We were given a disabled room (although not disabled) which had a large bathroom and our friends had a 4th floor room with a balcony. We were all very happy with our rooms. Debbie on Reception was so lovely - very helpful and informative. Would definitely stay there again

At bed time we tried switching on the AC only to find out that it was not cooling. We tried opening the window, but it could only open so far. When we complained we were told that the AC was not working and the parts would arrive on the day we were checking out.

Very spacious and came with all needed supplies. Front of house wasn’t easy to find. There was no air con and only one fan when the weather was hot. The tap in the bathroom was not working either.

Example, there was no AC in the room and it was really hot for two days. The hotel staff gave me an extra fan to make me feel comfortable. I was travelling from out of the country for a short visit. I think the hotel houses migrants seeking asylum. Saw them in the reception whenever I went in and out. Those folks asked me where I was from, religion, etc. Which I thought was a bit awkward.

Seaside598816 (4/5): Sufficient. Thats it - room was massively overpriced - perhaps ‘surged’ due to the cricket match. Room felt like council temporary accommodation. Furniture appeared to be thrown into the room with no regard.why a book shelf when nothing to occupy it? The red 1980s sofa was perhaps sourced from a local skip. A warm night in Leeds and no air conditioning. This is a budget hotel at best. I wont be troubling the Roomzzz establishments with my custom again. Very underwhelmed.

That could easily have been communicated beforehand but wasn't Also, although there is a coffee machine in reception, this isn't always working, owing we were told to children playing with the machine. Molly (9/5): Superb - The room was super clean and was equip with pretty much everything we would need over the 2 day stay. Was impressed there was also a washing machine in the room - you don't usually find that! Also thought it was a really nice touch that there was complementary croissants in the morning. The bathroom was fab - clean and fresh with plenty of towels and stocked with toiletries. Only complaint was the coffee in the room. The sachets weren't very nice and ended up not drinking them. Better quality coffee would have made the stay perfect but other than this i have no complaints :)
Xanthe (8/5): Leeds Weekend Away - Nice spacious room, good size bed. Had everything we needed for the weekend! Shower had nice water pressure and the water was nice and hot. Plenty of plug sockets around the room too. Bed was a little bit harder compaired to what im used to, but thats down to personal preference. Tv could do with updating rather than having basic freeview Tv, most places i've stayed recentley either have access to Sky or some form of streaming that you can connect to via your mobile phone. A fair walk away from the town centre. But plenty of option to use to get into town.

Natalie (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent room with good kitchen. Decor a little jaded but it was really good value and had everything we needed. Their car park was full but there is a surface one across the road which was excellent and easy to get to. Easy walking distance to Leeds University which we were visiting. It was fine for us but there is a fairly steep road to walk up to get there.
KissMum (10/5): Always friendly and good value - I have stayed here a number of times now as my daughter has been living around the corner in Hanover Square. The staff have always been friendly, the rooms all have fully working kitchens and are clean and all in good working order. You can walk or easily bus into the city (and to the railway station) too. I book a parking space at the bottom of Hanover Square if I am driving. Rooms at the front of the hotel offer a view over part of the city and are on a fairly busy road. The evening traffic noise is not a problem for me but light sleepers might prefer rooms to the back that face onto quieter student accommodation.

The facilities in the apartment are great and the mini shop in reception is a great idea, as myself and my friend got the munchies at 4am lol. Staff were very friendly and approachable, especially the guy (sorry didn’t get your name). We will be returning :)

Spacious room and fantastic value for money 💰 The door to reception is on Burley Road close to eateries - we wandered around the back before realising this. Car park attached to hotel difficult to find but we used the big council car park across the road (Burley Road) which was great value. These aren't really deal breakers - just pointing them out for other users.

William (8/5): Good base for exploring the city of Leeds with everything we needed - Spacious studio with useable kitchenette not far from city centre Everything was fine from our point of view, though I noticed there was only one chair for sitting at the bench table - so if we’d been eating in, only one of us would have had a seat. We managed to get a parking fine in the public carpark opposite because we didn't realise that the hours of operation continue to 10pm.
