• Estelle (10/5): Great place to stay and more! - Great place, super roomy and comfy with everything you need, great host, we wished we had stayed longer! Do not hesitate to stay there! Nothing!
• Melodie (4/5): - Good location. When we arrived our room was not clean. The staff was very friendly and got us moved to one of the bottom rooms, which was an awful experience. We had workers above us and could hear them and their alarms starting at 4 a.m. and loud noises until they left around 7. It was uncomfortably hot, and 2 of the beds didn't have pillow cases. For 300.00 a night i was definitely not impressed.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Great except the thermostat issue. - Nice, spacious, clean No clear instructions on operating the thermostat and so it was freezing in the main room.
• Karie (8/5): Very good - It had plenty of space for us to each have our own room, which was really nice. A table big enough to pay games on etc. Fun outside games like ladder ball and corn hole were a nice surprise. The dishwasher kept getting stuck, and it was hard to open. Then it was sooo hot when we got there with no info on how to use a swamp cooler, the rooms didn't cool down much, so luckily they had fans, which helped, but only 2 worked. Sleeping with our door open helped chill the rooms, but then privacy was lacking and by morning it was freezing ha ha. Overall, it was great.

• joseph (8/5): Good place for groups to stay in Blanding. - Good value for 8 persons. Good size beds except for a pair of twins (ok for kids). The lighting was poor, in the kitchen and bath (need brighter bulbs). Neighborhood was residential and very quiet.

• Heather (10/5): The condo was spacious and comfy for our family gathering! - It was perfect for our family to have 4 bedrooms and the full kitchen and living room space. So accommodating for our big group and so comfortable! Location was great and so much room for parking. The outside patio and fireplace is set up so cute. We were there in the winter so we didn’t gather outside but the kids enjoyed the hot tub!
• Douglas (10/5): A nice break in Blanding - We really enjoyed our stay at the condo in Blanding. It was a welcome break in between two days of long travel between Arches and the Grand Canyon. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and it was nice to have the kitchen for meal prep.
• Meagan (8/5): Thank you - The first day the fire detectors chirped so badly I couldn't sleep. We replaced the battery in the detector in the bedroom off the kitchen. It finally stopped chirping and I could sleep. The dishwasher leaks. I tried running it the first day and a huge puddle formed in the middle of the kitchen. I will leave the towels in the floor so I can run it before I leave and the towels catch the water. The light in the bathroom of the kitchen has missing and not working light bulbs. The bulb over the toilet doesn't work at all. There needs to be a way to contact the property owner or manager outside of the Hotels app. The auto messenger is useless. The app can't help get us the answers we need. There has to be a way. I tried calling the number listed but the mailbox was full. The property owner needs to have the condo dishwasher repaired and put new bulbs in the bathrooms. We did have a good stay but the owner needs to know of the problems to fix them.
• Moore (1/5): Nightmare Property in Blanding - Quiet No reliable Internet or wifi. Toilet out of order in bathroom. Hole in the wall near front door. Stray dogs outside. No landscaping surrounding building. No paved drive nor parking only gravel left over from construction. Trailers and junk in yards next door. Abandoned homes across the street, very low quality homes in neighborhood. Dry rot on door molding in bathroom. Toilet in second bathroom that was working was not bolted down on floor and would tip when seated. Microwave door was loose and falling off. Cabinet above stove and microwave was greasy from cooking and never being cleaned. No TV with any network channels. No central heating, only wall heaters in each room that were not adequate and violating uniform building code for a hotel commercial building. Building did not comply with American Disability Act and did not provide wheelchair access. No sidewalks in neighborhood to allow a safe walk. Front yard was full of tumble weeds and ruderal vegetation.
• Lynette (10/5): Exceptional - The condo was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub a couple of evenings. Being able to cook breakfast and supper made visiting many sites in Bears Ears easy.

• Justin (7/5): fairly nice accommodation. - Nice location. Quiet area of the town. Easy to find. fairly spacious with four bedrooms and two bathrooms kitchen and living room area. Little bit musty smelling. Noticed some of the walls in the restroom were a little grimy. Could use with an ice overall deep clean. Biggest issue was the beds weren't that comfortable and the air conditioning didn't work that great. Was able to get it cool not comfortably cold.
• May (10/5): - We had a good stay. The unit was spacious, clean and well stocked with kitchen needs. Note that arriving on Sunday evening there isn't any restaurants (except Subway and A&W) or supermarkets open.

There was no air conditioning, just a swamp cooler and it was a very hot week. There were no instructions how to use the thermostat or swamp cooler, I had to call to find out directions for use. They were very friendly and helpful. But it would have been nice to have that information in the black info book on the table when we arrived.

The owner was very friendly. Located in a quiet little neighborhood. Would absolutely stay again!! Loved having separate rooms for everyone and 2 bathrooms!

The tub drained super slow and water backed up during shower, and the bathroom light started flickering so bad in the middle of shower that it had to be shut off. The hot tub looked nice but we didn’t take advantage for fear we would get out and be too cold after. Would not stay there again.

• David (4/5): Disappointing - Central location, easy to find, lots of parking and spacious. The coil electric stove sorted out and sent electricity through one hand through and out the other. When the property owner came to fix the heater, he let himself in after I said hold on. Minimal TV stations, only 2 streaming services, but they both had parental controls on them and it would start buffing every night around 7:30 pm, so you couldn't watch anything. It got a little weird when he offered us a book of Mormon as a personal gift.

• Melody (10/5): Great place to stay. Fam fav out of 6 dif hotels - CLEAN. Shower pressure is GREAT. We made breakfast before we left. Everything we needed to cook breakfast. Only issue I had- as states it’s a condo and there are laundry facilities. I assumed it was a condo based on title and condos typically have their own W/D. There is a W/d but it’s coin laundry so be prepared. We planned to wash clothes at this point in our 9 day SW trip so was surprised. Easily solved - ran down to the laundromat and got change! Otherwise place was great, spacious and comfy. Recs: I tried to send an email but it bounced back. The toilet next to king bed runs after a flush. The chain is getting stuck. Also, we are from Midwest and had no idea how to use the infrared heat thing on the wall. We were hot so we opened the windows. Maybe add something to the binder on how to work them?

Town looked a bit empty, there was only one store open and only one subway to get food (we arrived on Sunday). Town did not look very cosy. Also, the contact with host was very sterile, we only got message with code to let ourselves in and directions that we had to leave on time otherwise there was a penalty ... The outdoor facilities were very basic and there was nothing to make the outdoor place cosy (only a lot of concrete).

• R (6/5): Perfect for a large family - The space is very spacious and accommodates a family of 8, easily. Two bathrooms with double doors separating double sinks from tub and toilet meant multiple people could use the bathrooms at the same time. There were plenty of towels and clothes. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils/pans, coffee maker, and essential small appliances. Dishwasher tabs were provided as well as dish soap and sponges. The heat worked well for us and wasn't difficult to figure out. Dick is a genuinely great guy and brought over treats for our kids. He came first thing in the morning to clear out the parking lot after a big snowfall so we could get to where we needed to go. The condo and linens could be cleaner. Based on previous reviews and what I saw when we arrived, Dick is always improving and appears to have addressed issues brought up by previous guests. I'm certain he will also ensure the cleaning crew steps up their game. Kitchen cabinets/drawers could still use some pulls (not a deal breaker). If you need the WiFi for work or school, you may get dropped a few times, but this wasn't a deal breaker.

The property uses a swamp cooler, which didn't cool so well at night but really well early in the morning, making for an inconsistent temperature throughout the night. • Verified traveler (8/5): Nice, but area needs work. - The place was really nice... the area leaves allot to be desired. The houses around the area are really run down and trashy looking. I wasn't sure what we had gotten ourselves into when we pulled up to the place. But the owner was really nice and said he had purchased the trailers behind the apartment so I am guessing he will clean up the closest places.

• James (10/5): Nice condo in Blanding - Sleeps eight in four bedrooms. Large kitchen, two full baths. Nice condo in a typical Blanding residential neighborhood. Clean, quiet. Bed was comfortable. Good WiFi that you may need since few cellular carriers are in Blanding. Verizon did work. Kitchen has a coffee maker, hot pot for water, dishwasher. Great location for visiting the canyons, ruins and cultural history of Bears Ears. It's amazing. Don't miss the Edge of the Cedars State Park Museum just a few blocks away. Blanding is a very quiet dry town.
