaciosa de la que habiamos reservado. Nos atendieron estupendamente,nos recomendaron lugares y nos ayudaron con taxis y restaurantes. • PARSY (10/5): Excellent séjour dans ce Riad magnifique avec un personnel au top - Le Riad est magnifique, la chambre est belle et fonctionnelle. La terrasse sur le rooftop est magnifique. Les petits-déjeuners sont bons et copieux, et ils changent chaque jour. Les repas au Riad sont succulents. Le gérant, Abdel, est présent toute la journée ; il est disponible et professionnel. Le personnel de service est aux petits soins. Abdou, le veilleur de nuit, est serviable et très agréable. Les services proposés — transferts aéroport, repas, excursions… — sont un plus appréciable. Le Riad est très bien situé, dans le quartier des Épices, à deux minutes à pied du palais Bahia et à 10 minutes de la place Jemaa el-Fna. Je conseille à 1000%

• Wendy (8/5): - Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We zaten ook heel dicht bij de medina. Helaas was onze ruimte niet heel schoon. schimmel in de douche en wc. De hoeken van de slaapkamers waren vol met stof. De badkamer had maar een heel klein straaltje water weinig druk. Ze hebben er ook vogels vliegen die maakte ons steeds rond 6 uur wakker.
• Gulshanara (10/5): - Staff - Abdul and team were great; friendliness, helpfulness and service, location was perfect (just a brief alley from spice market/the mellah, but not complicated to get to) - right at the foot of the busy souk area that leads up to jemaa el fana, very close to Bahia & Badi palaces, Saadian Tombs & the Kasbah. The decor was authentic and the small touches were lovely, our room was spacious and we got upgraded (for a small charge) to a suite as our party increased, the rooftop terrace was amazing ! Breakfast was good, the tortoise was a nice touch and Abdul gave us flexibility to leave bags, return back to the riad to freshen up and arranged a taxi for our evening flight.

The location is perfect—central and convenient for exploring everything in Marrakech. ​A special thanks to Abdoul, who essentially runs the whole place; he was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was seamless. The entire staff was flawless and assisted us with every request. ​With such excellent value for money and top-tier service, we couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be back!

• Rosario Anle (9/5): Riad muy agradable y bien situado - Está muy bien situado, en el barrio judío, que es más tranquilo que la Medina. Habitaciones estupendas, los baños amplios y bonitos. El desayuno es abundante y variado. La cama individual es pequeña, no cabría una persona grande.

El desayuno espectacular y está muy bien ubicado, en la plaza de los hojalateros, que tiene mucha vida La piscina no es “una piscina para bañarse”, está en medio del salón En ese salón, que está en el patio, al que dan las habitaciones se da la cena y hay música y hasta las 12h de la noche no dejó de haber ruido, por lo que si tienes el sueño difícil no es muy agradable

• Luana (9/5): Consigliato! Pulito, centrale e Staff gentilissimo. - La posizione è centrale. È pulito! Le colazioni sono super buone ed abbondanti. Lo staff è gentile ed accogliente. Karima è dolcissima e gentilissima, voto 10. Abdu è simpatico e sempre disponibile anche per lui un feedback da 10. Abbiamo fatto attraverso loro due escursioni e lo consiglio perché organizzano tutti gli spostamenti in maniera impeccabile. Purtroppo il bagno senza finestra. Mi dispiace perché è la stanza che abbassa un po' la media leggendo anche gli altri feedback. Dal bagno esce un cattivo odore e senza finestra arriva in camera ed è un cattivo odore abbastanza forte.

• Cornet (10/5): C'était parfait, tant la magie du lieu que l'accueil chaleureux que nous y avons reçu. - Le Riad est un oasis de quiétude au milieu de l'agitation de la médina. Situé dans une ruelle étroite et à l'écart, on se demande un peu où on arrive. Mais passé le seuil, c'est l'émerveillement. Tout était parfait, du confort à la déco. Les chambres sont magnifiques et calmes, la terrasse sur le toit est un vrai plus, comme la possibilité de se baigner dans la piscine du patio, garnie de mosaïque. L'ensemble du personnel est charmant, et tout particulièrement Abdul, qui s'est occupé de nous avec beaucoup de prévenance. Si nous ne devions retenir qu'une seule chose, ce serait l'hospitalité, la simplicité, la disponibilité et la sympathie de nos hôtes. Nous avons mangé plusieurs fois au sein de l'établissement, et c'était un régal pour un prix tout à fait modique. Bref, nous y retournerions sans hésiter une seconde ! Très honnêtement, je ne vois rien à améliorer.

The staff were amazing - Location is excellent and the rooftop was a wonderful, peaceful escape in the afternoon after a day of the hot crazyness in the souks. The breakfast was lovely and slightly different each day, it more than filled us up till lunch. The staff arranged a hammam for us & actually walked us there! That was the best thing after a couple of days walking around & a really fun experience. Beautifully tucked away, I would definitely book again The pick up from the airport wasn't as smooth as we expected and because it was quite late we ended up arranging our own transfer. The amount of taxi's and greeters outside the airport makes it difficult to navigate but we got there in the end & Riad apologised for the delay
• elena (6/5): Riad decisamente sopravvalutato.... - I riad sono sempre una sorpresa, in tutti i sensi... il personale è comunque stato gentilissimo, e il silenzio regnava sovrano. Il bagno unico e piacevole, molto naive... La camera, essendo al piano terra, era purtroppo buia e umida. Lo stesso dicasi dell'armadio, inutilizzabile. Avendo la macchina, la presenza del parcheggio era fondamentale, ma le spiegazioni per raggiungerlo sono state incomplete e troppo generiche.
• ROBERTO (10/5): - Il riad è un piccolo angolo di paradiso nel cuore della medina: curato in ogni dettaglio, elegante e autentico, con un’atmosfera rilassante che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Le camere sono splendide, pulitissime e arredate con gusto tradizionale marocchino. La terrazza è perfetta per godersi momenti di tranquillità, magari con un tè alla menta al tramonto. Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff, sempre sorridente, disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con professionalità e calore umano. • Fabienne (8/5): Schönes Riad, Lage auf eine Seite hin schön - Liebevoll dekoriertes Riad, ein kleines Schmuckstück. Lage in Gehdistanz zu Einkaufsstrasse und schönen Plätzen. Unweit Riad in Richtung Medina unangenehme Gestalten (betrunkene Typen, einer hat meinen Mann beschimpft, ein anderer angespuckt). Betten mässig bequem.

Espai molt agradable i tranquil. Llit confortable. Wifi correcta L'esmorçar pot millorar i els sopars que hi vam fer també poden millorar, especialment en l'oferta, ja que el servei era bo.

• Cristina (10/5): Un séjour absolument parfait dans ce riad. - Le lieu est superbe, très spacieux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les chambres sont magnifiques, impeccablement propres et offrent un vrai confort. L’ensemble du riad est très bien entretenu ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. La terrasse rooftop est un véritable atout : très belle et agréable. Le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel. D’une gentillesse rare, toujours souriant, attentionné et disponible, on se sent immédiatement accueilli comme chez soi. Mention spéciale pour le dîner sur place, qui était absolument excellent. Une vraie surprise, avec des plats savoureux et de grande qualité. Enfin, le riad est idéalement situé, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de la ville. Je recommande sans hésiter.
• Astrid (7/5): Schönes Riad, wenn man das richtige Zimmer bekommt - Lage gut. Dachterrasse - als sie dann mal hergerichtet war - sehr schön. Wenigstens machte man es vorher möglich, dass wir trotzdem oben frühstücken konnten. Personal: hervorzuheben unser Frühstücksmann (wo ich leider den Namen nicht kenne) 👍🏼 alle anderen treten nicht in Erscheinung. Hausschildkröte Überraschend finde ich die Belegungspolitik: Wir hatten mit 3 Erwachsenen für einen „relativ“ langen Aufenthalt das absolut kleinste und dunkelste Zimmer, während 2 Personen für 1 Nacht in den großen Zimmern residieren. Desweiteren kann man das Sofa nicht einmal als Sofa benutzen, geschweige denn darauf schlafen - nichts als ein Brett. Ohne mitgebrachte Luftmatratze (die wir auf unseren Travel-Reisen immer mit dabei haben) wäre an Schlaf nicht zu denken gewesen. Die Schränke sind unbenutzbar, da nach 1 Tag meine Kleidung abgestanden roch, was aufgrund des einen Fensters in den Innenhof - welches offen zum Einsteigen einlädt - auch einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch im ganzen Zimmer verursacht.
• Stefanie (10/5): Top plekje! - De locatie is echt super, je zit mooi centraal en alles is op loopafstand. Ook zit je ideaal qua pick-up point voor excursies. De Riad zelf is prachtig, met een heerlijk ontbijt en super vriendelijk personeel. Prachtig dak terras ook trouwens en alles is lekker schoon! We sliepen aan de straatkant, hierdoor had je wel wat meer lawaai vanaf de straat. Maar dit niet als erg ervaren.

Yes the location is good, the room and common areas are very inviting, including the terrace, it was the staff that made my stay very memorable. • ROCIO (10/5): Ir a Marruecos y sentirte como en casa - Ubicación fantástica, camas cómodas,habitaciones limpias y Riad muy confortable,trato excepcional por parte de Abdul,su hermana y el resto del equipo.Nos han hecho sentir como en casa y nos han ayudado en todas nuestras dudas. • Nithin (9/5): Super friendly and nice. - Staff were super friendly and always there to cater for your needs. Felt very welcome. Room was done up traditionally and was spacious. The ground floor room lacks privacy since the windows open onto the courtyard and people sitting down for dinner can see inside. Those are the only windows in the room. The pressure of the over head shower was poor.

• Anna (10/5): - It was definitely a pleasure to stay at Riad Bayti. The rooms were clean and well kept, the riad was really pretty. What made it extra special were the staff. They were lovely, always made sure we were taken care of well. Our first night, there was something wrong with the room but Abdel organised a room in another riad nearby. He also arranged an airport transfer for us to and from the riad. I loved the traditional breakfast they had every morning. I would definitely stay there again when I come back to Marrakesh. Nothing

Por la noche, cierran los puestos y no limpian las calles por lo que si llegas de noche, puede generar incluso algo de inseguridad, aunque son solo 50 metros. Fuimos en Ramadán y por la noche arman la fiesta, tanto fuera como dentro del Riad, por lo que dormir no fue posible hasta bien tarde.

• Sossio (8/5): - Lo staff davvero educato e affettuoso, in particolare le ragazze che servono la colazione. La posizione all'interno del quartiere Mellieha pieno di vita. La zona comune del riad è molto carina e la colazione abbondante e buona. La camera era carina ma dal bagno proveniva un cattivo odore. In generale il riad ha arredi interessanti e tradizionali ma dovrebbe essere più curato nei dettagli. Il proprietario aggiunge un po' di rincaro se paghi con carta di credito.

• Isabelle (10/5): Excellent séjour entre filles dans un magnifique Riad en plein cœur de Marrakech !😘 - Excellent séjour entre filles dans le Riad Bayti. Un personnel au petit soins. Nous avons eu la chance d'être dans une suite, de pouvoir profiter chaque matin de la terrasse pour nos petits déjeuners mais aussi faire nos sieste après avoir galoper dans les souks ! A aucun moment nous nous sommes senti en insécurité dans le quartier (quartier juifs et souks des épices) Abdel a toujours été la pour nous rendre le séjour agréable et nous organiser une excursion dans l'atlas et un petit hammam. Mais surtout, c'est son équipe qui restera mon coup de cœur ! Le riad est d'une propreté exceptionnelle ! Rien 🤣

Locatia riad-ului este excelenta; aproape de majoritatea obiectivelor turistice din medina. Atmosfera din riad foarte placuta si relaxanta, personalul amabil si intotdeauna de ajutor. Abdel ne-a ajutat cu transferul la/de la aeroport cu un pret corect; de asemenea prin intermediul lui am rezervat excursii private la Ourika Valley si Agafay Desert Quad & Camel Rides & Dinner - foarte bine organizate si foarte frumoase experiente. WIFI in camera uneori nu functiona.

• Wendy (10/5): Merci de votre accueil - Ce que nous avons aimé dans cet établissement sont les choses suivantes : La propreté était irréprochable La gentillesse du personnel légendaire du Maroc La proximité avec les transports, les souks et les attractions principales La décoration et la dimension de la chambre top Et surtout AUCUN BRUIT LA NUIT ! ce qui n’es pas de le cas dans les Riad de la médina …. Pour finir Abdel et toute l’équipe sont d’une très grande gentillesse et très serviables. Merci pour tout Il n’y a rien que nous n’ayons pas aimé mais ce qui pourrait être un peu plus décevant serait la qualité du dîner du soir, peu copieux et manquait de certains ingrédients mais rien de très très grave à 15€ de menu complet ! L’établissement proposé par le Riad pour les massages et hammam aussi n’était pas top mais ce n’est pas du fait du Riad. Pour plus de détail sur celui ci cherchez le dans le quartier de la kasbah et voyez de vous même …. Il est à 7/8 minutes à pied du Riad ce qui est assez désagréable en sortant. Nous aurions préféré le savoir avant et n’aurions pas réservé car après un moment de détente je préférai ne pas galoper à travers les rues tous huileux et avec toute l’agitation autour. C’est mon avis personnel mais si je l’avais lu dans les avis j’aurai choisi autrement.

Very comfortable and authentic with friendly and helpful staff who were very attentive at breakfast time and in the evenings. We enjoyed all aspects of Riad Bayti.

Detalles que hacen que puedas recomendar alojarse en este Riad. El desayuno cuidado, copioso, con todo tipo de detalles. El personal muy amable. Volveria sin dudarlo. Me gusto todo.
