Staff are very attentive and polite, free buggy ride to market is nice, but only one chair for two people in the room, designer headboard for the bed is so big, taking much space in the room, useless, room will be larger without this thing. Very basic and limited option for breakfast. Hotel charged me 900 baht for airport taxi, very steep for the trip cost about 400/500 with Grab taxi. I won't book this hotel for my next trip to Bangkok.

No where on booking mentioned third person charge till I checked in and the young man named “Boy” I supposed asked to get proof in an arrogant way and two ladies stand gossip when we walked to our room. Ask for more water, was informed that hotel give only 2 and if need more, boil the water from tap. This is crazy
• GrandTour44846267555 (8/5): 2nd Bangkok trip - Stayed 2 nights in very modern Klub Hotel, Bangkok which is located on a very quiet street. Walking distance to Pratunam but hotel provides ever ready buggy services even to nearby LRT stations. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great .
• Chris (8/5): - Overall our stay wasn't bad, but the property is located in a difficult spot for transportation to get to, it is a loud area, and the amenities are limited. It was well taken care of and the staff was very nice. It located close to Central world, which is a plus for some, but our bed was very stiff and the breakfast was unimpressive. For the price it wasn't a bad option considering it was New Year's and the surrounding hotels were much more expensive.
• Nan (8/5): - I chose this hotel because it’s close to a customer’s event location, and more importantly it’s close to the Siam shopping area. What a treat with all the shops and restaurants around! The hotel is clean and modern, we got everything we needed in the room and there is plenty of space for two check-in luggage’s. We got fresh bottled water every day. There are bus, MRT and BTS within walking distance. Hotel has free Tuktuk for guests, it will bring you to four or five close by spots, e.g. BTS station or a market. The only disappointments are single layer window, loud airco and bathroom without ventilation. We had to keep the bathroom door open after the shower so it gets a bit dry. We set timer for the airco to go off in the night otherwise it’s difficult to sleep due to the noise. Still a pretty good place to spend a few nights in Bangkok, especially if you want to do lots of shopping! :D

• MarianaX64 (10/5): Clean and Cozy Hotel Near Pratunam - If you want to stay near Pratunam. I really recommend this place. Really clean and cozy hotel, they even provide transportation to some spot nearby. The breakfast also tasty. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We have 7 night stay here and we really enjoy our stay.

Only criticism was that we ran out of toilet paper both nights and the bed was harder than we normally enjoy. That said, we were able to take care of our needs and slept like logs. Front desk staff was fabulous. They took care of our needs without hesitation.

Might be dark when going back at night but can always book a grab to the hotel. Front desk & Housekeeping team are friendly and helpful. Sorry didn't get their names. Would recommend to stay at this hotel! Small downside: Rooms are not soundproof and you can hear people outside talking. Laundry room is also chargeable when using the amenities.
• sweetiekin (10/5): Happy to stay here. - Room was quite small but enough. Just not for large luggages. Front office staff were very helpful and smily. They were always ready to assist our queries and even went the extra mile to print out the train schedules which we were unable to access. We really appreciate it. Breakfast was included in our stay, which was sufficient and above average. Simple and yet warm our stomachs. Location is a little bit off the main road but it is walkable for 7-10 mins to the nearest BTS. We enjoyed our stay nevertheless.

The room isnt big and the worst is the pillow is very hard. Every morning 3 of us have a neck pain because of that.. the breakfast isnt have many choices too.

• 57jeff (10/5): Good Value Hotel - I had two, two night, stays in this city centre hotel recently (January / February). This was my first visit to Bangkok and I was made to feel very welcome. Nice rooms with lovely shower and good reliable wi-fi. The staff were helpful in getting taxis and ran a free shuttle service , which I did not use, and the price I paid included breakfasts which were excellent. One very small criticism was that I paid my bill in pounds rather than Thai Bhat. I didn't notice and felt that I should have been asked. All in all it was still an excellent experience.

The shuttle van and tuk-tuk service is great and provides very easy access to things nearby. Just need to check the time and book with reception early. 3mins walk to 7-11. 5mins walk to massages street. 15mins walk to BTS station. 15mins walk to platinum mall. They give me corner room is very big. Overall, it's a good stay.

Breakfast spread is decent, service staffs are great. There are tuktuk and shuttle services to the main road and shopping malls too. Room was spacious. My friend got sick during the trip and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay again!

• 02AC (8/5): Comfortable & clean - Stayed for 3 nights, a perfect accommodation to rest after an entire day out. Friendly staff and comfortable beds, there's even a pool table and cinema room (which we didn't get to use) to while away time. The only gripe is the distance away from BTS station, the nearest is about 15 mins walk away. Otherwise, we could also use the buggy to take us out to the main road.

• 89yiyingc (10/5): Amazing Stay, Value for Money - Our stay at Klub Hotel for 4 nights was thoroughly enjoyable. Though the hotel needed a bit of a walk out to the main road and wasn't the nearest to the most common attractions, the Tuk Tuk and Shuttle Services made travelling out a lot more convenient. We booked the suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast variety was good, and the staff were helpful, friendly and hospitable. Would highly recommend Klub Hotel to our friends and family.
• xinnrrella (2/5): Ask to pay 500 bhat as visitor fees for my massuer - Book for 2 nights. Called for outsource massage from my usual shop to come in ( decent ones) as they do not have a massage parlor in the hotel. The masseurs were then stop by the reception, asking them to pay a 500 bhat each as visitors fees. Explaining that this is to ensure my safety. So are you trying to say after i pay 500 bhat they are safe people to come into the hotel???? Do not make sense please!! Very very bad experience and poor management. Please buck up on your reception attitude, this is not the way you do service line. Moreover, Hotel is very far from the roadside.
• endangtraveler (10/5): Klub Hotel 😁 - so happy!! during my stay at this hotel from 30 October to 13 November, the location is very strategic and close to a shopping center and just walking distance to get to Platinum Fashion mall and Big C and Isetan mall. although the location is a bit into the alley but very convenient. the rooms are clean and the view is good Train night Market also Free one way shuttle (tuk tuk) provided from hotel to the main road. 7-11 and massage places are all located on the main road which is a 5 min walk. 🥰

The hotel also required 1000B deposit upon check in, even though you already fully paid the room rates. There were mosquitoes in the lobby area. The food from the restaurant was also not good. Most hotel staff are very friendly though.
• ramon991 (2/5): Difficult front desk - I have never been in a hotel so inflexible as Klub hotel, I arrived early morning requesting earliest room available but were told to wait until 2pm as its hotel policy to check in at the time, waiting hours I saw many customer check out, in fact even some cleaning ladies confirming rooms available before 10am; but no, reception rules were only after 2pm. There were a couple of ladies in front desk that offered to check in at 1pm, only to be contradicted by a male colleague (Pete or Peter). So no room available until 2pm. By 2pm a large crowd were bunch up at the reception desks all tired and weary looking to get the room as soon as possible. I was lucky to be one of the first to get the room, but waiting for 4-5 hrs before I could get the room, left me weary and tired, full of mosquitoes bites (there was a large swarm of mosquitoes at the lobby, at the coffee shop) and a large bill for drinks. I will never come back to the Klub hotel, the experience was very negative, reception desk male (Pete or Peter) service towards customers was absolutely horrible, most of his response are negative as to make the tourist stay a hell. the room was clean, ans the cleaning ladies very nice and very polite, though the drain of the shower was clogged, it often flooded the shower cubicle and overflowed to the rest of the bathroom; I called to the attention to the cleaning lady, but I guess she could not understand what I said. I think its not her fault, she is not supposed to know this problem, should be maintenance that should perform the test on showers. and drains as there was also an awful sewage smell coming from the drains. and last was the hotel business card, its nice and beautiful but useless, no taxis, Grabs and tuctucs were able to read and find out the location of the hotel. Took me a great effort every time needed to get a taxi to get to the hotel In conclusion will never stay in this Klub house again. After 3 nights i moved to the NAP, 2 metres away from Klub, and was given a cheaper, nicer room, at 9am, without begging. Klub hotel is doing a disservice to Bangkok and Thailand.

As the hotel is far behind those big hotels n main road, this hotel do provide 24-hr free shuttle tuk-tuk to n fro nearby shopping spots. We found their breakfast is nice n with many varieties.

The road in from main street is well lit so no need to worry. Room is clean as shown in the pictures. Will probably stay here again the next time as it is value for money.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel’s clean and located at a quiet lane near Pratunam and within walking distance to Platinum Mall (via overhead bridge for crossing busy main road) and surrounding are. Breakfast is sumptuous with western and local cuisines. The quadruple room’s comfortable with lighting and plug points well thought of even for the top of the bunk beds. Nearest BTS for us was Ratchathewi which is about 15 mins by foot. We uber-ed to airport easily (allow for additional time as traffic might be unpredictable for driver to reach you). Hotel’s policy is that they could only order specific company/taxi which cost almost 3 times more.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - It's a new boutique hotel so condition of room is still good. Though hotel is not located along main road, it provides free tuk-tuk service to 5 locations along Petchaburi Road (24hrs) and free shuttle service to 4 locations at a few specific times.
• JOey (4/5): - This hotel stay was recommended by a friend though. 1.KLUB Hotel is located at the back of Pratunam area, some driver may find it difficult to locate. 2. Service is average which needs to be improved further. We asked for a late check out of an hour but they declined and wanted us to pay 1000 thb for late checkout. 3. We chose the suite room with bathtub - the room is small and the bed is really uncomfortable that caused us having a backache. 4. This hotel does not come with gym and swimming pool facilities. 5. Breakfast is average and the variety is limited and mostly the same during our 4 days stay. Will not highly recommend this hotel as there are a few better hotels nearby too. I will not choose Klub hotel again if I am in BKK, It is best to do own research before booking.

The hotel cleanness is good, staffs were friendly & helpful and i do really like that they provide free 24 hours shuttle service to nearby convenient stores / massage stores. However, there is one thing that i dislike about, which is the lighting in my room. I feel it was too little lights in the room and it makes the entire room very deem during the night time.
• AhBoy (8/5): nice hotel close to shopping paradise - convenient place to stay, prices are reasonable, cosy. when the time to rest, is really good time to rest where you won't be able to hear any noise from outside. walking distance go BTS station. the only one setback is the hotel management is lacking solution to mitigate raining issue when customers wants to go out. no umbrella provided.

• Romila Marie (10/5): Great boutique hotel - Absolutely enjoyed my stay at Klub Hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff. Every staff that we have interacted with, we have nothing but praise for. Nice amenities (it has a cinema!) Love the room. Very, very spacious, has tons of storage, very clean and modern. Bathroom is bigger than what boutique hotels usually offers. The hotel is not on the main street, but they do have a tuk-tuk service that would take you to the nearest main street. They also have another shuttle service which can take you to Siam, the nearest BTS station, etc (but it's by schedule).

Tuk Tuk free drop off local was fun and handy Everywhere was clean and the a/c in the room was like the artic circle best ever. Would definitely use again on my next visit a nice base after some hot tiring shopping. Well done Klub.

Hotel provides free tuktuk service to the main road. Room was clean. Service standard was good. Value for money.

Only the location quite a big inside which need about 10 minutes walk out to main road/ Platinum Mall. However, there was scheduled shuttle provided to desalinated location. Overall very excellent and strongly recommended.

Unfortunately, it is quite difficult for the drivers to find this hotel due to the location, but overall this is not a significant concern for you to choose this hotel. The room, environment & staff in this hotel are very nice.

• annie (4/5): New hotel at soi 13 - Hotel is about 5 mins walk to main road & 15 mins to pratunam market or platinum mall. Nearest 7-11 is at main road. Room is very dull with 3 orange light table lamps. Hard to see things clearly at night with then insufficient lights. Supposedly there is tuktuk service to main road anytime of the day but it was out of service throughout my 4 days stay. Day 1 when asked about it, staff said it will resume service the next day but same thing happened on day 2. One & only mirror in the bathroom. No big mirror to check yourself out if you want to try on your loots. Hotel only can provide 1 room card. Wifi connection is very lag. Will not be coming back to this hotel anymore & will not recommend it too.
• Familyof4 (6/5): Quiet hotel off main road - 1) Super noisy air conditioning 2) Given rooms on 3rd floor. Noise from carpark was rather loud 3) Dirty looking white towels 4) Counter staff Ms “Bee” very grumpy & defensive. No smile at all. Often speaks with exasperation to us or other guests 5) Shuttle Service (12-seater) inconsistent. They said no booking, but allowed group of 8 to reserve seats!? 6) Did not allow us to keep 1 room for late check out by 5pm when we had 2 rooms for 4 days 7) Ms “Bee” refused to tag one of our bags even we specifically requested. It was left stranded when we returned to hotel to get our luggage before going to the airport 8) Breakfast spread ok 9) Chubby shuttle driver quite helpful

• krism (10/5): Amazing service and location - The hotel is literally 10mins walk away from platinum fashion mall and pantip plaza (large IT mall) and central world. It’s a bustling street, convenience stores, fast food and restaurant options aplenty. But what’s the most commendable is the service of their staff. Everyone greets you when they see you, no matter what time of the day. They provide hotel free tuktuk service to nearby Malls and main streets. The lobby men are extremely polite and friendly, always asking about our day and trying to help in any way they can, making my stay there very warm and personal. I felt like they were family. Definitely will choose to stay at Klub hotel again without hesitation. Also, breakfast range is pleasant and room facilities are amazing! Room was spacious and big and amenities were all in good working condition. Room service charges were so reasonable and cheap. The hotel even provides a list of day tours you can book with them for very reasonable prices! I regret not booking any day tours with them. I would recommend also booking the hotel’s airport transfer service. It was cheaper than taking a grab car.

• Adam (10/5): Spacious and comfortable hotel - Spacious and comfortable hotel. Shower is spacious too, unlike many other hotels in Bangkok. Has a vending machine for many necessities, pool table, as well as a mini cinema! I've enjoyed my 4 night stay in this hotel. The only downside is the location, but distance is certainly walkable to big malls such as Platinum Mall and Centralworld.
• Stacie (10/5): Great hotel! - There are many hotels that do not look like the pictures online but this hotel is one of the rare few that does. We checked in after midnight and the front desk staff was very friendly and checked us in really quickly and she answered all of our questions amazingly. The staff were always friendly and spoke good English. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms always spotless. The lounge area was comfortable, restaurant served a good spread for breakfast. If I find myself in Bangkok, Klub Hotel would be amongst the top 3 places I would stay. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

• J (10/5): Review - Overall nice hotel, located just beside NAP hotel and round the corner from Soi 15 where the big 7-11 is located. Stayed in the suite and it was cosy. Hotel breakfast could offer better spread but it was acceptable. Hotel do provide tuktuk shuttle but did not manage to utilize it. Staff of Klub Hotel are generally very courteous. Overall satisfied with my stay.

Convenient store was about 5-10 mins walk away and main road was 10-15 walks out. Transport service was provided for such short trips though.

The location was not accessible where we have to take taxi in and out of the place during at night due to safety reason (ulu road street).
• Valerie (8/5): Nicely furnished hotel, but terrible location - The hotel was very pretty and cosy, rooms were huge and the toilet was renovated very nicely. Overall I did enjoy my stay in Klub Hotel. Only one point of the room I didn't like was the lighting - way too dim and too few, I ended having to use the table lamp to light up the floor for me to pack my luggage. The location was not great at all. If you are headed there from BKK airport via Airport Link, i would suggest you alight at Phaya Thai rather than Ratchaprarop although both stations are quite a similar distance from the hotel. I alighted at Ratchaprarop the first night and had to walk through dark alleys to get to the hotel, which was not easy to find at all! Really unsafe, especially for young women as we encountered men who leered at us. Phaya Thai station can be reached by the main road and so was safer and easier to navigate.

• Samantha (10/5): Amazing New Hotel - The stay was amazing, rooms were clean, and the staffs were friendly and helpful. They never fail to greet us when they see us, even the security guard greets us! I stayed with my mother and she loved it so much. We were really comfortable with our stay.

The staff doesn’t help with any recommendations for activities and restaurants and most of them don’t speak English

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice place to stay - 1st night was a bad one (cannot sleep) as next door guests were very noisy till 4am. It was adjoining rooms floor and we requested to change our room the next day. Remaining nights were good. Free tuk tuk shuttle to nearby market and main road. Friendly helpful staff, except no cable tv programs channels to pick (local only).

• Dan (8/5): Good location - Hotel is located conveniently to both the SkyTrain and the Airport Link. However the advertised free tuk-tuk to the closest station does not exist - we were offered a ride for 100 baht. Also the paid shuttle from the airport is extremely expensive - we were quoted 900 baht and then 1500 baht because they decided that someone from the hotel has to be there as otherwise they cannot be sure they can find us at the airport?!? In the end we took a taxi from the airport for 300 baht as a comparison. Rooms are modern with a great view at least for us. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin - we heard our neighbors late into the night (they went to sleep around 3 AM) speaking normally to each other. The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive and good.
