Colazione basic ma disponibile praticamente a ogni ora... non è colpa della struttura, ma con la varietà di ottime pasticcerie e bar che ci sono in strada, quasi non conviene :)

• Was (10/5): - This is an excellent hotel located in a very nice and convinent location. You have coffee shops and lovely pizza shops within a few minutes walk. The main bonus is the main bus stop just outside the door and Libia Metro station a 5 minute walk. The hotel itself is spotless! Fully renovated. Everything works the shower the TV the coffee machine! Basic breakfast but hits the spot to get you going for the day. The host is a true gentleman. Polite and very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Rome. Ticks all the boxes! The communication from the host is brilliant. Really informative on WhatsApp and sends out a guide on directions and advice of local amenities.

The location is at a good residential area in of Rome, easy to get to with car or Metro. Lots of nice restaurants and shops around the apartment. The breakfast is too simple/basic but enough. The bathroom was small.

• Ingrid (4/5): - Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und sauber. Wer Wert auf ein gutes Frühstück ist hier fehl am Platz. Nur abgepacktes Zeug, kein Service, man musste Wasser selbst auffüllen den Kaffeesatz selbst entsorgen, sonst hätte man keinen Kaffee mehr machen können. Kaffeemaschine war verschmutzt. Der Abfallbehälter war schimmelig. Wir empfehlen das Hotel nicht.

The location of the Hotel is easily accessible via metro and buses, the area of the hotel is super nice, quiet and also seemingly really safe, there is a super-market around 3-4 min walk away from the hotel (with mind-blowingly low prices). The hotel itself, has really great, bright and clean rooms, with a view to the street bellow, the beds are really comfotable (could be a bit too soft for others though), the bathroom although not too spacious is really good - the shower, for the size of the bathroom is quite spacious, the pressure of the shower is spot on, there is a great hair-dryer and a towel dryer. The hotel room is also equipped with a mini-refrigerator and a safe. Breakfast in hotel, for the price, is also really great, for some they might be too uniform (on a multi-day stay), but for the price, there’s really nothing else to complain about. The only downside was the policy of the towel change, as you were given a new set of towels only once in three days (in the mourning of the fourth day) and if you wanted to get a new set of towels faster or on demand, you would have to pay an additional fee of 3€.

Plenty of food options nearby as well as groceries. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. If you are looking for an inexpensive stay to visit Rome you won’t be disappointed!

• ashleycP1362EY (4/5): Room was nice and location is great but unfortunately, nothing else was. - I booked this B&B via last minute. Com as part of a package holiday for me and my boyfriend. The pictures of the rooms looked very nice and it had some good reviews. Upon arrival we was dropped outside what looked like an apartment block on a busy high street. There was scaffolding up the building looked in a bad way from what we could see through the scaffolding. We rang on the buzzer/bell for the B&B and was told to come to the second floor. When we entered the building the main entrance looked like we had walked into a run down block of flats. It was very dim and dirty with broken windows and letter boxes. We went up to the second floor and went into the B&B we was met by a friendly gentleman who booked us in and showed us the kitchen area for breakfast and our room. He then left and we was left with no help as to how to get around, how to get a cab etc. We felt slightly lost and very let down. Our room was clean and tidy but very small, very noisy as the main road was very busy. Also with the scaffolding up we couldn't barely see out of the window. I think the B&B should be a bit more open with the building they are located in. It seems to be a flat converted into a B&B. We didn't stay at Avec Moi B&B for our whole holiday we moved to a hotel which was a million times better.
• Tiziana (10/5): Great stay! - I stayed one night at Avec Moi. The place is very well connected as there's a bus stop just outside the bnb, and is only 5 mins from two underground stations, B line. The room was very clean and every comfort in place ( air contitioning, tv, extra pillows and blankets) and also there's a very big breakfast area. The owner, Michele, is very kind and happy to help if in need. I definitely recommend Avec Moi and, if in Rome again, I'll happy to come back.
• Giovanni (10/5): Elegante e raffinato - Elegante e raffinato bb che sorge nel cuore di viale Libia, ben collegato con il centro di Roma o altri luoghi avendo due fermate dell'autobus vicine e la fermata della metro b. Ho soggiornato con mia mamma che ama viaggiare anche se l'età avanza, e anche lei ha trovato comodità nei servizi offerti. Colazione discreta, ottima pulizia e servizi pratici. Tecnologico al punto giusto. Migliorerei  la tv che è un pò piccolina ed eliminerei la puzza di umidità che si sente entrando nello stabile. Consigliatissimo voto 8 Alla prossima

• kelvino763 (10/5): Wonderful place - This was our first time staying at a B&B. We are a family of 3 with a one year old thats full of energy. Our room was big and the AC was excellent. The servicr provided by miguele (owner) was fantastic and its been the greatest service we had in Europe. Miguele not only recommemed great authentic restaurants to eat but also walked us over which was a very nice gesture. Also, that same night we forgot one of our phones in the common areas and he took it to us which is a very kind gesture. Miguele provided the best service possible! 10/10. Breakfast consisted of caffe and pastries which wasn't bad at all and once again Miguele ensure that the service was excellent! Transportation For us it was a bit tricky becauase we had a stroller and a booster seat so just travelling to/from the airport ciampino was an adventure. However, for people travelling with light baggage it shouldnt be a problem at all. Get the bus to TERMINI station and then blue line to libia. Then 5 minute walk and done. Very close from the metro which was great. Overall i would recommend this B&B to everybody as the service, location and room are excellent.
• goldp498 (10/5): Amazing B&B in Rome - My wife and I recently stayed in Avec Moi Rome B&B for five nights. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated, making it nice and cosy. The bathroom was fully equipped and also extremely clean. The owner Michele has a keen eye for detail and perfection thus ensuring you are well looked after and have everything you need to enjoy your holiday. He does go out of his way to deliver an excellent customer service. The location of the apartment is in the heart of Rome and the bus stop is just 5 meters from the apartment front door. The metro is also located very near as is also the train station. All in all this is an excellent choice and I am pleased to recommend this top class B&B that has all you need to enjoy your holiday in the Capital of Italy at value for money.
• gregwB8995TU (10/5): Wonderful B&B - Excellent Value! - I could write a small novel detailing our wonderful stay at Avec Moi Roma. From first contact to warm goodbye, our hosts were just wonderful. From accompanying us to the parking garage and helping carry luggage back to the B&B to walking us to a pharmacy and translating for us when my partner urgently needed medication, from directing us to a wonderfully good restaurant to walking us there (and making some menu recommendations) when we had trouble locating it, there was not a need or desire we had that was not met by our most sincerely kind hosts. Indicative of the service was our host's reaction when we presented him with a gift certificate for the restaurant he had recommended to us. In his attempt to refuse our gift he said, "This is not necessary, my help comes from the heart.". Indeed, this was most assuredly true to the point that I felt the need to ask if I had insulted him by offering a small token of our appreciation for what we deemed to be his going above and beyond the call of his duties as a B&B host. Our room was a good size, well appointed, clean, tidy and very comfortable. As we found throughout our European vacation, the private bathroom in our room was pretty compact relative to what we are used to in North America but it was super clean and served its function just fine. The local rules on food packaging are pretty restrictive as to what sort of food was available for breakfast but, considering the nightly rate for our stay and the excellent coffee provided (automatic fresh grind and brew espresso/cappuccino machine), we were still very satisfied with the included breakfast. Plus, there is an excellent grocery store just steps away and an allotted shelf in the dining area mini fridge should you wish to make use of them for some goodies of your own. Being very close to the metro is a huge bonus as well. A door to door trip to the Colosseum area took only about 25 minutes. I will cut this novel short and simply say, if you are looking for a B&B in Rome that won't cost you an arm and a leg look no further. The only thing we didn't thoroughly enjoy about Avec Moi Roma was having to leave at the end of our stay. On a scale of 1 - 10, we give it a solid 12! Thank you so much for everything Michele! • zrinkar2014 (8/5): Excellent value for money - We had a very pleasant stay in this b&b. The host was absoutely fantastic - very flexible in terms of the time of our arrival (he waited for us way past midnight) and even offered us breakfast outside regular hours. Also, we could leave our bags after check-out with no problem. The location is very good - a bit outside of the old center, but very well connected with the metro (the stop is 5 minutes walk). The place is new and super clean, beds are comfortable. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Breakfast is nice, the coffee is excellent! A slight minus is that due to traffic it can be a bit noisy.... Overall, i would highly reccomend it!
• alexiamarse (10/5): Excellent!! - Couldn't have chosen a better B&B in Rome. Our room was super comfortable, with two beds and a private bathroom-which had the best shower. The location is really good too, with a tube station 2 minutes away walking and buses to the city center stopping by the door. The facilities are all new, with fast wifi (catch it from the cafeteria downstarts!) air-con in all rooms. The owner is the perfect host: always willing to help, honest and and very very nice.
