Paula (7/5): - Calm, quiet atmosphere. Easy to find and get to. Not far from grocery store. No hot tub!!! No extra pillows available. Not many gluten free options for breakfast as other IHG hotels we've been to.

Nancy (3/5): Very disappointed - A broken elevator and having to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. A TV that didn't work. And a shower that barely worked. When we told the front desk about the TV I was told to unplug it and plug it back in. The only problem with that was that I couldn't reach the plug to do that.

denise (5/5): Nice, clean, somewhat expensive ($150/night); excessive noise makes it very difficult to sleep - Modern, clean rooms that are well equipped with everything you need. Clean facilities with lots of amenities (though several amenities - including the business center and the elevator - were not working during my stay). Decent variety of breakfast offerings, with expected quality (ie. highly processed, not-so-fresh) for a hotel. I was not able to get much sleep. There was an intermittent loud banging sound coming from the laundry chute throughout the night that woke me up at least twice every hour. This hotel is also right next to the highway, a truck stop and an RV park - all generate quite a bit of noise. I used ear plugs and turned my white noise up all the way, but unfortunately it was too loud that earplugs/white noise were not adequate. I had hoped to sleep in a bit in the morning to make up for the lack of sleep at night, however cleaning staff started vacuuming and talking loudly throughout the hallways promptly at 8:15a. My room was on the third floor. The elevators were down and so the only option was to carry all of my stuff up and down 3 flights of stairs. For $150/night, this is not the quality of stay I had hoped for.

It was hard for my kids to use because they were too short to reach it. Also, get to breakfast sooner rather than later. Peter (8/5): Very good - Great room Mystery service fee added at check-in above and beyond what booking.com said the room would cost. No amount of discussion with the desk staff made any difference
Filemon (6/5): - Very little options for breakfast. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Robert (10/5): - Busy area outside but our room was very quiet. Staff was friendly and every where was clean.
Bret (10/5): Tough to beat in the area - Great overall. Super clean, very nice staff, good location, good pool, good breakfast. Would definitely book again!

Clayton (8/5): Breakfast was a disappointment - The room was clean and the staff were friendly The fitness center did not have any working TV's and the breakfast was a disappointment with hardly any food.

Baldwin (4/5): Questionable. Location wouldn't stay again - Clean facility,limited noise from staff. Good breakfast There was 1 c hair in the room, an uncomfortable bench. We were told there were no other chairs. We were not advised about a Friday rate rate increase of a considerable amount. We probably would not have stayed the second. Front desk could not provide a tv instru tion sheet. Front desk poorly staffed, Store very expensive. There wereno cookies either night.Location next to a 24 hour truck stop and in front of an RV parking facillity. Away from town and restaurants. Across from a junk yatd.
Dayle (6/5): Stinky - Overall, it was clean and very comfortable. Location isn't great due to major Loves truck stop and Loves RV park surrounding the hotel. The first room I was given smelled like stinky feet!! I asked to move to another room and the lady at the front desk did so immediately. Unfortunately the second room also smelled. I think the carpets need major cleaning, or it's the air conditioning units that need cleaning. Yuck.
