- Ivana (10/5): - Najorganiziraniji domaćini koje sam dosad imala. Osigurali su nam prijevoz s i do aerodroma, omogućili da cijeli dan ostavimo stvari, brzo odgovarali na poruke i brinuli se o svemu. Lokacije je savršena, pješice se može do svih atrakcija. Stan je velik; tri spavaće sobe, dvije kupaonice i dnevna s kaučem na razvlačenje. Sama zgrada i ulaz u zgradu predivni. Dosta je bučno pa predlažem čepiće za uši kome smeta i masku za spavanje jer se ne može potpuno zamračiti.

- Esra (10/5): Harika bir konaklama, muhteşem manzara, konforlu yatak ve koltuklar - Harka bir deneyimdi. İlk kez romaya geldik . iki çocuk ve iki anne olarak konakladık. İki yatak odası iki banyo vardı .balkonlar tiber nehrine bakıyordu. Heryere çok yakındı . Gün içinde gelip dinlendik. Sonra tekrar çıktık. Etrafı çok temiz çok güvenliydi. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Asansör sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Önünde büyük bi cadde ve kavşak var. Ancak camlar kapalı iken hiç gürültü gelmiyor. Sıcak su her zaman vardı. Klimalar çok güzel ısıtıyordu. Çamaşır makinası sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Ayrıca evde sabun, çamaşır deterjanı ,bulaşık deterjanı kahve kapsülü ,çay ,zeytinyağı gibi bi çok şey mevcuttu. Ayrıca otobüsler evin önünden geçiyor. Yine ispanyol merdivenleri çok yakın ve metro girişi çok yakındı. Vatikan ,pantheon, kutsal melek kalesi gibi yerler yürüme mesafesindeydi. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum. - Marita (8/5): Fijne plek om Rome te verkennen - Het was een fijn, ruim en schoon appartement. Ook de bedbank was bij aankomst al netjes opgemaakt. De locatie is perfect, je loopt zo de stad in. Je bent vooral heel snel bij de Spaanse Trappen, de Engelenburcht en Vaticaanstad. We hebben onze host niet ontmoet, maar via de app contact gehad. Hij deelde diverse tips en we konden dagelijks een bestelling voor het ontbijt doorgeven. Dit werd de volgende morgen stipt op tijd afgeleverd. Het appartement ligt wel aan een drukke straat, dus dat hoor je wel.

- ROCIO (8/5): Buena ubicación en edificio señorial con buenas vistas. - La ubicación, el balcón con vistas al Tevere, aunque pequeño, lo justo para desayunar o cenar al aire libre. Que hubiera una botella de agua, capsulas de café e infusiones, también sobres de aceite y sal, nos vino fenomenal que hubiera 2 paraguas de cortesía. El edificio es muy bonito por fuera y por dentro, con techos altísimos y puertas muy señoriales, el ascensor aunque pequeño, es muy bonito, forrado en madera. Otra ventaja es poder dejar el equipaje después de la salida sin coste adicional. Se pueden mejorar cosas, pero en general bien. La cama era incomoda, se hunde hacia el centro, el sofá tampoco era muy cómodo, había poca vajilla. El baño tenía una bañera muy alta, costaba salir de ella.

- George Pelekanakis (10/5): Excellent stay - We stayed at Fontana Più Stella for 3 nights, a group of 5 people, and honestly, we were really happy with our choice. The apartment is very spacious, with 3 comfortable bedrooms and proper double beds with good mattresses (always important!). There are also 2 bathrooms, which made things much easier for all of us. The living room is big with a nice sofa to relax, and there’s a kitchen as well. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and overall the place felt very comfortable and easy to live in. The host was excellent, very friendly, helpful, and always available to give tips or help us with anything we needed. The location is just perfect, right in the center and close to everything. I saw some comments about noise, but honestly, if you stay in such a central area, it’s normal to hear some city sounds as that’s part of the experience. If I go back to Rome again (it would be my 4th time!), I would definitely try to stay here again.

Jediná nevýhoda, ale s tím jsme počítali vzhledem k poloze, rušnější provoz pod apartmánem. Dům je krásný s krásným výhledem.

Allowed us to drop our bags off before the check in time and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants which ended up being some of the best we ate in on the trip. Great communication, even when the elevator was broken he communicated with us really well about it and apologised repeated for it, even though it was out of his control.

İspanyol Merdivenleri’nin hemen yanında yer alıyor. Şehrin önemli noktalarına yürüyerek ulaşmak çok kolay. Roma’yı keşfetmek isteyen biri için büyük bir avantaj sağlıyor. Ev sahibi Gianluigi konaklamayı çok daha keyifli hale getiriyor. Misafirleriyle yakından ilgileniyor. Her konuda yardımcı olmak için hazır bulunuyor. Önerileri ve ilgisi sayesinde kendinizi rahat hissediyorsunuz. Odalar temiz ve bakımlı. Küçük ama düşünülmüş detaylar konaklamayı daha konforlu hale getiriyor. Odada Nespresso kahve makinesi bulunuyor. Sabah kahvenizi hazırlamak büyük bir keyif. Ayrıca odanın bir balkonu var. Roma atmosferini hissetmek için güzel bir alan sunuyor. Roma’ya tekrar gelirsem aynı yerde kalmayı tercih ederim. Konum, temizlik ve misafirperverlik açısından güçlü bir deneyim sunuyor. Yoğun bir döneme denk geldiğimiz için binadaki daha eski dairelerden birinde kaldık. Bu nedenle konakladığımız birim diğerlerine göre daha eskiydi. Binadaki dairelerin büyük bölümü şu anda tek tek yenileniyor. Farklı daireleri görme fırsatı bulduk. Yenilenen birimler oldukça zevkli ve işlevsel şekilde döşenmiş. Tasarım ve kullanım açısından çok iyi düşünülmüşler. Yenileme çalışmaları tamamlandığında konaklama deneyiminin daha da güçlü olacağını düşünüyorum.

- Anna Maria (10/5): - Appartamento con ampi spazi, ben curato e pulito, dotato di ogni confort. Spettacolare la vista sul Tevere! Posizione strategica molto vicina al centro città e anche alla zona del Vaticano, facile quindi spostarsi a piedi. Gianluigi é un super host, molto disponibile e attento ad ogni nostra esigenza. Super consigliato! Top!

The host Gianluigi is very welcoming and helpful whenever we send him a message he replied us immediately. The apartment is in the center of everything and next to the most famous shopping street in Rome called va del corso Nothing

- Lucyna (9/5): Apartament z widokiem na rzekę - Piękny wiekowy budynek z bardzo miłym gospodarzem. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, co ułatwiło przyrządzanie posiłków. Gianluigi i Susy byli bardzo życzliwi i pomocni, a także byli z nami w stałym kontakcie i przekazywali pomocne informacje. Piękny widok na rzekę i papugi za oknem. Nasze dzieci były zachwycone. Blisko do Watykanu i pozostałych zabytków Rzymu. Dodatkowo mogliśmy zostawić bagaż do przechowywania, co ułatwiło nam zwiedzanie po wymeldowaniu. Bardzo dziękujemy ♥️

- Gabrielle (9/5): Amazing location, spacious, beautiful views, and responsive host. - The location is amazing, close to all the shopping, foods, markets, different attractions, and easy walk to Vatican city. The hot water broiler went out one evening unexpectedly and we could not take a hot shower.

- François (10/5): Excellent séjour ! - L’appartement est spacieux, très confortable et idéalement situé. Tout était conforme à la description, voire mieux. L’hôte a été particulièrement disponible, réactif et vraiment très agréable, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus plaisant. Nous avons passé un super moment et reviendrions sans hésiter. Merci pour l’accueil ! Honnêtement, rien.

- Elida Irene (10/5): Muy buena elección!!! - El departamento es amplio, cómodo y luminoso. Está bien ubicado para visitar las distintas atracciones de Roma. El señor Gianluiggi estuvo siempre pendiente de nuestros requerimientos, como gestionarnos el traslado al aeropuerto a las 5 de la mañana. No tengo observaciones negativas
- Radovana (10/5): Excellent location right in the heart of Rome - Gianluigi is a really kind, communicative, and helpful host. The apartment was cozy, comfortable, clean, and very well furnished, located in a nice building right in the heart of Rome, within walking distance of all the main attractions. We had an amazing stay, and next time we are in Rome, we will definitely choose to stay here again!

- Clémence (8/5): Séjour très agréable à Rome, emplacement au top de l’appartement. - L’accueil du propriétaire était très chaleureux, il est venu nous faire un point sur les sites et les distances depuis l’appartement, nous a donné une bonne adresse de pizza à emporter à 10 minutes aller retour à pied top chrono pizza récupérée! La situation de l’appartement est top mais le bruit la nuit est incessant, nous avons dû acheter des boules quies pour toute la famille alors que nous nous en servons jamais au quotidien. Appartement convenu pour 6 personnes, mais seulement 4 chaises identiques, 4 assiettes plates, 2 verres à vin, une coupe à champagne… pas de torchon à disposition pour essuyer la vaisselle. Un peu de condiments pour vinaigrette aurait été appréciable quand on vient pour quelques jours en avion…(poivre, vinaigre) Ménage limité, coton tige, coton à démaquiller, bâton de sucettes, mégot retrouvés dans armoire, par terre dans la salle de bain. Lave vaisselle non débarrassé à notre arrivée, heureusement il était propre.
