It is right in the heart of the neighbourhood, super safe and beautiful. Unfortunately, the showers were not draining at a fast pace; they just need to work on the drainage system, otherwise its a great place.

Me tocaron unas chicas que hacían demasiado ruido que no pude dormir bien, porque las camas hacen demasiado ruido así como las escaleras que usan para subir. La limpieza si da mucho que desear. - Mohamed (1/5): Une honte pour le prix — À éviter absolument ! - On s’attendrait à un minimum de confort pour ce prix, mais ici, c’est le néant. Entre les lits qui vous cassent le dos, l’absence de petit-déjeuner et le "défi" de la douche (eau glacée et porte qui reste ouverte), on frise le ridicule. Payer aussi cher pour un tel manque d’entretien est inacceptable. C'est officiellement l'un de mes pires souvenirs de voyage. Très mauvaise expérience. L’auberge est chère pour une prestation médiocre : lits inconfortables, pas de petit-déjeuner, et des douches froides avec des portes qui ne ferment pas. C'est l'un des pires hostels que j'ai vus. Ne gaspillez pas votre argent ici, le rapport qualité/prix est inexistant.

Estábamos en habitación privada que cumple con expectativas, la cama es cómoda, la habitación está bien. - la ubicación nos gustó, en general está bien conectada con medios de transporte y es clave estar en trastevere en las noches, además parece una zona segura - el desayuno muy completo y económico, no lo vas a conseguir en otro lugar. - te guardan las maletas en lugar seguro - tenes dos supermercados al lado - no tiene mucho lugar donde dejar la ropa y solo unos pocos ganchos - las almohadas son muy muy delgadas - hay un olor feo que sale del baño (caño) - un chico del personal de la noche fui a decirle después de 11 pm que venían haciendo ruido hace una hora, justo un rato antes llegó una excursión grande y estaban gritando, pero le dije q antes también hacían ruido de cuartos continuos y en vez de ofrecerme soluciones o responder de manera empatica solo dijo “imposible” ellos llegaron ahora y antes no se escuchaba nada.

La possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Il piumino non era proprio freschissimo. Lo spazio tra i letti è minimo. Servirebbero alcune grucce per appendere gli abiti.

Only the urine smell is out of control and all guests have this issue. - Fluffy soft foam bed and down comforter :) Very clean sheets and clean rooms, floors, zero dirt. The owner needs to have ALL the pipes to the toilets and showers cleaned out with a professional snake hose. There is too many guests flushing large amounts of waste, toilet paper, and hair down the toilets!!! Please tape signs on the doors and tell people not to put anything down the toilets. Because the smell of urine is so strong, it's coming up the toilet and out into the area of our beds. As soon as you flush, you know, it has clogs deep down. This is all the basement rooms ..The staff very kind and good listening skills. Please also buy them bleach and that blue color bathroom cleaner to get rid of the inside stains!!! The all-in-one cleaning product that you have on site, is not cleaning the toilets properly. Needs to be stand up or ceiling fans in all the rooms for airflow and white noise. The pillows are rock hard sand bags from WWII. Can you please have soft fluff pillows? They are only 5 euros at the stores. That's the only reason i could not sleep and have had a permanent migraine since. The mattresses are PERFECT SOFT. Zero bugs! Please tell staff to rehang all the curtains that fell off their plastic, or install a metal bar, so they can be pulled open/closed easier, without ripping down. And larger trash bins! Its gross having to touch the metal can, to throw toliet paper in and then you can't even wash your hands, as there is no liquid hand soap in the bathrooms! This is actually illegal, you have to provide antibacterial hand soap in all establishments. Call the city to pump your pipes ASAP please or you will keep having "dirty bathroom reviews, since people dont know the real cause).

- Zelal (3/5): Konum iyi ama konforsuz. Vaat edilenin dışında. - Konumu oldukça iyiydi, güvenli bir mahallede. 7/24 resepsiyon olması iyi, valizlerimizi bırakıp çıkabildik. Tuvalette sabun, peçete hiçbir şey yoktu. Odalarda yataklar dip dibeydi yani resmen 6 kişi yan yana yatıyorduk nefeslerimiz birbirine değiyordu. Her yatağın yanında priz yoktu. Fön makinesi bozuktu, yataklar rahat değildi ve eşyaları koyacak herhangi bir alan yoktu, 6 kişiye paslı bir askılık ve kapaksız 10 cm bir dolap düşüyordu.

- JULIETA GISEL (6/5): Buena ubicacion. - Accecible de la terminal de trenes, para llegar caminando. Tienen opcion de desayuno abonando un extra. Habitacion amplia poca privacidad. que para el ir baño debia salir de la habitacion. y que las camas no tenian privacidad con el resto de los ocupantes lockers pequeños.

- HERNANDEZ (1/5): MAL SERVICIO Y DE FALTA HIGIENE - Lo único bueno del hotel fue la ubicación Tuve una experiencia muy negativa durante mi estadía. Desde el inicio, la atención en el check-in fue deficiente; un joven paraguayo fue bastante déspota y poco amable al atenderme. Al llegar al hotel, tuve que esperar más de una hora para que me entregaran la habitación. Cuando finalmente ingresé, encontré múltiples problemas: no había papel higiénico, el baño estaba sucio, uno de los lavamanos no funcionaba, no había jabón y el balcón estaba lleno de colillas de cigarrillo. Además, la cama que me asignaron ya había sido asignada previamente a otra persona. Para completar, la última noche se dañó el ascensor y el hotel no contaba con alternativas de acceso adecuadas, como escaleras funcionales para los huéspedes. Esto me obligó a solicitar un cambio de habitación, ya que de lo contrario habría quedado prácticamente incomunicada. En general, la atención por parte de la chica y el joven paraguayo fue muy mala. Sin embargo, destaco positivamente la actitud de un joven colombiano y otro asiático que trabajaban en el turno nocturno, quienes fueron los únicos que intentaron brindarme soluciones.

- Michela (8/5): Ottima struttura - Il mio soggiorno è andato molto bene. Ho soggiornato in una quadrupla con bagno interno. La struttura è pulita e ben organizzata. La colazione non è inclusa ma è possibile aggiungerla con un supplemento. La struttura è stata silenziosa e vicinissima sia alla fermata del bus che alla stazione del treno. Molto comoda e in un quartiere comodo e ben collegato. Nel complesso ottima soluzione per qualche giorno a Roma e in solitaria. Migliorei l'aspetto del check-in per velocizzare tutta la procedura ed evitare attese. Sebbene la sistemazione è stata ottima, avrei preferito trovare tanti armadietti quante le persone che occupavano la stanza.

- Raos (9/5): - The stay was very pleasant. The accommodation was tidy, the bed linen clean, and the location good and well connected to other parts of the city. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the host was extremely kind and helpful. We especially appreciated that the room was ready already at 11 a.m., even though check-in is scheduled after 3 p.m. The only downside was an unpleasant sewage smell when running water in the sink. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

- José (8/5): - La atención del personal. Me ayudaron a entender las rutas de transporte y a algunas otras dudas que tuve. De pronto, un poco mas de aseo en los baños. Sacarlos o limpiarlos con más frecuencia por día.

Trastevere! - La camera in sè è grande e bella, il bagno è nuovo, anzi ci sono due wc e due docce e due lavandini, i letti sono comodi anche se le coperte mi davano prurito forse acari o forse qualcosa usato per lavarli? Sta di fatto che mi davano allergia, gli spazi comuni sono molto molto puliti ottimi se si ha bisogno di lavorare al pc o studiare perchè poco affollati e silenziosi, una cosa che ho adorato personalmente. I bagni puliti ogni giorno, la colazione si poteva fare anche se non era estremamente varia, ma era ok, il personale molto molto dolce e gentile, mi hanno davvero compreso in un momento in cui avevo dormito male a causa di un gruppo che faceva moltissimo rumore di notte, ero molto stressata e mi hanno ascoltato, le persone in camera super silenziose e rispettose, la posizione è favolosa per me che non amo il centro e lo stress ma che non voglio nemmeno essere fuori e in periferia, insomma trastevere è bellissimo, l'orto botanico è vicino, e con un pò di passi si raggiunge il ponte sisto e da lì anche piazza Venezia, per me posizione ottima. Di fronte si trova una pizzeria e molto vicino si trova anche il supermercato. La notte c'erano ragazzi che facevano un casino estremo anche per un ostello, bussavano e sbattevano le porte, urlavano come se stessero passando qualche guaio serio, ovviamente si comprende e si tollera il divertimento dei ragazzi giovani però forse un pochino troppo in quanto è successo due giorni consecutivi, il secondo giorno era davvero troppo. Da rivedere la pulizia dei letti, mi davano allergia come se ci fossero troppi acari o forse qualche detersivo troppo aggressivo non saprei dire. Colazione migliorabile, cucina chiusa agli ospiti, ascensore sporco e talvolta non funzionante alla perfezione. I ragazzi delle pulizie prendevano alcune cose teli etc e li portavano direttamente in ascensore per terra, forse erano solo i teli doccia che si usano per i piedi a terra? In ogni caso l'ho trovato sicuramente da rivedere come metodo. Ha tante potenzialità ma l'ostello ha bisogno di una cura maggiore ai dettagli.
- Marius (10/5): Sobrepaso, mis expectativas Hostel Travesteri Roma - La atención del personal es extraordinaria, especial mis agradecimientos a Martina, Nahuel y Alejandro Miuy profesionales y dedicados a su trabajo, merecen reconocimiento por parte de sus jefaturas, no es fácil encontrar trabajadores como ellos, mis felicitaciones. El desayuno muy bueno, yo agregaría huevos cocidos y menos dulces.

Cok umursamiyorlar kimin kahvalti aldigini. Oldukca rahatti bu acilardan. Tuvaletin kapisi biraz zor kilitleniyordu. Konum olarak da cok yurumem gerekti acikcasi. Ama FCO'ya ulasim ucuza geliyor o nedende iyi konum diyebiliriz.
