- Liudmila (10/5): - Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Расположение для тех, кто не хочет тратить время на дорогу в аэропорт. Рядом с комплексом находится торговый центр. В квартире для завтрака было и кофе, и снеки, молоко, вода Слышимость из подъезда. Но это не вопрос хозяев
- Gili (7/5): It was great for the purpose of being close to the airport & train. - Very good communication with the owner. Before, during and after our stay. Location is great for being close both to the airport & the train (although the way from the airport to the train and then to the apartment was tough at night with the luggage. Practically it’s more doable in a taxi) Train to the city from there is very easy. The walls with the next apartment are made of paper. You can hear the neighbors talking and yelling. You hear everything they’re saying very clearly. It felt like they were leaving in my bedroom. Yelling until midnight. And then came again to visit at 6 am. The house’s cleanness was ok, but with some dust shoved in to the corners.

- Squeri (8/5): - Appartamento funzionale e bene servito dai mezzi pubblici, comodi da raggiungere. Si potrebbe fare un po' di manutenzione all'appartamento. Alcuni mobili sono rotti e alcuni usurati. Materassi e cuscini non comodissimi Migliorabile la pulizia.

Solo del latte (senza lattosio), dei biscotti e delle merendine che non era possibile scaldare per l’assenza del microonde. Vista l’assenza di bar nelle immediate vicinanze la possibilità di fare colazione in struttura era uno degli elementi che ce l’ha fatta scegliere.

Una notte e scappa. - Il fatto di dover rimanere soltanto una notte Posizione vicino all’aeroporto e nuova fiera ma comunque accanto a un edificio vandalizzato con vetri rotti che non ti ispirava fiducia come quartiere. La porta di ingresso aveva segni di scassinatura come se avesse subito appena un furto. Infatti la porta non é blindata e anche questo aspetto non ti fa stare sereno nel lasciare cose in casa. Colazione inclusa? Macchina del caffè sporca per cui non ci si fidava ad utilizzarla e biscotti vari inumiditi e deludente in generale. L’armadio di una camera era senza ante e non dava una bella sensazione come nelle perfette foto pubblicate. Acqua del rubinetto sembra non potabile. Riscaldamento non sembrava funzionare. Abbiamo dovuto accendere i condizionatori. Letto di una camera scomodissimo duro come la pietra.

- Helen (6/5): Quick stopover only - The second bedroom mattress was good. Good communication from owner regarding entry. Very helpful. In the main bedroom the mattress was very hard. Packed breakfast only. Quite noisy.

- Chelsea (4/5): It was a quick stay since we had a very early flight, but I wouldn’t want to be there any longer. - Didn’t like the location, it seemed like a pretty rough spot. The apartment itself was okay, it was nothing like the pictures. There was milk, and other things in the fridge that were expired, and snacks also looked very stale. The power also went out so I’m assuming it can’t handle having all AC’s on. We had to go down stairs and power it back on ourselves. For the price I would say you can definitely stay somewhere nicer. It was just not the most appealing or comfortable place to be at.

Kitchen a bit dated but functional. Coffee machine with enough capsules. Snacks (complimentary). Lift. Parking available, but may be full (? guaranteed). We had to park off-road one night. A/C. Very secure. Convenient for airport, about 15 km to Roma centre. Kettle microwave. Please inform the guests SPECIFICALLY to put the road name and house number and not just Domus Fiera di Roma in maps search. We struggled to find the place. Not cheap, though. But then it was for 6 people...

- Elizabeth (3/5): NEVER AGAIN - There is no one on site at the property. Once I booked a non refundable room, a series of instructions, maps, and codes were sent to me. It’s complicated and exhausting especially if you are staying for a layover from Fiumicino airport. The instructions said the room would be open with the keys inside, instead it was locked and only after a very long wait was able to get in touch with a remote representative who unlocked it remotely. This should be written clearly on their page. I would have never booked this room knowing all the details.
