• Celal (1/5): Unsere Aufenthalt war eine reine Katastrophe!!!!! - Uns wurde am Ankunftsabend der Anreise anstatt des bei "Booking.com" mehrere Tage vorher gebuchten 55-quadratmeter-Zimmers ein 25-quadratmeter-Zimmer mit "gemeinsam" genutztem EIngang, Balkon, Mini-Küche mit drei EInzelbetten gegeben mit der Begründung "Es gab einen technischen Fehler"!!. Den Verantwortlichen konnten wir nur mit Mühe und Aufwand über's Handy erreichen!. Wir mussten das Zimmer nehmen, da wir um die Zeit keine andere Möglichkeit hatten. Die Unterkunft ist ca. 25km östlich vom Prager Zentrum entfernt mit dem Auto. Booking.com hat uns auch nicht helfen können und wir bekamen nur ein "10 Euro-Gutschein"!!... Diese Unterkunft ist auf gar keinen Fall zu empfehlen, Finger weg davon!!!!! Nachtrag: Man wird noch dafür beleidigt und wird als Lügner dargestellt von diesem Menschen, den wir nie zu Gesicht bekommen haben! Das unverschämte daran ist, das ansatzweise von dem was behauptet wird gar nicht wahr ist und man einfach reingelegt wird!!! Ich kann auch nicht verstehen, wie eine Gesellschaft wie Booking.com mit solchen unseriösen Anbietern zusammen arbeitet ohne sie zu prüfen!?! Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen !!!

• Tomáš (10/5): Very pleasantly surprised. Clean, great price. - Very pleasantly surprised. From the outside, the hotel doesn’t look particularly luxurious, but once we stepped inside, we were genuinely impressed. The receptionist was kind and smiling, the welcome was very warm, and the interior was clean and nicely kept. We had a reservation for 5 people, but we were given a larger 6-bed apartment with two balconies and a spacious kitchenette for the same price. The only small surprise was the paid parking (€8 per night), but that was mentioned in the booking confirmation—we just overlooked it. The apartment was large and clean. It’s not luxury, but for the price (one of the lowest in Prague), you can’t expect the Hilton Hotels & Resorts 🙂 For us, the key factors were price, cleanliness, and reasonable access to the city center. Nice people, good vibes. We’ll hopefully be back next year. Have a lovely spring everyone

• ToxicTears (6/5): Nesmíš nic čekat a bude to v pohodě. Personál úplně v pohodě a prostě žádný luxus to není. - Je to tak trochu punk, je to spíše hostel na přespání s tím musíte počítat. Čtvrť je to taková nějaká, teplá voda je, ručník dostaneš a co chceš víc? Jo tak jsem se propadl postelí no a všechno byl ov dezolátním stavu, ale teplo tam bylo, voda byla, záchod byl, pohoda. Vrzající postel, brutálně, malá televize, ale byla tam, vše tak v polorozpadu, ale měl jsem kde složit hlavu.

Hezká velká recepce, personál, dětem se hrozně líbilo akvárium naproti recepce. Rozumná cena za parking, dobrý pocit, že bylo hlídané pod kamerami. Ubytování a postele velmi čisté, což je pro nás vždy priorita. Za ty peníze velmi dobrá volba. Nebylo možné se ubytovat před 14:00 hodinou.

Prístup personálu, tak najprv si zarezervujem izbu kde sa dohodneme s majiteľom že nevieme stihnúť príchod tak zaplatíme noc naviac ale o ubytovanie máme záujem stále. Po príchode na miesto sme sa dozvedeli že majú technický problém na izbe,ktorá mala byť naša a neinformovali nás. Po 9 hodinovej ceste na miesto je to naozaj nekorektné jednanie. Dúfam, že sa takýto prípad nebude opakovať nikomu inému a všetci sme si z toho vzali svoje ponaučenie.

Poďakovanie patrí personálu - boli nesmierne milí, ochotní, pomohli nám so všetkým, čo sme potrebovali. Dali nám dobré tipy na výlety a poradili nám aj s dopravou. Výhodou je blízkosť potravín aj autobusovej zastávky. Nie je čo vytknúť.

Но нас вообще никто не ждал и консьержка ( очень неприятная женщина) вообще не хотела поселять. В 12 ночи требовала наличные, хотя отель деньги на карте зарезервировал при бронировании. Евро брать не хотела, сдачи дать не могла, идите кроны снимайте в городе в банкомате (12 ночи!). Оставили ей наличные, под условие оплаты утром через терминал. Но терминал не работал , хотя на сайте это заявлено, или просто хозяин не хотел безнал. И о номере- гостиница эпохи СССР, старая ванная, советская мебель, выход на балкон через окно! 4 кровати в одной комнате, как пионерский лагерь. Белье чистое- единственный плюс

• Jaroslav (7/5): Celkově jsme byli velmi spokojení, děkujeme a určitě se vrátíme. - Hotel byl ve velmi dobré výchozí pozici pro naše naplánované výlety. Potraviny hned na proti přes ulici považujeme za super bonus k ubytování. Nedaleko je i pár velmi dobře vařících restaurací. Velmi milý a starostlivý personál. Nic zásadního, je to starší hotel a tak jsme s tím počítali a nás nic výrazně nepřekvapilo.

Bardzo miły właściciel. Bardzo głośny wentylator w łazience i podobnie głośna lodówka, która po dobie pracy zamroziła całego arbuza. W kuchni tylko mikrofalówka, kiedy zobaczyłem patelnię w szafce, roześmiałem się tylko. Jest balkon za oknem bez drzwi do niego, dziwne :D

• Paula (2/5): very disappointing - the supermarket was right next to the hostel When we arrived, we were told that the water doesnt work. Even though, we didnt get any money back. The furniture is very old and low quality. On the floor under one bed is a big hole in the floor. The hostel doesnt have any good connection to trainstation or bus station. We needed to walk through a forest for half an hour to get to the station. Even though we expected it, there was no kitchen. We only had a refridgerator and a kettle. There was also only 1 spoon, 3 forks and 4 knifes. If we hadnt brought our own knifes we would have had a big problem. We were promised in the description of the hostel to get free hygiene items, that was a lie, we didnt get any. The bed was too big for the room so we were not able to close the door. The walls were very thin and the neighours were always smoking, the smell was very herassing and made us uncomfortable. We were given tovels, which was very nice. But when I used one after showering, i was covered in pubic hair which came out of the given tovel. That was very disgusting and showed us how unhygienic the whole hostel was. All in all very disappointing. We want a part of our money back.

• Milan (1/5): Odšli smo 2 dni predčasno, kar zaposleni v penzionu sploh niso opazili. - Close to shop and public transport. The floors were dirty, with leftover food (chips) on the ground. The lights were full of dead insects. The kitchen was not clean: the dishes and the kettle were dirty, and the cabinets were falling apart, with one barely attached to the wall. There was a visible hole in the wall. The bed linens smelled strongly of sweat, and the towels had a bad odor even immediately after use. Even the replacement towels had the same issue. The mattresses were extremely thin and worn, making it uncomfortable to sleep as the bed frame could be felt through them. The electrical installation appeared unsafe, with excessive use of extension cords and the antenna cable running through the window frame, preventing the window from closing properly. We have emailed the pension management (with pictures), but we have not received any reply within a week.

• Vaduva (5/5): Acceptable - I liked the staff, the man at the reception was very nice, even the owner, but the beds were not as comfortable as I expected and the duvet I didn't have was for a couple, it was only for one person, the linens were quite modest but clean, I missed the iron that was on the list when I booked, the hairdryer, and the coffee and tea maker.
• Roxana (10/5): Exceptional - It really was an amazing stay, the staff is welcoming, even the people that did not understand English were really nice. We got a huge room, fridge, wifi, bathroom and everything you'd need, there's a supermarket in front as well. Besides that, the room was clean, warm and cozy and also had nice decorations, we got out own building key and private parking. It's way better than the photos which is a really rare. The place may seem a bit far from the city center initially, but it's super easy to get there and pretty fast and the owner will help you with directions for public transport which worked really smooth for us. We really loved the stay and would love to return one day, thank you a lot! That we were there only for 2 days :)

Overall Mood was disturbed seeing the hotel and its ambience. Some of the lights in the corridor was not even working. The lights were also very dim. One light in the kitchen was not working. The kitchen was especially not good It looked like they have made a storage room a kitchen. There is only a Microwave , a kettle and a fridge available. there is no cooking stove nor utensils, only few cutlery set was available. Overall the ambience was not at all good. The neighbour room was so loud and noisy. Not recommended for families.

• Anna (4/5): Disappointment and lack of communication between booking and this accommodation. - I do appreciate that the accommodation was clean. There is problem with communication between Booking and the place. Booking confirmed us availability of cot for children, however this was not communicated with the accommodation and hence we did not have child bed. This was highly inconvenient. Apparently this is not the only example of miscommunication between booking and this place. Booking needs to communicate with this accommodation and if unable to communicate properly requirements and equipment of the place, then remove this accommodation from its listing. Apart from that, there was different price than advised and also no possibility to pay by card. Accommodation was expensive considering the location and facitilities. Definitely not staying there again.

There is a supermarket located just across the building, which was very convenient. Spot easily accessible by car and there is a private parking area.

• Julianne (6/5): Prague on a budget - The room was spacious and clean. You could tell they did their best to ensure the room and facilities were clean and well put together for a hostel style hotel. The dining room was set up great for younger kids and the beds were comfortable (by european standards). The staff was friendly and answered any questions quickly. The room included a kitchenette that didn't have necessary items (cutting board, knives, can opener, etc) as well as no cook top. The bathroom was clean but the bathtub was set up for showers (no drain plug) but didn't have a shower curtain. It made showers awkward for everyone, especially the kids. As well, the curtains in the bedroom only covered half the windows so we had early morning wake up calls thanks to sunrise at 5am. Not the worst issues but inconvenient and a bit annoying. If we had known those things would be an issue we could have accommodated and simply brought our own.
• Franziska (9/5): Very good value for money, well-connected accommodation in the suburbs of Prague - Very good stay at this place. I cannot confirm some of the negative reviews. What I liked the most were location, value for money, easy check-in, and communication. The place is in the suburbs of Prague but easily accessible by train/metro and bus - the bus stop is 150m away. I definitely recommend the 24-hour-ticket. It is excellent value and gets you all around the city. In addition, there was a well-equipped supermarket right across the accommodation, which is open 7am-9pm. You can get fresh breakfast as well as dinner. You do not need to cook or a lot of kitchen utensils. There are no cooking facilities in the kitchen, but there are a kettle, a microwave, and a fridge, plus the sink. The kitchen equipment is very simple, but enough for a couple of nights. The place is not expensive considering it is Prague, so people should keep this in mind. There are beds, a table with chairs, small wardrobes - all the essentials anyway (and a TV which we did not use). The bathroom was pretty spacious with shower, washbasin and toilet. Also the front room, where you can keep shoes and jackets, was big. It was clean throughout. It was quite nice to have carpet everywhere, so no need for slippers. I mentioned before that it is cheap, so the equipment is old-fashioned, but absolutely functional. I felt safe here. You get a key with a chip to enter the building, and you can park your car off the road right next to the building. In terms of communication, the owner called in advance to inform me about the payment method and that our bed preference had been accommodated. Check-in is available until midnight, which is great if you want to stay and visit places in Prague before you take public transport to the accommodation on the outskirts. We were welcome upon arrival at the reception desk, informed about places to see, answered any questions, given a map. We were asked about concerns and said good bye to upon leaving. The Internet connection was very good. One thing I need to mention, the front room/kitchen area and the bathroom were on timer for light and ventilation. Do take your phone or a light to the bathroom because the light will switch off rather quickly, and close the bedroom doors at night, because the light and noise of the ventilation will switch on when someone uses the toilet. It is not an issue, just an energy-saving feature, and you can adapt accordingly, but some people may find this annoying.

• Wiola (10/5): Thank you for a beautiful stay. We have beautiful memories from your hotel and from Prague ! :) - Very nice hotel. We were very satisfied. Clean room, very nice staff. When we arrived it was very nice for us, because the lady at the reception was really very kind. She did explaine to us all, she did help to us with all our questions. We had a check-in from 14:00 but the owner did let us to check-in 1 hour earlier. The apartment was really big. The beds comfortable, only TV was little bit small, because our children had playstation and they need a very big screen :)) But that wasn´t a problem. It was a beautiful weather, so there was no time to play a games :) Big advantage is a supermarket in front of hotel and a kitchen. You can prepare a breakfast here. Apartment has a big kitchen with a big table. Balcony is very big. We did relax there. What more can I say. Very nice apartment for a very good price. Thanks for nice time in your city ! :) All was fine ! :)

• Jerin (5/5): I wouldn’t stay so far from city center and pay so much for the property. They need to mention all expenses here and not - The supermarket is bang opposites the hotel if you want to buy things quickly. There was an attached kitchen in the room - just in case you need it. Decent enough to sleep a night if you don’t plan to stay in the property throughout. Many things - 1. Don’t book, if you’re not sure! It didn’t have free cancellation and full advance pre-payment. Even if we had double thoughts about the place we didn’t have a chance to undo after booking as the owner told us the whole amount will be charged strictly. 2. It’s very far from city center almost 20km, on days like public holidays you will messed up train connections which will take you an hour atleast to reach the hotel 3. We were asked to pay 2€ per person per night for the number of nights we stayed by the owner, saying it is a city tax or something similar for ever guest - AFTER we arrived at the hotel. This was not mentioned during the advance payment nor the booking hotel description. We had to pay 18€ overhead- which when we asked for a receipt was stated as “accommodation” purpose rather than city tax. Later the owner said, it’s not our fault since it’s not on the site so he agreed to return it to us. This feels very fishy. 4. The shower tap pipe was broken, the outer room door didn’t lock properly, room heater doesn’t work, no shower gel etc unless asked - we asked for a room change cause of all the issues and were later given a new room with a small souvenir from the owner as an apology (probably why we overlooked the bad room in the first place)

• Pufnei (10/5): Wonderful experience at Hotel Pension Rohoznik - First thing first, I want to adress all the bad reviews, from my oppinion they are wrong. Lets start with the check in, the receptionist wasnt availible and the owner greated us in a really nice way, he presented us the room and all the things around us. He told us about everything and he was actually a really nice guy, not arrogant at all, he was a great and funny guy, with a great english, he also gave us his business card in order to call him if we needed any help or if there were any problems,. Didnt had a problem with the payment, we did it in euros wich was amaizing Now talking about the room, comfy beds with big pillows wich are really nice. Everyhting was like in the photos, great description wich was really helpfull. Really clean place with great access to public transport witch is really cheap and fast. Didnt had problems with roaches or something, really clean place actually. Now the area that the hotel is placed in, really calm, nights were really quiet and that helped us to have a great sleep. For the price, you get a really nice room, really comfy beds and a great value for your money. Over all, this is a really nice place, cheap and you get a lot for what you pay, we only stayed 2 night but it was amaizing. We would like to thank the owner and the hotel for this amaizing experience in Prague, a nice city to visit. For all of this, we give the maximum ammount of stars and we would recommend this place to everybody who would want to stay in a really nice place, for a great ammount of money, a nice and quiet area with great staff.
