- Freya (5/5): A well located hotel with helpful staff but the pictures do not correctly represent the inside of this hotel, it’s dirty - The room and bathroom was an okay size. The air conditioning worked well. The shower was hot and a good pressure. The rooms need a refresh, paint was peeling off, there were marks on the toilet seat, the shower door was hanging off and there was tears in the pillow case. There was also dust on the shelves. There wasn’t always someone at the desk which made it difficult to then get back in to the hotel.
- VILLA SILVA (6/5): - le personnel d'accueil c'est tout ou rien, nous avons vu 4 personnes, 2 très agréables (1 dame et 1 Mr) e emplacement parfait à cote du métro donc tout est facilement accessible les chambres sont propres, lits confortables pas de tv connectée, sèche cheveux je n'aurai pas osé l'allumer, porte de couche qui ne ferme pas pas de petit dej personnel d'accueil 2 autres de nuit certes mais alors le sourire c'est de l'option

- Maria (6/5): Precio desproporcionado, habitación minúscula. - La ubicación es magnífica, y la atención del personal también. Los amenities del baño muy completos. La habitación "doble" era minúscula, no era para nada para dos personas. Habían metido en un espacio mínimo una cama de 1.35 que por uno de los lados estaba pegado a la pared sin mesilla, ni enchufes...ni posibilidad de salir sino era por el fondo de la cama. Tratamos de separarla un poco de la pared para poder salir...y ya no podíamos pasar por el otro lado. Pequeña hasta para una persona. Por supuesto no cabía ni una mesita...lo de trabajar con el ordenador, sentados en la cama. El mantenimiento muuuy deficiente, con defectos por todas partes. Y la cama muy incómoda. Toda la noche con el aire puesto porque sino daba sensación de que se acababa el oxígeno de la habitación! Lo peor: el precio desorbitado y desproporcionado, más de 200€/noche!

In the bathroom, I also found a contact lens on the wall, and I encountered insects during my stay. I reported the situation to the receptionist on my first evening and showed the condition of the room, but no solution was offered. I asked then to clean properly the room the next morning. I later spoke with different receptionists and was required to remain out longer than expected, as I was not informed when the room would be ready. Upon returning in the evening, the bed had still not been made. In addition, the air conditioning was not functioning. The staff were kind in offering to store my belongings before check-in and after check-out, and the location was excellent. However, the level of cleanliness was very disappointing. Barcelona itself, however, did not disappoint.

La vista de la habitación era horrible, y el recepcionista de la mañana ante mi pedido de un vaso adicional en la habitación porque solo teníamos 1, me preguntó dos veces con un tono irrespetuoso si realmente faltaba y que era raro que faltara un vaso. Me trató como si me quisiera robar ese vaso. Por supuesto nunca nos trajo un vaso y me tuve que arreglar con un vaso de ensalada de frutas que compre en el mercado.

Das ist leider auch das einzig positive an diese Unterkunft Bad dreckig, Bett war kaputt und quietsche nur beim antippen, keine neuen Handtücher bekommen (auch nicht auf Anfrage), nach Toilettenpapier mussten wir mehrfach fragen. Wir waren 4 Nächte zu Gast und nicht einmal wurde unser Zimmer gereinigt. Das Schild, welches an der Tür hängt, dass gereinigt werden kann wurde von der Reinigung wieder auf „do not disturb“ gedreht, sodass niemand rein geht. Das Bad war voller Schimmel, die Duschtüre war defekt und man hatte jedes Mal eine ungewollte Badewanne da das ganze Wasser aus der Dusche raus gelaufen ist. Das Bettlaken sowie der Bettbezug hatte Flecken. Für diesen Preis eine absolute Frechheit!

Location of hotel made everything better, but in the future there should be some renov - Personel was really warm and welcoming, they helped us with all the questions that we had and even let us store our luggage in hotel after we already check-out. The location was also excellent, in the town centre on La Rambla street. The beds were ok, but the bathroom shower was clearly old and immediately looked crusty. The 3 of us were staying there and they left us little kits for using, but in that kits there wasn't enough soup for example for whole of our stay.

- Matheos (4/5): - Only the location and the guy at the reception named Manuel. He was very polite and helpful. First of all it was the charge for some taxes. Even Booking.com mention for 60 euros they charged us 90. The room was not clean upon our arrival, nor was it cleaned properly during our stay. We kept finding hairs on the floor. Our sheets were not changed even once in the six nights we stayed. There was no toilet paper basket.
