Guest Reviews
- Jenny (8/5): - Nice little caravan on a quiet site. Great views over the water. We had to fix the TV and wash the previous occupiers dirty dishes (housekeeping obviously forgot to check the dishwasher), but it was the perfect base for a few days away.
- Terry (6/5): - The sea views are stunning if you book one of the cliff-edge static caravans.
We had a 4berth Caravan, which was a bit pokey even for just 2 of us.No phone signal or wifi was not great either, so we left early after 3 of our 4night break.
- Karen (10/5): Sandaway beach - Really beautiful sea view lovely and clean staff were friendly too food not bad could have had bigger size portions
- graham (10/5): Great stay but room for improvement - OK - we enjoyed our stay but a couple of things could have been improved. Our caravan had excellent views over Combe Martin Bay and we enjoy the walking that Combe Martin gives us. It's steep and hard work. We walked to Ilfracombe via Watermouth Bay and also up to Little Hangman and Big Hangman.
Parking was tricky both getting in and out of the bay next to the caravan. Far too tight and not helped by a van parked next door that impacted turning circle.
Disappointingly beds were not made up. Heating seemed to be by boost only. We did sleep really well and it was good having 2 tv's and a decent size fridge. Toaster was small and grill was slow.
- Doreen (8/5): - Absolutely fantastic views from the caravan I stayed in, it was nice and clean although some of the cushions had holes in them, bed was really comfortable/
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Simple but did the job required.
- Adrian (8/5): - Ok firstly staff on reception and bar staff top marks, the entertainment pretty poor mostly bingo and if the caravan is a Platinum then that is dissapointing also the parking of my car on a grass slope not too go either.
- Samantha (10/5): - Fantastic stay extremely helpful fantastic views
- Sandra (6/5): - The site was good and the location excellent but the accommodation was poor and in need of refurbishment especially the beds with poor quality mattress. Nothing was provided in the accommodation and i had to make up the beds on arrival. Attention to detail was lacking which made first impressions poor but we did enjoy our stay.
- Wilfred (8/5): Great Holiday - The caravan was great as was the site, the only complaint
is their was no launderette to dry towels etc. Also it took us
1.5hrs to get our food. Not the staffs fault, when they are busy the kitchen can`t cope.Despite this the staff were
always chearful and saying sorry about the wait.
The staff fought through without complaint.
- karen (10/5): - The caravan was lovely and the site was really good for children
- Rosie (10/5): Perfect short break - We had a brilliant long weekend, the caravan was beautifully clean and very well equipped, the staff were really friendly and would go out of their way to make sure you had the best time. The mermaid cove is lovely and there is loads to do in the surrounding areas. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!
- Susan (2/5): Holiday from hell - Because we couldn’t get in contact with site even though we tried loads of times as did one of your agents we didn’t go didn’t want to get their and nothing open that’s why we phoned at different times aswell. Very disappointed with the service of the site couldn’t even send them an email you should really look into this. Your agent said he would keep trying but still no answer
- simon (8/5): - peaceful clean quiet as kids was at school but perfect for de-stressing
- Karen (10/5): Great weekend away - Really pleased with the accommodation. Very clean and in good condition. Absolutely beautiful location. Park very clean and tidy. Only complaint was the car space outside of caravan was very very muddy. On the whole it was excellent.
- Jamie (2/5): Horrific caravan! - Awful awful awful caravan. No one should have to stay in those conditions. Every edge was ripped off, carpet was full of dog hairs, broken toilet seat, windows didn’t close so the curtains blew all the time, sofas awful and uncomfortable, beds absolutely tiny. Cupboards STUNK, everywhere smelt tank. Horrible place. Rest of the park was ok. The fact they used the words ‘premium’ and ‘executive’ is actually laughable, honestly I’m not a picky person but it’s put me off caravans encase I get a rotten one like this ever again. Absolutely grim.
- Suzanne (8/5): Good trip - Everything good, boiler was sorted radiators bled and kept switched off so woke up freezing cold on first morning. Was rectified then I guess caravan hadn’t been used for ages. Others had problems with their boilers too. However it was a good trip. Good value for money. Good children’s entertainment for our baby. Ok service.
- Samira (8/5): - The holiday was amazing however the caravan could have been a little cleaner. There was mould in the bathroom and every time you showered the water would leak. There was no mop to clean it up either. But besides that not bad.
