Carrie (6/5): Average stay - Location close to the river and downtown area. So very walkable. Didn’t like the secondary property across the street as it was quite dated. As the bathroom was dated, air conditioner loud, toilet ran all night and the too Has a slightly musty smell.

Jessee (10/5): We'd be back! - We got to stay in building C in #1608. We really liked the cabin feel of it. Being 30 weeks pregnant with luggage, it was very nice to pull up to the door to our room vs going up an elevator and taking a hike to the room. We were away from people and it was quiet and just peaceful. The beds were really surprisingly comfy too. We arrived early and did not expect Automotion traffic so I went in and asked if I could park there, even though I was early. The younger woman was very kind and accommodating and said absolutely. The older woman was rather rude. I didn't know what an early check-in entailed, so I said we won't be going in the room, just parking and she said "obviously not, you're not going to know what room you're in until your actual check-in time". And just made a few comments like that. It was off putting and I'm glad we didn't stay in the actual main building because I didn't want to see her.

Amy (9/5): I would absolutely stay here again! - The hotel is walking distance to downtown and Just a Game fieldhouse. The pool was open which was awesome because it was early in the year but very nice out. I like that it has a bar and restaurant option as well! The indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were also great to have. The view from the backside of the hotel can't be beat!

Hamrick (7/5): - The location The staff at late night checking was short and rude but did honor the prick on booking that got cancelled. Also he said it was cancelled because card didn’t go through when they ran it. I told him that I locked it and on booking it had, “pay at property” option and he proceeded to tell me that was not true because they don’t allow that. It was a bit frustrating to hear him. Continue to argue with me when I know what option I clicked on my reservation on booking.com. Last thing I need is a rude staff after a 4 hr drive and a 10:30pm check-in.

Bloomquist (8/5): - Hotel is beautiful! We had a balcony on the river and the view was wonderful! Room was nice and clean. Beds were amazing! My only complaint was the pool needed to be cleaned. The area around pool was clean and beautiful but when I swam in pool there was some mold around the top in spotty places and filters were not turned on. We went at 9:00 PM though so they could shut them off by a certain time. That was the only thing, very minor, will definitely go back!! Almost forgot if parking lot by hotel is full then you have to cross the street to different parking lot. They do have 4 handicapped ♿️ parking spaces though.

Jill (8/5): Adventure Awaits! Close to EVERYTHING!! Enjoy!!! - Omg it was close to everything. The scenery was incredible and the Boathouse food was amazing!!!!!!!!!! The kids running up and down the halls and the floor above me was loudly jumping or stoping at all hours of the night. Every time someone came or left their room the door SLAMMED shut! Scared me out of a dead sleep 💤 definitely getting the 5th floor next time!!!

Michelle (1/5): Notify not all rooms are inside hotel - Location We were put into a room across the street. Nothing on the listing stated we wouldn’t be in the hotel. We came with our family to stay for Mother’s Day and weren’t even in the same place. When asked if we could get a room inside the hotel we were told we’d have to pay like $200 more than what we already paid.
Coleman (10/5): Pleasant Surprise - The view from the balcony was beautiful. The location is great. The value was excellent. It was clean and comfortable. The bar was nice and the food was good. The pool was closed for maintenance but it was a week day. We were told upfront. I wish there was coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Bergerson (8/5): - Great view of the river, nice that you are able to walk right to the downtown area. The room we were in seemed very small and they cramped alot in the room. The walls were pretty thin as well I heard someone's baby crying most of the night which is not really the hotels fault but figured I would mention. The front desk women I spoke with during check in and check out was not very friendly she seemed like she was rushing us through the check in process and did not go over where things were located.

Wyntir (10/5): It’s was a perfect new spot for us! - It’s a little ways away from heavy traffic. In walkable distance to the shopping strip. Right off the River with a boathouse restaurant! & a ginormous hot tub!♥️ The deer park and beach is only offered during times of operations. I’d come and stay again just for getting free tickets to use at one for the following year.

I don't update the query about how many guests are staying in the room. The numbered of people who stay with me can change at any time. I chose the Vue because of the Timbati tickets. The front desk gave me 2 wrist bands for each of the 2 rooms rented. Wristbands should be available for each guest, up to room capacity. When I asked for 2 more, I was charged $25/each

Thank you for your clean and courteous accomodation! - loved the view, off the beaten path, friendly staff, loved the deck over looking the river, loved the discounted meal-though we did not eat at the restaurant. loved the coupon for the free drink-though we received the coupon after we had a drink on the deck, before we had checked in-did not use. did not love the green wristbands, told to wear all the time, with the $25 replacement fee, that immediately slipped off since I did not see the safety snap. did not love that the great bartender- when asking us if we had a coupon did not tell us that if we were staying at the hotel we would get the free coupon when we checked in. but i forgive him, he was a polite and courteous young man!
Jenny (5/5): Review - Location , pool and hot tub I didn't like the food , the fact that on a Saturday night they closed the bar at 9:30 when they were supposed to be open until 10 ..but honestly they should be open until at least midnight on a Friday sat ..I didn't like that we could not use the gas fireplace outside at 10pm ..they should definitely have those available until at least midnight ..the pool should stay open until midnight on Fri sat nights ..the beds are complete concrete cement ..very painful to sleep on ..but the pillows are great
Daniel (1/5): Outdated, small but convenient - The location was good and it did have an amazing view. Very small space and the bathroom were horrible, the toilet was so small and low to the ground. The decor was outdated and in need of some remodeling . I will not ever stay at this location again.

In and out - The hotel and rooms were very modernized they were nice and it was clean and smelled clean The pillows and bedding were nice and did not smell and the mattress was very comfortable and not hard or stiff. The Ac / heat worked and was quiet. The towels were better than most, I would give them a 7 out of 10. No breakfast as the restaurant was closed. The bathroom light was very dim they need a better fixture with more lights. The refrigerator makes lite sounds - I just unplugged it and replugged before leaving.

Gerald (10/5): Aside from the things mentioned, we had a very nice stay. - Bar/restaurant on location. It was convenient to places we wanted to go. View of river was really great. Lighting in bathroom was quite dim and the grab bar in in the shower/tub was loose. Water saver showerhead could have a better water flow.

Really wish we could have gotten an early check-in. We would have liked to have gotten settled into our room and then explored the area.

Katherine (8/5): Beautiful view overlooking the river and convenient location. - I loved the view from my room and the little balcony was very very nice. The bed was very comfortable. it was also very nice to have the Starbucks right in the building. The restaurant looked very nice although I never ate there because I was with friends outside the facility. Wonderful views from the restaurant and outdoor decks. The main person at check-in who seemed to be in charge was somewhat rude and not very welcoming. I have never been to a hotel anywhere in the world that required you to wear a hospital type wristband and was going to an event where it would have been very strange to be wearing that kind of a wristband so I did not wear it. They had an enormous amount of waivers that you had to sign and that too I have never experienced at any other place I have stayed. Actually, when I was signing all of these, I was kind of wondering if I had made a mistake staying at the wrong place thinking that they must have a lot of security issues at this location. The room itself was nice although the bathroom area needs an update and the lighting in the room needs to be brighter.

The restaurant was closed all day I was staying so need to eat out side b cause of that need to rent a car to move around. And first day the attendance was amazing but the rest day no courtesy not even see us
