julie (9/5): We will be coming back - Good location, quiet area, we had a good night s sleep , comfortable bed ,clean property were used to a cooked breakfast in a morning s but we didn’t mind there were cereal and yoghurt and a drink

The snacks in the living room was really appreciated as I had my grandson with me, he also had cereal for breakfast all included in the price, will definitely book this hotel next time we're in bridlington. Booked a extra night Emma was so helpful. Sarah (6/5): Passable but only just for one night, lovely host - Comfortable bed, lovely host, nice touch with snacks provided The property is very dated, lacks curb appeal and our room smelt of damp. It is clean but the decor really lets it down and I feel bad saying this because the host is so lovely.
Sherie (6/5): - We loved the location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. It was very clean and comfortable and provided what we needed. The hotel looks a bit tired but the owner is in the process of renovating it. Her vision for it is exciting and it will be interesting to see where she goes with it. There were a few things that could be easily sorted such as tidying TV wires and levelling the shelf. In the main room it was very light in the early morning.

Woken up early with people smoking and vaping outside the front door of the room we are in at 7.30 in the morning . People listening to music on their phone outside our room we are in .

Heather (10/5): Ideal location. - My Dad & I had 2 nights stay here & the location was great it is down the street opposite the Spa Theatre so easy to find. We had room only basis but was told on arrival to help ourselves to yogurts & cereals. Emma the owner is lovely. We had the essentials for a short stay tea/coffee/kettle etc, television, own bathroom, outdoor space, ground floor room, very comfortable single beds. I don't think there was anything we didn't like.

suz (8/5): An affordable stay and a good night's sleep - The room was quiet and we both slept really well. There were tea making facilities and some breakfast cereal etc if you wanted it. Everything in the room was neat and clean and there were good black out curtains bedside light etc even a tv if you wanted it. Check in and out worked very well and we were kept well informed and there was free parking outside. Only a short walk to the Spa and seafront. There was nothing we did not like but the whole place is rather dated and old fashioned and the shower room which was perfectly adequate is quite small. No complaints

To the thoughtful well stocked snack area enabling guests to enjoy a varied breakfast as well as snacks for the day. Outside patio area.
