Jerzy (10/5): nice stay - I have very fond memories of my short but very positive stay at this hotel. The receptionist devoted a lot of time to us and helped us with our activities. The girls at breakfast were very nice, competent, and always smiling, which I really appreciated. If I return to Ostrava, I will definitely choose the same hotel.

MathianB (8/5): - Znakomity parking. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Śniadanie podstawowe, ale smaczne. Czysto, schludnie i dość wygodnie. Brak czajnika elektrycznego.
Pavla (10/5): Ale byli jsme již podruhé, rádi se vracíme - Klidný hotel, milý personál, čistý Měkčí matrace a možná by mohli být pestřejší snídaně, nápaditější, každý den úplně to samé. Treba místo volských ok by příště mohla byt míchaná vejce nebo natvrdo, nebo nějaké pomazánky, sendviče atd.

Nice value for money, I definitely recommend it. Some noise from the street and I would love an electric kettle in the room. The coffee at breakfast was not good.

Tomáš (7/5): Celkové vzato ubytování splnilo účel a odpovídá poměru cena/kvalita. - Poloha, parkování, příjemný personál. Méně pestré snídaně, 3 dny po sobě do puntíku totéž… Takto na pár dní OK, člověk se nají, ale u delšího pobytu bych brzy nevěděl, co si dát.

Matej (6/5): - Mali sme voľnú už len poslednú izbu. Táto izba mala poruchu – nedali sa v nej vypnúť radiátory. Boli veľmi horúce, aj keď vonku bolo 25 °C, takže v izbe bolo ako v saune. Víkend raňajky sú otvorene až 8:00.

Trochu mě zaskočilo to, že jsem při objednání pobytu požadoval velkou manželskou postel což mi bylo od ubytování potvrzeno, že akceptují můj požadavek. A po příjezdu jsme zjistili, že postele jsou oddělené bez možnosti dát k sobě.

The location was convenient for exploring Ostrava. Unfortunately, the wellness area was not operating during my stay, and this was not clearly communicated in advance during the booking process. This was disappointing and affected my overall experience.

Przed hotelem ulica i przy otwartym oknie będzie słychać np. tramwaje ale coś za coś,mi osobiście to nie przeszkadzało ale jeśli chcecie ciężej poproście o pokój od drugiej strony hotelu.

Egle Beatrice (8/5): good choice for single person - Good location - easy to reach on tram from train station and commute from. Room was decent size and clean, with window closed we almost didn't hear outside noise. Very nice breakfast. We booked double bed but got 2 single matrasses which were quite high so kept falling in the middle. Lighting switch is somehow just in the middle of bed frame so might be accidentally switched on just by sleeping. Not for couples.

Dedicated parking lots for the Hotel, so you dont have to worry about parking. Around you have all the shops, supermarket, restaurants ,pizzeria and city center ver close. I Recommend.

Die Frühstück-Mitarbeiterin telefonierte privat in Frühstücksräumen während Abwaschens über Lautsprecher, wo ihr eine männliche Stimme mitteilt, unter anderem, dass er gerade kacken geht…Trotzdem hat sie das Gespräch weder beendet noch leise/ans Ohr genommen, und weiter telefoniert. Unprofessionell, unappetitlich, unter dem Niveau. Das darf nicht sein.

Аз резервирах през Booking и там хотела беше на добра цена само за мобилни устройства,когато отидох на място незная защо цената не беше същата а стандартната която се предлага за нощувка и даже платих на човек,а не на стая🙁🙁
