- LAURENCE (7/5): - L'emplacement de l'hotel est idéal pour ce que nous étions venu faire à YIWU. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter des services de l'hotel (piscine, spa, etc) Quand nous sommes arrivés, un papier de bonbon était dans la salle de bain dans un coin près du lavabos. Je l'ai laissé pour voir si c'était un simple oubli. Il y est resté LE TEMPS DE NOTRE SÉJOUR. Donc mauvaise note.

Está totalmente deteriorado, es lamentable que esa cadena que algún momento fue espectacular haya decaído tanto. No es un Hotel cinco estrellas ni llega a cuatro estrellas. Servicios decadente huele a cigarro por todos lados, la limpieza es pobre. Que lamentable Bajo ningún concepto, lo puedo recomendar como un Hotel cinco estrellas. Tienen que hacer algo urgentemente.

- YAROSLAV (9/5): - Отличное расположение отеля, внизу ТЦ, близко рынок и вся бизнес среда. Отель не самый новый, но все в очень хорошем состоянии, за отелем следят. В номерах и в самом отеле чисто и ухожено. Соотношение цена/качество сильно выше по сравнению с соседними 5* отелями других сетей, которые по цене идентичны, но сильно проигрывают в качестве. Минусов не нашел

- Alexandra (9/5): Great hotel, well situated, comfortable with friendly staff. - We stay here every year - great location & AMAZING breakfast with a huge choice that is very international - really sets you up for the day. Rooms are large, comfortable & quiet - staff are friendly & helpful. The hotel is above the Glory Mall where there are shops including a supermarket & restaurants - all very convenient. I think they could make more of the bar area as you enter the hotel - it lacks atmosphere & is not an especially pleasant place to sit & socialise.

La suite grande, el desayuno no me encanto. El desayuno podría ser mejor, mas que nada la parte occidental. Las frutas no eran buenas, no había mucha opción de cosas de pastelería. Tampoco era muy agradable el salon.

Similar to other shangri la hotels, but since this is a 3rd(?) tier city the price was quite reasonable. What you get here for $140 USD is comparable to what you get in Paris for 2000 USD The weather

In addition, the house keeping staff was not doing their work properly as you need to call them to provide with the missing items.

- esam (5/5): Below average - Near mall very convenient. Laundry machine was very useful The bed was uncomfortable. The cleaning was suboptimal; when we checked in, the room was very dusty, as if no one had stayed in it for decades. The air conditioning was not cold; you need to leave the door open, otherwise it becomes suffocating and humid. The furniture was overused and torn. The entire hotel needs a major facelift.
