Die Unterkunft liegt etwas ausserhalb, dennoch ist alles schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Besonders positiv ist der Abhol- und Zubringservice zum Bahnhof. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch ist nicht immer einfach und kostet teilweise viel Zeit. Dafür ist der Gastgeber sehr geduldig und zuvorkommend, sodass sich das wieder relativiert.
• naniemer (5/5): No washing machine like they said, and a dangerous garden deck. - You can see Mt. Fuji's awesome view right from the garden. 1. The property was advertised with a washing machine; however, upon arrival, it was discovered that the water pipeline for this amenity was non-functional. This issue was not disclosed prior to check-in, and its persistent nature suggests it may have been a pre-existing condition. Given that we are a family of four and a washing machine is a critical requirement, this information would have influenced our decision to proceed with the booking and explore alternative accommodations. 2. No assistance was provided in locating alternative laundry facilities, nor was an apology extended for the discrepancy between the advertised amenities and the actual provisions. This situation reflects a misrepresentation in the booking details. 3. The garden deck presents observable safety concerns, specifically due to damaged wooden components, rendering it unsuitable for children's use. 4. The provided indoor slippers appeared to be previously used, and their sanitation status is uncertain. The provision of disposable slippers would have been a more appropriate and hygienic alternative.

• sandy (10/5): Peaceful stay with Mt Fuji views - The location is peaceful, a nice break from the busy cities, and a good base for exploring the Mt Fuji area. It’s also within walking distance to eateries, Ogino Supermarket and a bike rental shop, which was very convenient. A highlight was waking up to views of Mt Fuji from both the lower and upper floor windows, which made the stay even more memorable. The room was clean and functional, with enough space for a comfortable stay. The host was very kind and provided pick-up and drop-off to the station, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, a very enjoyable and convenient stay. Would recommend. Nothing

• WL (6/5): No frills property with an amazing view - The view of entire Mt.Fuji from the bedroom and living room/terrace. Quiet neighborhood. All the rooms were spacious by Japanese standards. The complimentary WiFi was efficient. The hot water and heater were also efficient. There is ample amenities in the kitchen, including a small refrigerator, microwave, oven, electric kettle, and crockery. The bathroom is spacious and appears to be newly renovated. Ample parking spaces. The sofas in the living room were very old and do not provide any support when seated…totally unusable. There were broken and worn out wooden beams at the deck of the open terrace which are a hazard to users. The wooden benches were not sturdy which also are a hazard to users. The reform of the entire terrace is overdue in my opinion.

The owners are very friendly and helpful and kindly collected us and returned off to the local train station. The location is absolutely amazing and you have Mt Fuji views right in front of your cottage. So beautiful and amazing. We couldn’t ask for more. Everything was great. We wish we stayed longer to explore more and enjoy the beautiful location and views.

• Pingu Yeh (9/5): 還不賴，很棒的體驗。 - 可以直接從窗外眺望富士山，雖然連續兩天都下雨，但終於在第三天的早晨，有短暫看到富士山露出山頭。 客餐廳的空間跟樓上房間空間分開，剛好可以把活動跟休息區域隔開。 廁所只有1間在1樓，浴室在2樓，半夜在房間起來要上廁所得下樓梯到1樓去。 民宿的設備清單項目上有洗衣機，但入住時才得知並沒有洗衣機可以使用。 離超市不遠，方便採購。

• Shelby (10/5): Comfortable, Clean, authentic Slice of Life - Very private and quiet location. Excellent views of Mount Fuji from the rooms and backyard. Unique authentic opportunity to try out a traditional Ofuro bathroom setup. Everything was clean and in good working order. Very good kitchen and bathroom facilities. Very good heating. Easy to access site via rental car and although others were staying on site at the other units, we were never bothered. Allows for many options for cooking or bringing in your own meals and enjoying what it might be like to live in the area. Some of the deck boards in the back are getting old and the furniture is not brand new. It's more like if you were to stay at an aunt and uncle's house, everything is in good working order and clean, the amenities provided are plentiful to make your stay easy, and the staff are very welcoming. If you are looking for the newest and shiniest furnishings, this is not for you but if you are looking for a safe, clean and comfortable authentic Slice of Life experience then this accommodation is highly recommended.

• Debjit (9/5): Lovely little property nice for a small group of up to four people. - Great views of mount Fuji, large accomodation spread over two floors, can consider for staying for longer periods. A bit slow on the front desk side but prompt overall.
• Andre (9/5): Great spot to stay to enjoy the Fuji lake region!. - Quiet location short walk from town. Excellent views of Mt Fiji from most rooms even the bath! Friendly host who picked up and dropped off to the station and gave us a rundown on the accommodation. Separate kitchen/lounge, great bathroom and separate toilet. Kitchen needs a kettle to boil water rather than using a saucepan.

• Aida (5/5): It was OK for one night stay. The unit is a bit further away from the city with no meals provided. Like typical Japanese - For one night stay it was good value for money. The owners are very polite but with little English speaking ability. View of Mount Fuji was very clear from the unit. That the toilet is downstairs and the shower is upstairs. It was not clearly informed.

• Khanh (10/5): Great place for families. - Excellent location with great views of Mt Fuji. Short walk to Lake Kawaguchiko. Easy access to sight seeing buses. Hosts picked us up at Kawaguchiko Station and dropped us off back at Kawaguchiko Station on check out. Owners were very friendly and helped us out with all our queries. English was very basic but we were able to communicate easily using google translate. Very convenient, close to many restaurants, supermarkets and convenient stores. Nothing to really complain about. The washing machine broke down just before our arrival but not a big deal as owners directed us to nearby laundromat.

• wian (9/5): A lovely house with a backyard with mt fuji view - Great location. Love the backyard with awesome view of mt fuji on a clear lucky day. Very nice bath tub where u can enjoy with mt fuji view. The heaters help a lot during the winter. All the amenities were great. Kitchen were so useful to cook up or heat meals. They even provide poetable gas stove for shabu2. The price is also so affordable. The toilet is only available on the 1st floor. So i think not so suitable for the elderly where u need to go down the stairs at night. But aside from that, love this place. Enjoyed each day of staying here.

• Simone (10/5): - Everything! The location was fantastic - it had the most incredible view of Mount Fuji (even the shower room looks over Mount Fuji - very decadent). The villa is two storey with bedrooms upstairs and a living room and kitchen downstairs. So much space. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were so comfortable and the staff were lovely. Upon check in the owner takes you through the room and points out all of the features, very sweet. Highly recommend. There was no laundry facility in our room.

• Chee Jin (9/5): Fantastic 2 nights stay. - Location is exceptional. We woke up to the view of Mount Fuji every morning. Lots of choices for food and very near to convenient store. The only downside is that the toilet in downstairs; not on the same level as the bedroom, so may not be very convenient for older folks.
