Guest Reviews
- Ilona (9/5): Prachtig appartement. - Het was perfect, schoon en alles was aanwezig.
- Jo (9/5): Comfortable, home from home. - Really spacious accommodation, spotlessly clean. Great host, super friendly and helpful.
Free parking, handy bring right on the bus route into town just a few stops away.

- DavidS7 (6/5): Fairly nice old house - poor parking, access fairly close to Bath centre. Would not stay there again - Located on very very busy A4 road - main road into Bath. Main issue BUS Lane runs outside the property with 3 large cameras pointing at the bus lane. So IMPOSSIBLE to park outside the property and unload unless you accept thatyou will 100% get a ticket for driving in the bus lane. Yes they say they have free parking but you have to drive around an extremely busy congested road to find a free parking space in a road nearby if you are lucky. Parking. Old house full of cheap ancient furniture. Beds very lumpy soft and squeeky. No double glazing - so house was cold despite heating on. Kitchen pans, frying pans very old worn and cheap, dishwasher clunky,

- raymond (8/5): Bath midweek visit - We stayed for two nights and had two floors to ourselves. Everything was provided and the kitchen facilities were top notch. Spacious bedrooms and living accomodation. Parking of car in a private street nearby.
- Paul (8/5): Booking.com needs to make parking situation clear currently misleading - Host was lovely and welcoming.Appartment has everything you need . Booking.com filters said it as having parking but parking is at least 5 minutes away not outside the property and can be tricky to find a space at certain times of the day .
- Sally (9/5): Very nice property. Many thanks for a great stay! - Beautiful building and lovely spacious rooms. The bed in the master bedroom was beautiful to look at but not very comfortable as a double bed.
- Armelle (5/5): Une jolie maison mais avec des équipements très vieillissants - à éviter en hiver hier - L’accueil de l’hôte Nous avons eu froid - la maison n’est pas chauffée de la fin de soirée au début de matinée -
Literie inconfortable

- Nicole (8/5): - Authentic Georgian building with close proximity to bus stop and laundry service. Large rooms with some period furnishings. Great views overlooking township. No parking onsite and couldn't use the washing machine as there was no dryer. Could do with a new mattress.
- Pengyao (10/5): -
- Catherine (8/5): Fabulous location for graduation stay, would highly recommend for proximity to centre and good value for money. - Excellent location, well equipped. Beautiful large master bedroom, lots of storage. Superb shower. Two bathrooms very useful for a family of four. N/A all good.

- Orsolya (9/5): Stunning views to wake up to - Beautiful, well situated apartment, great for families. Stunning views from the main bedroom. Lovely personalised service, our hosts couldn't have done more to make our stay more enjoyable. Thank you. Personally,l I would have preferred a softer mattress and a kitchen with more hone comforts.

- Debs (9/5): Superb - Percy place was a
lot more spacious than we thought it would be .
Milk in the fridge and homemade cake on arrival.
Well equipped kitchen
Only a twenty Minute walk to the centre .

- Reece (10/5): Exceptional -
- Georgina (9/5): Gorgeous property and a wonderful host - The house is so beautiful and views from the rear of the property are absolutely stunning. It was a real treat to stay somewhere so traditional and in keeping with the local area. The property was so well equipped with everything you could need. Simone was a great host welcoming us on arrival and communicating promptly and helpfully ahead of our trip. She even provided milk and a home cooked jam tart on arrival. There were toys for the kids which Simone took the time to show to them. It’s not possible to park outside the front of the house which was a little inconvenient for unloading the car. That said, we found parking very nearby following Simone’s guidance.
- Anthony (8/5): Very good -
- Gemma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julia (10/5): A very comfortable stay in a beautiful location. - A beautiful house in an extremely central location. Hosts were amazing! Not hing! It was great!
- Alison (9/5): Excellent stay and friendly service - A great place to stay visiting Bath with friends. The owner is very helpful and kind she even baked a Jam tart thank you. The accommodation is clean and has 2 good size bathrooms one of these is on the ground floor. We had the whole 2 floors and downstairs bathroom. I would recommend anyone to Percy Place and I would stay again. This accommodation is in a town of Georgian houses. It was a little chilly in the morning but we took dressing gowns and slippers. Once the heating came on at 7.30am it got warm.
- Claire (9/5): Superb -

- Diane (10/5): We came to visit the sights of Bath which we did, loved them all, and then felt like we were staying in one of them when - Beautifully presented, we were blown away by how lovely it was from top to bottom - we wished we were staying longer so that we could enjoy it further I can’t think of a single thing that we thought could improve it :)
- Sharon (9/5): Superb -
- Keith (10/5): Lovely property near town centre, comfortable and fully equipped. Loved it! -
- Juliet (10/5): We had a great stay at Percy Place we were made very welcome & the apartment was beautiful - Beautiful views
- Vilma (9/5): Fantastic place! - Fantastic location!! Great view from all rooms!
Excellent facilities for cooking and family time together. Very clean.
On-street free parking might be complicated due to distance and busy area, but it was not for us this time.
Just to know- accommodation appears on all 3 levels- quite a few flights of stairs to climb if you are not fit- not a problem at all for us, but might be for somebody.
Probably would be easier to collect keys from the box if you are travelling and not entirely sure re arrival time, however it was absolutely great to meet Richard who kindly showed us around.
There are 2 double bedrooms and possibility for another 2 single beds, however I understand you need to notify hosts if you like to use as twin/single option accommodation even for 4 people.
- Simon (9/5): Clean , Comfortable and Beautiful accomodation with a great host . - Beautiful Georgian design well located only few minute bus ride to City Centre There was nothing we didn’t like
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed our stay, the host Simona was lovely to deal with, we loved our stay .
- Chieh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Josep (9/5): Recommended stay - We met Richard, he was really nice and helpful with us. He gave us some recommendations about Bath and other interesting places to visit. He even spoke to us a little in pretty good Spanish :) The apartment is near a supermarket and like 15-20min walking to the city centre. It's also near to a couple of streets easy to park the car for free. I liked everything, but if I am forced to write here I would say that the floor makes a little noise as it is an old building and that we did not know that the ground floor was open, but we did not even realize if Richard or Simona were there so the stay was lovely.
- Vineet (8/5): Very good -
- Carrie (9/5): My family & I enjoyed our stay very much, the property is very comfortable with high ceilings and classic feel, the - Comfortable, spacious & characterful property, great location not far from the centre of Bath.
- Rebecca (5/5): Passable - Towels were provided also milk and a cake. The view was great.
Communication was good It would have been nice to know the owners have access to the property while we were staying the downstairs light kept getting turned off. The entrance hallway is shared with them and as one of the bathrooms are in this hallway and it doesn’t have lock on the door this was quite uncomfortable and we had to sit in the hallway when our children used the bathroom. Also the shower drain was disgusting. Parking was a bit of a struggle and not as easy as the owners said but this could be because we have quite a big vehicle.
- Josie (7/5): It was a wonderful stay, we will back again! Would recommend!! - we loved the location and the amount of space, the kitchen facilities were excellent. The views were wonderful, Simone and her husband were lovely, welcoming and very informative. The pillows could do with updating and the extra bed was uncomfortable, there wasn’t a lock on the ground floor bathroom.
- Eileen (5/5): Pleasant stay in quirky accommodation. - Excellent location and generally pleasant, quirky property. Bus stops easily accessible. Easy walk into City. We knew the owners were away so a little disconcerting when we heard people entering the property. This was particularly so when using the shower downstairs and hearing someone enter through the nearby front door. We later discovered someone was feeding a cat, but would have been good to have been warned about this. Bedrooms good size and beds comfortable. Back bedroom particularly large and with amazing views. Seating in the massive lounge was limited and not very comfortable. We had bought tea towels with us, which was a positive as there weren't any. Nor was there a hand towel in kitchen. However, kitchen was well equipped, though an ice tray would have been good. Overall very pleasant property and we enjoyed our stay. Seating in longe uncomfortable. No tea towels or ice tray. Someone entering the property when we knew owners were away. None of the negatives hindered our enjoyment.
- Helen (8/5): Very good - Lovely clean property, much bigger than expected. Located close to Bath city centre (about a 20 min walk) and a supermarket a few minutes away. Parking was in a nearby street and we had no problems finding a space.
