We were in a studio room, but for watching tv, there was no place to sit, apart from the bed. My constant gripe- the cushions on the bed, propped up against the clean pillows. Those cushions have been propped up against countless other pillows, and on countless other surfaces during a stay, and between guests. Get rid of the cushions!

Michelle (9/5): Well designed and comfortable disability room. - We stayed in a disability room, this was the best laid out disability room we have ever stayed in. Everything was at a good height, the rails were appropriately placed and lots of room for walker and wheelchair to manoeuvre. Beds were super comfy and even though it is on the edge of Cambridge it is right beside a well stocked supermarket. My only criticism would be there were no small side plates in the kitchenette, but that was so minor and we managed just fine without them,

Second day plates that had been cleaned and put back into cupboards we found chipped again when we went to use them and couldn’t use due to obvious MAJOR Heath risk. I bought this up with receptionist only to be told they use these plates in all the units and they were very good plates. Tea bags not replaced on second day but the room was clean and tidy.

The night tables were just flat tables, instead of having a drawer or another shelf to place necessary items, meant you had to place them on the floor.

Tony (5/5): Beautiful garden style apartments. Just needs some tuning up, that’s all - The property was entirely beautified. Everything was remodeled with a high end luxury feel. The king bed in my studio was not that. It was two twin sized beds pushed together. I didn’t find this out until 2am when my back slipped through the gap between the mattresses and I woke up with back pain. The washing machine or dryer doesn’t work properly. I had a small load and did two cycles of dryer time and still had wet clothes. Had to dry them in the car to my next destination.
