• Jared (6/5): - Property is in a prime area close to Grand Place and Brussels Central train station. Easy to get to tons of dining and shopping within walking distance. The bathrooms and showers were a bit tight for being over 6’ or 6’2”. Had to check in at another location which was a 15 minute walk away from actual location.

Good wifi provided and great staff attitude. I also enjoyed my short conversations with Vincent… it makes a difference for a guest who’s totally new to the city!
• Xaviera (8/5): Central hostel - Super well situated. Unfortunatly there is a 15 min walk to the réception which is is another hostel. Clean and convenient but a bit expensive for an hostel.

• Adriana (8/5): - It was a very convenient location. Although the picking up the keys in a different address is a terrible idea and super inconvenient especially for travelers carrying luggage. Why not have the lock box where people stay? Makes no sense. Also, female dorm room was way too tiny for 6 people. Some beds are way too close to the ceiling. My roommate hit her head 3 times on the wooden beam and close to the AC vent not cool.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 便利な立地だがチェックイン注意 - 主要名所の中心にあり、利便性は高い。施設はリノベーションしてあるのでまぁまぁだが、古都らしく水道関連はトラブルが多く修理も遅い。今回は台所の水道が利用できず自炊アウト。さらに部屋のエアコンがダウンしていた。部屋やベットの場所によって狭くて圧迫感あり。カーテン等は当然ない。あとは清潔に保たれてるとは思う。大変なのはチェックインが他の場所にあるため、しっかり確認しておかないと石畳の上にスーツケースは大変。あとは及第点なホステルだ。
• Veronica (8/5): Great hostel to stay at Brussels in my opinion. - The area of the rooms where the beds are located are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable, the shower water gets sufficiently hot so you will not feel cold, they have double sinks in shared rooms. And the common space is very well decorated. The reception staff is simply amazing and super nice. Thank you and see you next time!
• Kaori (8/5): - グランプラスのすぐ近くで便利でした。チェックインは少し離れた別棟の方に行かないとで、ブリュッセル北駅からの方が近いかと思い北駅から歩きましたが、12分くらいは歩きました…。チェックアウトの時またここに来なきゃなのかと思いましたが、チェックアウトは鍵をポストに返すだけでOKで、楽でした。チェックアウト後荷物を預かって欲しい場合は別棟まで行かないとだそうです。念の為タオルを持っていきましたが、1枚ついてきました。部屋の中のロッカーに荷物を入れたい場合は南京錠の持参をオススメします。私は南京錠を持参せず、清掃員の方から5ユーロで買いました。（チェックイン時の購入も可能だそうです） グランプラスに近すぎるため、夜外で騒いでる人もたまに居ましたが、ベットの寝心地が良かったので特に問題なく寝られました。

Kundeservicen er rigtig god, jeg var så uheldig at gulvet på værelset blev ødelagt af andre besøgende. Da jeg kontaktede stedet om dette, fik vi andre mulighed for at være et andet sted. Selve hostel ligger midt i Bruxelles og der er max. 15 min. gågang til alt. Der er stille på hostel. Sengene er gode at sove i og der er badeværelse i rummet. Der er enormt renligt. Der er elevator.

I see just one problem that once happen to me, and I see that other oeople are having the same problem: receptionist is not showing up in the morning on time. Travellers keft without driexcess to drjnking water, tea, their food stored in refrigerator.

But the room had a strange, foul smell when I checked in (I was the first to check in), there was some hair around the toilet and the towel didn’t seem clean. Also, it was quite disconcerting to walk for 13 mins to pick up the keycard. I didn’t enjoy it.

• Imran (8/5): Wonderful Hostel - The stay was amazing and the room were spacious, tidy and new. The only problem was to collect the key card from 1.5 km away from another location. Rest its a perfect place very near to central station and other city centre attractions. The towel was also free here, thats a plus. It was my first experience to stay at a hostel and I was very happy at the end not to choose a hotel.

• JIEUN (8/5): 위치 최고 - 그랑플라스에서 30초컷. 아침에 여행나가는길에 들러서 보고, 숙소 들어오기전 아경보고 들어오기에 최적의 위치. 다만 체크아웃 후 짐 맡기려면 체크인했던 센터까지 가야하는게 조금 단점. 침대는 조금 꺼져있어 불편했지만 도미토리 안에 샤워실까지 갖춰져있어 좋았음. 의외로 깔끔한 시설.

• Michelle (8/5): - My biggest complaint is that there was never any hot water in the shower (for anyone in my room). It would be helpful to have staff at both locations as I left my key in my room one day and I know it happened to someone else, but understand it may not be feasible. It’s an amazing location right in the middle of Brussels, but recognize with that also comes the noise of bars and locations right outside the window being open late. Most of us were able to sleep right through it.

Read carefully the address for location where the check in available. They're giving a bed right away when it's available. No need to wait until 3pm. Very clean. Bathrooms and toilet newly renovated. Very clean. Kitchns have everything you need to prepare food. Common area has very interesting design. For me this place

I should be able to get into the common area to fill bottle with water, charge my phone, and make a cup of tea, leaving my backpack for a while. But common area closed, nobody here, sandwiches in the refrigerator cannot be retrieved. Nonsense

• SHIZUKI (10/5): 良かった - 唯一、チェックインだけがめんどくさいです。別の場所までカードキーを取りに行かないとなりません。その他は過ごしやすく、清潔で、久しぶりに良い宿に泊まれたなと思います。Wi-Fiは3Gの方が早いじゃないかと思うほど動かないことが多々ありますが、許容範囲です！街の中心部に位置しているので、夜でも人通りがあって治安も良いです。

• Verified traveler (8/5): - クリスマス前の日程で２日滞在。グランプラスのすぐ近く、ロケーションは抜群です。ホテル全体きれいで、living、kitchenもかわいらしい内装でした。 　フロントが離れたところにあり、そこでチェックイン、カードキーの受け取りが必要です。クリスマス前の週末で、翌月曜はフロントがお休みになるとのことでした。この時期の予約、チェックイン等確認が必要かと思います。
• Verified traveler (6/5): Excellent property with amateur management - This hostel is in excellent condition. Clearly it's got a huge potantial especially as per its fantastic location. However, the so called "reception" is not a 10 minute walk. I would rather say 20 minutes. Although the hostel does warn you about that on an email, you get so many emails after booking and the addresses become confusing. Matter of fact, I ended up at the hostel first, thinking it was the "reception". There is a map at the hostel showing the location of the reception but you need to be a good map reader. There and back a 40 minute walk dragging your luggage. Another thing that put me off was that there was no personel available at the hostel in the night time. There was no means to reach the reception either. My key didn't work and that I got stuck. Luckly, a guest let me use his phone to contact the "reception". The reception's response was annoying. When the woman on the phone relaying what I said to her to another person at the "reception", she went like "he says his key won't work bla bla bla". So your customer is in need and his needs are just bla bla bla for you right? After a long deliberation, I was to told to come over to the "reception". Because, they could not send anyone from the "reception". Cut the long story short, it is a great hostel but needs to provide a personel at the actual place to help customers rather then being ignorant to their needs.

• vilmara (8/5): Falta informação na reserva - O hostel é ótimo... a recepcionista também... masssss chegar com as malas e descobrir com um bilhete na porta que precisa andar 10min pra fazer o check in em outro lugar é bem absurdo... um mapa desgastado indica a localização, o que é difícil uma vez que não se conhece a cidade que acabou de chegar. Fora isso tudo ótimo.

Not very convenient if you are carrying luggage. Other than that, the facilities are great, very clean and nice.
• HIROSUKE (10/5): ホステルが二箇所、受付は北の方。 - 場所が二ヶ所あり、有名な広場近くに受付はない。 そこから10分ほど北に歩く。ホステルから事前にそこの住所が送られてくるし、広場前のホステルの入り口に地図と住所が貼ってある。ただ、日が暮れるまでにチェックインを済ましたい。やはり北駅周辺は雰囲気や治安が悪いと思う。 設備や部屋、カードキーなどのセキュリティは安心できる。写真通りでしょう。ベルギーのホステルはオシャレでセンスが高い。キッチンが7:30~23:00で朝遅いのが難儀。 中央付近は観光客も多いし、警察などが巡回しているので、大丈夫だろう。南京錠で使うロッカー有り(南京錠は自分で) チェックアウト時はキーカードを一階のポスト(ホステル内)にいれシーツなどを一階のカゴに入れる。それだけで受付に行かなくて良い。(広場前のホステルの場合)
• Angelica (8/5): Ótimo custo x benefício - A localização é excelente, mas o fato de fazer check-in em um endereço e a hospedagem ser em outro, complica um pouquinho o processo todo. Estava tudo limpinho e achei bem silencioso, mas o espaço do quarto que fiquei era pequeno. Pra mim q sou grandona, também achei o espaço do chuveiro e para se trocar, bem limitado, mas tudo se ajeita. Valeu muito a pena pela proximidade dos pontos de maior interesse e também do metrô.

• JEONGJIK (10/5): 체크인장소빼고 위치대박 - 일단 위치가 광장 바로옆이라 굉장히 좋았구요 스텝들도 꽤나 친절했습니다. 체크인 장소가 다른게 조금 아쉽기는 한데 짐만 무겁지 않다면 괜찮을 거리인것같구 저는 캐리어바퀴가 고장났어서 죽을맛이긴 했어요. 방도 깔끔하고 화장실이나 샤워실도 안에있는데 관리가 잘되서 좋았습니다.

When you think that you reached the hotel , they told you , ohh you didn’t reserve in this place, so they give you the new location and here comes the sufferings if you have more than one luggage. Walking 1km on a stone path to reach the hostel.
• Cait (4/5): - Check in is at the other location a good 10-15 minute walk away if you dont get lost. The hostel is located in a small alleyway full of cat callers and druggies. I made sure to keep my passport, camera, money, etc with me both days I was there and I am so glad I did. Even with a lock on the lockers, they are super easy to get into. Lost a couple shirts and my toiletries. Whoever takes shampoo, like really? Customer service/reception is non existent at t his location, and did not have time to go to the other location in order to talk to someone. Would not recommend.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Most of staff could use some friendliness. They need to improve on being friendly and warm to travellers. Overall the hostel is pretty well kept. The housekeepers are rude as well. They would start cleaning ymthe room despite of your presence.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - When checking in you have to report to another property and when you leave that property you aren't given directions to the property you are staying in (I was told to walk to the Coke sign and take a left!). Also the common areas are not left open to travelers so they can mingle and get to know one another, the property manager rudely ran us out one night saying, "The lounge is closed, get out!"

• Kristine (4/5): Long walk to check in - We hadn't received information that the checkin where at another address than the hostel. We had to walk 1 km. The lady in the reception was friendly and helpful, and she offered to change us to a room at the check in site. However, she didn't inform us that we had been placed in a mixed gender room. Two men came in around midnight, one of them a very loud snorer!

I highly recommend this hostel. One thing to pay attention to is the check desk is off site and not at hostel location.

Really great location for all the tourist attractions. I stayed in a shared room with 6 beds. Everyone was very respectful. Had lockers in the room, which made it feel extra safe. Be warned the rooms are small. Barely any room to walk around in. And each room is assigned to its own bathroom, which were extremely small and I felt like I was waking everyone up whenever I would use it. I would recommend the hostel but be warned there were some drawbacks.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Really nice hostel! Location is amazing; it's in one of the biggest tourist spots and the entire is populated with great shops/restaurants. Hostel was very clean (and also, weird detail, smelled wonderful). Only downsides: check in is at a different location (about a half mile walk away) which was a bit confusing and since it is so central, I hear music from a nearby place late at night. Still would recommend however!

The one drawback that I didn't foresee, was the fact that the reception for the central location was about a 10 minute walk away. They said that the directions were on the website, but I never saw them on Hotels.com. Like I said, the place was great, friendly staff, comfortable beds and very clean. Just the check in location being different than the hostel location was a bit of a surprise.
• Eric (10/5): - Very modern and fancy hostel. Only downside of the great location is that there are a lot of tourists partying late at night, so unless you are doing that might be considered.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Very helpful & friendly staff, especially Anna! Location is close to the North station, maybe 10-15 mins walk, and about 10 mins walk to the main city square. Common rooms are nice, but the sleeping arrangements are a little crammed. Not much space for luggage & not enough hooks to hang things up in the room/ bathroom.
• Apa (10/5): - This hostel is in the best location possible. The moment you leave the front door you are literally on grand place. This made me feel very safe exploring as a solo female traveler. The hostel has a good kitchen and lounge. The room was clean and comfortable and so were the showers and toilet. The location made is great to shop, drop stuff in the room and get back on the streets! The only downside for this is the checkin location and not having a front desk. Checkin is at the other location of 2GO4 and you can't get the keys before 3pm so you will need to leave your luggage there in case you arrive early. That was not much of an issue for me.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great location, clean hostel - This is a great hostel, will def recommend, central location, very clean and well kept. Only downside is that check-in is at another location 10 min walk away, which was OK for me given I only had a backpack.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Grand place hostle is an INCREDIBLE location. - Loved our stay at 2G04 grand place ! Stunning location and amazing accommodations. Not a social hostle and there are no staff there to ask questions to. I imagine the centre city one is best for those who need more support from staff. Bring a large lock for the lockers. The skinny locks won’t work. :)
• Nicole (10/5): Great location, but far from check in location. - The down fall to this hostel is that you have to check in and pay at a location on the other side of town. When you’re traveling with a suitcase and cobble stone streets, the walk and finding your way can be very stressful. The hostel itself is awesome and right next to Grand Palace which is extremely beautiful! The room was clean but very small for 3 bunk beds. There was no place to put my suitcase and the lockers were not big enough to put a suitcase in. I would stay there again just because of the location.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - It's very annoying that u need to walk to another place to check in. It takes very long time if u have luggages with u. There was no any infomation telling you about this upon your arrival.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great Location - 2GO4 has a great location just of Grand Place. It's frustrating that check in and bag drop facilities aren't on site. The 10 minute walk isn't long admittedly but that would be the only significant drawback to this venue. Room was clean with good facilities.
• Brent (10/5): Location is great - Clean, the beds are ok the location is perfect. Couldn't asked for a better spot in the cit close to everything. It's a 10 minute walk from bus station or 6 $ for ride. The only bad part was check in at the other location 10 minutes walk. As long as you can read a map you be fine or have Google maps / maps.me . I would not suggest flying Ryanair in or out of Brussels because the airport they use is 1hour or more away by a cab witch is expensive 160 euro. Take the bus! No metro to the second airport. It's clean and staff is friendly and helpful. It has an elevator if your room in on the upper floors. The price is cheap and it was a great place to stay. It has a kitchen area for you breakfast eaters or trying to save money by eating in but the food is to good not to eat out during your stay. The photos online are the same as what you are so no reason to repost them. I would stay here again. The lounge are was really cool to relax in durring your stay.
• Sladjana (10/5): Excellent stay in Brussels - I had an excellent time and the only thing which was challenging was the fact that Check-in area is displaced. It would be great if this could be organised differently in the future. Overall, the atmosphere was great as well as the facility itself!!
• YOGESH (2/5): NICE LOCATION BUT NO RECPTION - WE CUDN'T STAY IN THE HOSTEL BECAUSE IT DOESN'T HAVE THE RECEPTION YOU HAVE TO WALK DOWN 2 KMS TO TAKE THE ROOM KEYS FROM OTHER PLACE. SO WE CHECKED IN TO OTHER HOTEL , AS NO TAXIS CAN COME TO THE HOSTEL. AND IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO WALK 2 KMS. WITH THE BAGGAGE TO CHECK IN TO THIS HOSTEL
• Yogi (2/5): Very nicely located in central palace of Brussels - Very very bad. As there is no reception of the hotel and you have to walk 15 minutes with ur luggage to check in and collect the keys. Hotel is placed where no taxi can go being In a boulevard so we Just gave in and checked In to another hotel
• Nat (8/5): Retro-stylish Hostel - Checking in is a bit confusing. There are apparently two hostels (same company), 10 minutes walk apart. If you are staying at the one at Grand Place, it doesn't have a check-in desk, you need to walk 10 minutes to the other one to complete the process. I have seen at least three people in two days, coming to the one at Grand Place, weren't able to get in or ask any staffs. The hostel is mostly operated by key cards, and check out is very fast, you just need to drop your key off in a box, place your towels and sheets in the bin. The hostel has quality facilities, nicely renovated bathroom, a stylish kitchen and a well-decorated living room. There are also free daily walking tours, the tour guide will come to the hostel and pick you up. The location is grand. Overall it's a relatively nice experience, just the confusing, somewhat inconvenient check in process need to be mentioned clearly on Expedia.
