- AnadeBoer (10/5): the deep and relaxing silence - Waking up in the morning, opening the window, and being greeted by that beautiful little medieval town, the thermal pool, the birds singing, and the peaceful silence it felt like going back in time. It was an incredible experience. I could truly feel Tuscany in my soul.

El restaurante es estupendo con muy buena calidad. Y el desayuno también está muy bien. También destacar la limpieza tanto de la habitación como de los espacios comunes. Para poder acceder al spa te ofrecen albornoz, gorro, chanclas y toalla, un pack muy completo. Nosotros reservamos también la experiencia de spa y cuando llegamos a las piscinas nos dimos cuenta que el estado de las mismas no es fiel a las imágenes. Una de las piscinas si está aparentemente en perfecto estado de uso, pero la otra tiene un color de desgaste continuo del tiempo que da sensación de suciedad. De hecho, no nos metimos en esa piscina, ni tampoco en la de la sauna porque tiene igual o peor aspecto.

The hotel has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere, with an incredibly friendly and attentive staff who made us feel at home right away. The property itself is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and pleasantly uncrowded — perfect for anyone looking to truly relax and recharge. We especially enjoyed the thermal spa, massages, and wellness treatments. It was wonderful to spend time in the spa, relax with tea, and sunbathe outside while enjoying the calm Tuscan surroundings. The location is also fantastic for exploring Tuscany. There are lovely small shops and restaurants nearby, convenient parking, and even bicycle rentals close to the hotel. It is an ideal base for discovering the beauty of the region while still enjoying a quiet and restorative retreat. We would absolutely love to come back again.

- Simona (10/5): Wonderful stay - When we arrived, the staff gave us a warm welcome and told us that we had been given a complimentary upgrade to a suite overlooking the city’s central thermal pool, which of course made us very happy! The room itself was quaint yet modern, with a beautiful shower and a stunning view. After checking in, we headed straight to the spa, which had two thermal pools and was wonderful. - R2506VOmarkh (8/5): A nice if brief stay - We stayed in the lovely annex - the Locanda della Loggiato. Beautiful room with access to all the main hotel's services. One minor gripe. I ordered a glass of wine on the terrace. The price was on a blackboard next to my table. I was charged a higher price, with the argument that the price on the hotel's wine-list was higher. I had to argue with the waiter, and call the supervisor, for them to concede. The difference was small, but blaming a client for the hotel's mistake strikes me as unfortunate.

Posto incantevole. I letti hanno i materassi un pochino duri.Consiglierei di mettere un topper per i clienti abituati a dormire su letti piú morbidi. Un solo ascensore per una struttura cosí ampia secondo me non va bene.Anche perchè nei mesi caldi i clienti aumentano e servirebbe un ascensore solo per i clienti e un altro ascensore solo per chi si occupa dei servizi dell'hotel. All'ultimo piano dove si trova il Solarium non è il caso di adibire una zona massaggi.Io ero al terzo piano e sopra avevo questa room rumorosa e molto frequentata per cui la pace a volte non era contemplata.

- Herve (8/5): Etape lors de la visite du Val d'Orcia - Lieu superbe pour du repos et étape durant la visite du Val d'Orcia. Très bon restaurant avec un personnel très attentionné et professionnel. Spa très agréable Personnel à l'accueil tout juste accueillant : manque de chaleur à l'opposé ndu personnel du restaiurant Plus gros problème certainement lié à l'âge du superbe bâtiment mais à noter : Mauvaise isolation phonique des chambres. On entend les conversations des voisins ou quand ils sont aux toilettes. Pas agréable du tout.
- Daniele (4/5): Non felici del soggiorno - La struttura nel complesso è pulita e ben tenuta, e questo rappresenta sicuramente un punto a favore. Anche la colazione merita una nota positiva: varia, con prodotti genuini e di buona qualità. Purtroppo, l’area relax e termale risulta decisamente sottodimensionata rispetto al numero di ospiti. I lettini sono pochi (circa 5 anche nella zona sauna) e vengono occupati molto rapidamente, rendendo difficile trovare spazio per rilassarsi. La stessa situazione si verifica nella piscina termale, spesso affollata e poco fruibile in tranquillità. Anche il bagno in camera presenta alcune criticità: è molto piccolo e manca una presa adeguata (tipo Siemens), il che impedisce l’utilizzo di phon o piastra propri, dettaglio non trascurabile per chi viaggia. l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative, soprattutto per chi cerca relax. Di fatto, siamo riusciti a utilizzare l’area benessere solo per circa 30 minuti durante tutto il soggiorno. Struttura pulita e buona colazione, ma servizi termali insufficienti per garantire un’esperienza realmente rilassante.

Staff estremamente cortese ed efficiente, con una menzione speciale allo staff del ristorante dove ho gustato un'ottima cena. Piacevole la parte termale e spa anche se un po' piccola per il numero di ospiti. Nulla che non mi sia piaciuto davvero. Magari una rinfrescata agli arredi delle stanze ed ai bagni renderebbe la struttura ancora più accogliente.

L’unico appunto che posso fare é sui tempi di check in-chek out (15pm-11 am) che riducono il tempo da trascorrere nell’hotel e nella spa a meno di 24 ore.
- Roberto (10/5): Per un fine settimana rilassante - Luogo magnifico, la spa è davvero bellissima e rilassante. Siamo tornati qui a distanza di un anno e abbiamo potuto constatare tante migliorie. Avevamo la mezza pensione e abbiamo potuto cenare nel ristorante all’interno dell’albergo dove abbiamo mangiato davvero molto bene. Complimenti allo staff sia della spa che del ristorante, sono stati gentilissimi e super disponibili Andrebbe fatto qualche piccola manutenzione nella zona delle vasche.

Arrivati un po in anticipo anche se la stanza era pro - La posizione, il ristorante e la qualità della colazione Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di ristrutturazione. Nella doccia il miscelatore invertito tra caldo e freddo e il rubinetto del bidet con getto da lavandino e non da bidet. Piccoli dettagli inaccettabili in un 4 stelle. La piscina termale piccola e nessun controllo delle regole con personale inesistente. (Molti uomini senza cuffia e lettini occupati contrariamente alle regole prescritte).

- JANNIKE DURAND (10/5): 🥰 - La gentilezza del personale. La camera molto spaziosa, è presente il bollitore con tè e tisane, zucchero, miele. Dalla camera si vedeva la vasca della piazza di Bagno Vignoni Nel prezzo è compreso anche l ingresso alla Spa e ti forniscono ciabattine, telo, accappatoio e cuffietta per i capelli. Il ristorante dell Albergo è buonissimo, i pici sono da provare assolutamente. La colazione squisita, dolce e salato con ingredienti di qualità, ne siamo rimasti innamorati. Posto meraviglioso ❤️ Siamo andati di martedì di Gennaio e comunque alla spa era pieno di gente. Tranne la sera dopo cena. A quel punto eravamo da soli. Il letto per me era comodissimo, al mio compagno non è piaciuto il fatto che il letto fosse composto da due materassi singoli e non uno matrimoniale e che i cuscini fossero troppo morbidi. [Per me andavano bene i cuscini, credo sia questione di gusti e abitudini].

Stanza un po’ datata, sicuramente migliorabile! SPA dimensionata a poche persone, pertanto con ingressi giornalieri può risultare affollata.

Anche qui il personale educato ben disposto e gentile. Alla reception e alla spa il personale si è mostrato molto gentile educato e disponibile. La spa ha soddisfatto le aspettative come la stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Era pulita con letto comodo bagno spazioso, alcuni oggetti per la cura della persona ci sono piaciuti. Metterei nelle stanze un vademecum dove indicare i costi del servizio frigo bar, la possibilità di acquistare eventuali prodotti della spa.

The accommodation was spacious with good facilities. Good arrangements for parking. The staff happily organised a hair appointment for me in San Quirico de Orcia which was great (we were going to a wedding). We couldn’t get the heating to work so were cold for 3 of the 4 days. More gluten free food offerings at breakfast would have been good.

- Tatiana (9/5): Consigliato! - Hotel confortevole, struttura ben curata inserita in un contesto delizioso, proprio adiacente alla famosa vasca termale nella piazza di Bagno Vignoni. Personale presente ma non invadente. La SPA piacevole, con due vasche a temperature diverse anche se non particolarmente grandi ma la "chicca" per me è la Sauna Romana, davvero sfiziosa. È presente anche un ottimo servizio di trattamenti estetici. Nel complesso molto consigliato. L'unica nota negativa è il bagno in camera piuttosto piccolo anche se ben fornito di prodotti di cortesia

Molto delusa dal bagno della camera che è rimasto quello del 1977 anno in cui ha aperto l'albergo,vecchio e inguardabile per €400 a notte in un hotel 4 stelle onestamente ne merita al massimo 1 .infatti quando si sceglie la camera le foto del bagno non sono mostrate e questo lascia pensare,mentre si vedono solo le foto di un bagno evidentemente di altre camere nella descrizione generale del hotel non è per niente corretto,se avessi visto le foto di certo avrei cambiato hotel visto che la prima cosa che guardo è il bagno.inoltre la porta del bagno oltre ad essere vecchia era anche bucata in un punto dove avevano messo un po' di vernice.presenza di moquette nei corridoi.

Il cibo ottimo, la colazione a buffet abbondante, molto ricca e di ottima qualità. Ho apprezzato che le piscine interne sono aperte ai bimbi (infatti ci vorrei portare il mio nipotino) e che la SpA è aperta anche dopo cena nel weekend. Ho apprezzato talmente tanto che vorrei tornare per festeggiare il mio compleanno con la mia famiglia.
