• Lili (10/5): - Ein sehr schönes Apartment. Die beiden Balkone waren auch super. Anwohner- Parken direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, vielen Dank!

• Noemimille (8/5): - Appartamento molto grande, moderno e pulito. Presente tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Abbiamo effettuato un self check-in in autonomia, la proprietaria si è dimostrata molto disponibile e ha risposto con rapidità a nostre domande o richieste. Parcheggio comune sotto casa dove abbiamo sempre trovato posto. Vasca un po' scomoda con il vetro un po' risicato
• Remo (10/5): - Appartamento bello, curato nei dettagli e, soprattutto, PULITO. È situato a una "giusta" distanza dai Sassi per cui il parcheggio lo si trova con facilità ed ha parecchi negozi estremamente vicini. Due cose, da sapere, che non hanno minimamente influenzato il nostro soggiorno: non c'è il televisore (ci sono cose da vedere ben più interessanti in Basilicata e nella vicina Puglia); è al secondo piano senza ascensore (se lo si affitta per visitare Matera non ci si può certo spaventare di fare qualche gradino in più).

• Lawrence (10/5): Delightful place to stay. Great communication. - Big, spacious, clean apartment, 10 minutes walk from the Sassi. Could not have asked for more. Plus, excellent communication. Highly recommend.

• paiardi (5/5): Non consiglierei la struttura ad amici - Abbastanza vicina al centro, ma intorno era un cantiere per lavori. Per quanto riguarda la colazione erano presente solo 8 cialde di caffè e del the, ma abbiamo dovuto farla a rate in quanto essendo in tre ed avendo a disposizione solo 2 tazze….inoltre non c’era a disposizione la tv, mentre su Booking era menzionata. Inoltre l’host ha cercato in un primo momento di farci credere che non fosse compresa e scaricare la colpa a Booking per non aver aggiornato il servizio sull’app. E comunque il problema non è stato risolto Le zanzariere rotte ed in sala addirittura assente. Potrebbero mettere qualche cuscino in più per dormire.
• Sabina (8/5): Tranquillo - Io sono celiaca ed ho chiesto se avrei trovato qualcosa per la colazione visto che era compresa nel prezzo . L’host mi ha risposto di no, quindi ho pagato due colazioni ( per due notti ) ma non ne ho usufruito. Avrebbe potuto farmi trovare delle merendine o biscotti confezionati, così come il mio compagno non celiaco ha trovato per la colazione merendine confezionate.
• Sébastien (8/5): - On a aimé la proximité avec le centre (10 à 15 min à pied), la facilité de stationnement gratuit. L'appartement était bien... mais problème de nettoyage du four ( présence de miettes de pain...) et réfrigérateur ( coulure orange de nourriture dans le freezer et réfrigérateur). Du coup, ça n'inspirait pas confiance sur la propreté des autres équipements.

• Kavi (9/5): Home away from home - Walking distance from the town centre. Very clean and good amenities. Comfortable bed for a great night's sleep, the blackout blinds also helped. Plenty of windows for natural light. Shower design meant water splashes out of bath tub, however it was powerful and warm which was nice.
