• Maureen (9/5): Quaint and Comfortable Apartment - Great location in the White area, across the Arno. Quiet but not too quiet. Also an iconic facility. Very modern with a distinct Renaissance vibe. It was a little cool for temperature. Also I couldn’t find a hair dryer. These are small complaints however. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
• Grace (10/5): A fabulous and comfortable stay - The flat was a great size, a quirky layout but i love it - one of the biggest closets i have come across. All rooms were a good size. The great assets for this flat is the location so close to all the great sights and double terrace - the views from the terrace was great and brilliant to watch the sun setting across the River Arno. The staff i dealt with were all very friendly and polite. The bed was a little hard for me, but not as bad as some as some i have slept on - i will still stay here again and will still highly recommend to others.

Close to most attractions, all within walking distance. Bed was comfortable Lack of microwave was a bit of a nuisance but overall not overly disconcerting. Shower was a bit low on water

The folks with the concierge were terrific and helpful, even helping us to book a taxi for a 3:45am pick up. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

Samozrejme v modernom style ubytovacich moznosti v pamiatkovej budove a historickom centre mesta. Milujem toto miesto a urcite sa sem vratime, ma to Genius Loci a sme radi, ze aj tu sa da ubytovat a nechciet odist uz po prvom zhliadnuti ubytovacich moznosti, ktore ponukate Parkovanie auta si musite preverit vopred, lebo mesto ma ZTL zony otvorene v tychto miestach len v iste casy a vjazd do nich moze byt problem, ale vsetko sa vyriesilo. Nastavit si prichod v case, aby ste si vedeli zariadit vykladanie a nalozenie osobnej batoziny. Priestorovych moznosti na tieto aktivity je malo, niet divu, ste v centre mesta. Ubytovanie ma svoju recepciu a treba vyuzit cas, ked je tam pritomny clovek, ktory vam pomoze ochotne so vsetkym a vsetko vam ukaze

• Miriam (8/5): Location is top. But we did not feel totally comfortable. - The location is absolutely great. 2 minutes by foot to Ponte Vecchio. The apartment is rather dark. Not much daylight inside. We were not able to enter when we first arrived. The code did not work. Fortunately a neighbor let us in.

Building was lovely. Replete with frescoes and busts. The apartment ceiling was frescoed and very high. Sofa was a little uncomfortable to lounge on. The most minor of niggles!

• Treena (8/5): Lovely stay. You really need to get dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner like most other places provide - Gorgeous old property well situated. Loved the furniture and bed and space. Loved the front door. Great recommendations for restaurants. Why is Shower soap not provided ? It’s a simple thing. And 2 small shampoos provided and no conditioner. Again simple to provide. I managed to get the concierge before he knocked off and was given some silly sachets impossible to open.

Perfect location, it has everything you could want in it, and the staff are exceptional. I'm sure we'll be returning again. Absolutely nothing.

The apartment on the top floor was perfect and with a wonderful view (they upgraded us from the ground floor to the top floor, really appreciated!) I didn’t realise there was no daily housekeeping especially for the price paid. Everything else was great. • Maria (9/5): - The location was great, very quiet street, walking distance from everything (5 minutes to Ponte Vecchio), very good Conad supermarket near Ponte Vecchio. The kitchen ware could include oven proof dishes and bowls for salads. Very minimalistic number of plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. Enough for two people but we had to use the dishwasher all the time and almost empty.

• Melita (9/5): Ein Palazzo mitten in der Stadt doch ruhig gelegen - Ich bekam eine sehr genaue Beschreibung + sogar ein Video, wie man sich zurechtfindet, und eine Anweisung für die späte Anreise, die ich hatte. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und vom Schlafzimmerfenster sieht man das Ponte Vecchio. Die Liste mit den Restaurants war super-hilfreich - wir haben uns in den 3 Tagen nur an sie gehalten. Keine der Empfehlungen hat enttäuscht! Nicht alle Töpfe waren für das Induktionsfeld geeignet (es waren Aluminiumtöpfe dabei, mit denen man für Induktion gar nicht verwenden kann) - Milch für den Kaffee aufzuwärmen ging nur mit dem größten Topf, der zur Verfügung stand.

L'ambiente è finemente ristrutturato, con eccellente cura dei dettagli: 2 camere matrimoniali spaziose con relativi bagni spaziosi e perfettamente funzionanti. Indimenticabili finestre sul lung'arno, con vista su tutto il centro storico.

• Loli (1/5): Desastre de apartamento - Nada Pues veníamos da Milán con un apartamento pequeño pero escepcional no le faltaba de nada y llegamos aquí y nos encontramos un apartamento viejo olor a humedad en la cocina no tenía tostadora ni tazas de café ni unas trites servilletas y luego en el baño de cosas de aseo nada de nada las toallas los tres días las mismas y luego la televisión en la habitación en el comedor nada la verdad decepcionante

• Frédérique (10/5): - Deux pièces confortable et calme au premier étage donnant sur la via Bardei, sobre, meublé avec goût, volets intérieurs en bois, dans un magnifique Palais du xve siècle situé sur la rive gauche à proximité du Ponte vecchio, palais Pizzi, jardins de Boboli et Bardini. Mais juste ce qu'il faut à l'écart de la foule. En parfaite cohérence avec cette splendide ville qu'est Florence Bonne literie, très bons oreillers, serviettes de toilettes en nombre, machine à laver le linge, propreté, moustiquaire aux fenêtres. Personnel d'accueil charmant, possibilité de bagagerie. Si vous avez plus de moyens, réservez avec vue sur l'Arno ! RIEN
• louis (7/5): - Amazing location Large rooms Shower was too small and had visible mould stains. Kitchen furniture was ugly and cheap as was the weird blue rug in the main entrance. This detracted from the natural beauty of the room. Needs modernising.

The Palazzo is 1000+ years old with some of original work. Perfect easy location. We will be back. Bed was great, kitchen Perfect, bathroom good again can't say enough wonderful things. Close to everything and amazing views over the Arno river, Ponte Vecchio bridge and the Uffuzi Gallery. The room had all we needed including and washing machine and iron facilities. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The A/C was soooo good on the hot days. The staff were super helpful & friendly

Several basic items were not provided during our stay, including body wash, adequate toilet paper supply, and tissue papers. The cookware was also very limited, and the dishwasher was only a mini unit. While I understand this is an apartment rental rather than a hotel, guests still have reasonable expectations for basic hygiene amenities. If items like body wash aren’t provided, this should be clearly stated in the listing. The response that “it’s not a hotel” feels dismissive and suggests a lack of commitment to quality guest service. Basic bathroom essentials should be standard, regardless of accommodation type. I recommend either providing these items or clearly listing what guests need to bring themselves in the property description.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

• Allan (8/5): I would stay there again, now that I know what to expect. Close to supermarket and Ponte Vecchio. - Unbeatable, spectacular location in Florence, that's the best part. Also, a very comfortable living room and well supplied kitchenette and large fridge. A very clean unit. There are almost no windows at all in this unit, which is rather jarring if you're not expecting it. The bed fell apart a couple times (we were able to fix it) and the bathroom is super tiny.

Exceptional apartment right on the river next to the Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was stunning. The bedrooms were huge, each with their own modern bathroom. Beautiful decor. Super clean. Loved everything about this apartment Nothing! It was perfect!

• John (10/5): Peaceful respite from the vibrant city. Close to everything and very comfortable - It was a fantastic location away from the noise and the hustle of the city but a mere two block walk away from the Ponte Vecchio. Easy to get in and out. Super clean little apartment. Comfortable bed. Great modern bathroom. Well appointed kitchen and living room. Well priced. This place was a home run for us. Nothing. Loved it.
