Nie wieder, die Jacuzzi war schmutzig, voll vom Sand, auf der Jacuzzi standen benutze Kerze darauf.Die emotionale Dushe hat nicht funktioniert, die Jacuzzi war nur bis 12 Uhr zu benutzen, und da wir tagsüber die Stadt besucht haben, habe wir uns die Suite überhaupt nicht gegönnt. Um die Sauna zu benutzen man sollte erstmal die Rezeption anrufen und dann mindestens eine Stunde warten. Die Toilette war kaputt und die Dusche zum Duschen auch. Im Schlafzimmer gab es kein Fenster und das ganze Zimmer war feucht wegen Dampf von Jacuzzi. Habe den Personal kontaktiert, total unfreundlich. Es tut mir leid aber nie wieder, ich habe alles fotografiert und gefilmt.Werde alles veröffentlichen
• Sandra (6/5): Un poco de servicio y atención a detalles quizás - No tenía aire acondicionado y nos dijeron que lo verían y creo que no era verdad. Quien hizo el check in, Giuseppe no atendió el Mobil nunca más. La señora que quedaba a cargo, una persona encantadora de Polonia era quien daba la cara a todos La ducha no corría el agua e inmunda todo el baño. El hotel tiene una ubicación ideal, estacionamiento gratis, desayuno incluido en la terraza de una playa impresionante y podría ser un verdadero 4 estrellas
• Salvatore (2/5): - Pessima esperienza mai dormito in una struttura così scadente mal tenuta. Materasso a molle vecchio scomodissimo, cuscini durissimi, coperte vecchie, stanza grande con finestre e un bel panorama ma priva di tende per filtrare la luce. SPA non funzionante colazione inclusa ma inesistente. Per poter accedere alla struttura siamo dovuti andare in giro per il paese a chiedere informazioni in quanto ai numeri di telefono non rispondono insomma HOTEL (affitta camere) da INCUBO

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Pros- Good view of ocean, good location. Cons- None of the amenities listed were there. Parking is street parking so hopefully there’s a spot, if not you’ll have to hunt a space. There was no WiFi signal in the room. Pool and Spa don’t even exist at the property. The rooms aren’t great and you can hear everything on the outside. Not a good place to stay with a family, didn’t have a crib or much space in the rooms to bring your own. I regretted making the booking and didn’t even stay the entire trip. Do not waste your money at this hotel.

• Juvenal (2/5): Avoid this place if you do not want to be robbed! - Avoid this place if you don't want to robbed! My wife and I stayed at this place for two nights as soon as we arrived in Italy for our two weeks holiday. In the first day we left our bag, for a few moment, near the reception where the owner was. Just to found out the euro 160.00 were taken... It sounded very professional, because only part of the money was taken. When we approached the owner, Mr Giuseppe ,to know if it was a surveillance camera because money was taken. He answered with a "no" and asked us if we were sure about it. He didn't ask what amount it was taken, didn't offer to claim the money from his insurance...nothing... He simply said that he was the only person in the Bed & Breakfast and that he was on the phone the entire time trying to fix the internet. We noticed that he went near our bag to lock the plastic screen blinds, it was a windy day. After that episode we didn't feel safe there and even slept with a chair against the door.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Fist of all the property has no parking. The public parking they sell if for ypu to park your car on the street nearby the property if ypu are lucky to find an spot to park. There is not security at all to protect you car no external cameras or nothing. The pool is not at the property is at other property 250 meters from them. Ypu have to open and close doors walk an arrive to an small pool. The location is good but i will not recpmendend at all to satay
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Llegamos al hotel en el horario previsto de check in y nos informan que no tenían habitaciones disponibles siendo que hicimos la reserva casi con 3 meses de antelación! Nos cambiaron a otro hotel de la misma cadena con hipotéticamente el mismo servicio; revisé los precios para ésta habitación que nos asignaron y era más barata que lo que pagamos (diferencia de USD 52,6 por día) y por supuesto no quisieron reconocerlo. Finalmente nos propusieron una habitación premium en este segundo hotel pero, nuevamente con pésima atención, pretendían que paguemos la diferencia por un error de ellos producto de la falta de organización y previsión de habitaciones. Realmente nos amargaron la estada en Tropea.
• GUSTAVO (8/5): La habitación no coincidió con las fotos - El Hotel es tipo boutique, agradable por demás la vista al mar desde la terraza es increíble, buen desayuno y buena atención , pero la habitación que me dieron no respondía a la foto de la contratada, respondía a la foto de la más económica !!

• Jo (10/5): - Gorgeous property perched right over the amazing sea. Views are spectacular! Great breakfast overlooking the water. Rooms are clean and comfy and newly updated. Very sweet staff.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - We got there at three, as it was supposed to be open for checkin from 3 to 8 pm, and there was no one there. We and other people trying to check in waited and waited, and then called the number for the hotel, and we still waited. NO ONE SHOWED UP. The hotel was closed or the owner off somewhere - with no notice. We went to another nearby hotel and got in there, no thanks to this hotel and its owner. The place looks run down, not at all like the pictures.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Steer clear of this place! - The room was sold as a luxury spa suite, but what it was was the public spa room which they threw a bed in the back and sold it as a luxury suite. The term “luxury” is not in the least accurate. There were 5 bathrooms, which 2 were the public men/womans. We took a shower in 2 of the showers which both did not drain. The walk thru shower was only cold water and no way to adjust temp. The room smelled of mold and was humid as the spa tub ran all the time. There was mold growing on the edge of the spa. The steam room did not work. It was not private as they had no curtains or blinds in the front doors that led out onto the pool deck. The breakfast buffett was disgusting with sliced hotdogs as the first thing offered and overripe fruit as the second. The picture misrepresent what the place truly is. They use photos from the other hotel next door. I would remove this as an option as its very sketchy and not as shown.

• Joni (6/5): - Well we were originally put into a room in a building down the street that was not in any of the pictures posted on your sight. This room smelled and was very old, had an air conditioning unit that was so loud it vibrated the bed. It was really bad so we went to the front desk and asked to be placed into a new room. The front desk clerk immediately gave us an awesome room with a terrace off of it and a sea view with an air conditioner that make no sound! The breakfast was very good as well.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Don’t bother - The room we were given was not appropriate as it was located right near the main terrace entry area where all guests and hotel staff smoke outside our door with the smell coming into our room. There is also no privacy as the room door opens directly onto the terrace area in full view of everyone. Music is played in this area until all hours which can be heard from our room along with people’s conversations and mobile phones ringing starting as early as 6AM!!! Breakfast was also served in this area and therefore all conversations and noise made were heard right outside our door. This room is designed for people with a handicap and the bathroom was not of the hotel standard expected, but more like a hospital facility. The woman in charge of breakfast each morning spent most of her time smoking in full view of guests and was not hospitable in any way. You had to interrupt her smoking to ask for coffee or let her know if something was missing from the breakfast buffet. Incidentally she was also the woman who did the room cleaning. The hotel website also boasts a pool and spa facilities but that is misleading as it belongs to the hotel next door and fully occupied by hotel guests from that property.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Ottima posizione , camera non buona - Il panorama è molto bello. Dista solo 600 metri dal centro di Tropea; si può andare tranquillamente a piedi. Il mare è a 150 metri , bisogna solo scendere delle scalinate interne all hotel per arrivarci. Nulla da dire sulla cordialità degli addetti alla reception. La camera è quella che invece ha lasciato desiderare. Il bagno vecchio e maleodorante. Per il resto buona colazione sulla terrazza vista mare .

• Luis (2/5): Quarto indisponível! - Não houve estadia porque o quarto reservado não estava disponível. Pagamos por um quarto, mas disponibilizaram apenas outro de categoria bastante inferior. Desta maneira, tivemos que reservar outro hotel em cima da hora.
• Antonio (4/5): Deludente - Servizio navetta assenza, cassaforte in camera che si poteva portare via sotto braccio perché non era fissata da nessuna parte. Niente frigorifero. Asciugamani scarsi e per il cambio bisognava chiedere. Le lenzuola non sono mai stati cambiate. Il bagno un po' fatiscente. Pulizia molto scarsa. La terrazza aveva una bellissima vista sul mare
• alfredo (4/5): Si può dare di piu! - La Natura ha dato il meglio di sé, l'uomo ... ?!? La posizione è incantevole, ma la struttura non è tenuta bene. Necessiterebbe di un miglior arredo (piuttosto scarno) e più servizi e anche di un'accoglienza più adeguata.

Ambienti curati Terrazza meravigliosa, dove godersi una buona colazione vista mare e in piena tranquillità (croissant buonissimi), e tramonti spettacolari Camera pulita e spaziosa Possibilità di fare doccia dopo aver fatto check-out se si parte alla sera L'albergo si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, con alcuni posteggi liberi proprio fuori dalla struttura. Accesso privato alla spiaggia, scendendo gradini. Piscina vista mare (anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito).

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Più che albergo affitta camere e anche di bassa qualità, stanze rumorose , rimesse a posto senza un senso e senza bidè in bagno, poca comodità doccia senza box acqua dappertutto ogni volta che uno si lava, deludente il posto meriterebbe di più con la vista mare che si ritrova, Ricevuta non consegnata del pagamento anche aggiuntivo per un cambio camera che aveva le stesse problematiche della prima.

• Dawn (6/5): - Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable- thankfully only stayed 3 nights, by 3rd night I was on pain killers for my back. The photo shows a pool but this belongs to another hotel and only came knee high so no swimming. I tried to book a massage and use the Jacuzzi but this was not possible as informed by Hotel staff.it belonged to the other hotel and there was not spaces. I asked about this on arrival to the hotel. The staff were pleasant. and the hotel was near to the beach. However I feel the write up on the hotel and the photo is misleading.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Underbar utsikt över havet! - Balkongen var fantastisk, solsängar, soffa och bord. Med en av de absolut bästa utsikter jag haft. MEN och det är ett men. Rummet var ganska litet, inga sänglampor och ingen minibar( som utlovades på hemsidan) Hotellet verkar vara under uppfräschade Frukosten bra, ingen kontinentalfrukost utan mer vad som finns lokalt. Absolut inget fel på det. Hotellet ligger i utkanten av gamla stan, det går bra att gå in om man vill det. Det finns parkering på gatan, men om man kommer under högsäsong lär det vara svårt att hitta någon plats Jag skulle gärna åka tillbaka

Un passante mi informa che forse sono in un altro hotel li vicino, cosa che mi viene confermata chiamando al telefono cellulare. Mi viene garantita una sistemazione identica a quella da me prenotata ma ciò non accade anche dopo aver fatto le mie rimostranze sia al referente di questa struttura sia al gestore della struttura in cui veniamo spostati per cui sono totalmente insoddisfatto.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - The description wasn’t clear it said a shared spa area turns out it was a room in a spa. Sounded lovely at first but the humidity was almost unbearable. Everything was always humid, the sheets, the towels, our clothes even in our luggages. The bed was not comfortable at all. The breakfast and staff were really good. Accomodating and helpful. Would recommend a maximum stay of two days because that humidity really gets to you. The private spa is a cool experience.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Beautiful view! - This small hotel has a great location about 10 minutes walking from the centre of town. Its patio is awesome with a stunning view of the sea! The food was great, with a lot of home baking, which was appreciated (but have to watch those calories). The staff were pleasant. The only criticism is that it was a bit noisy because it is small so when other guests arrived, we could hear them. However, I would definitely recommend this spot for great value. Thank you.

• Alfredo (6/5): Mini Vacation in Tropea, IT - The good: The place is amazing. Great people, and the service was awesome. Breakfast was amazing. The bad: and not being picky, the shower was broken, it would not stay in place, there was trash left from the previous guest, and when you took a shower, the bathroom will become a lake, the bedroom has the minimum amenities, no phone, no TV, etc. Overall not bad, breathtaking view from the hotel balcony.

• Andrei (8/5): Wonderful place. Not-so-wonderful staff. No wifi. - PRO -tasty breakfast -the fact that you have a wonderful view when you eat (terrace with sea view) -clean room, bathroom, hall etc -very nice pool -close to city center (7 min on foot) -close to the beach (10 min on foot) CONTRA -no wifi(only works at the reception) -I booked a cheaper room than the one they gave me. And with no sea view(like I asked). When I realised(5 minutes after check in), they said"let's see tomorrow blabla"and so on. And that's how it stayed. -starting with 6/7 AM the noise won't let you sleep if you are on the ground floor. The breakfast is getting ready. Dishes, forks, spoons, cups-all are making noise. -be VERY careful with the glass door in the shower. When I pulled it to exit the shower, it broke in my hands. All the bathroom filled with broken glass. With some serious scratchs on my body(and a little blood also) I went to tell them what happened. They said it's impossible. They offered me a"deal": to pay only half of the glass door's price (250 euro), recte 125. Then 80. I told them that thing broke all of a sudden and they kept saying that is impossible. IT HAD JUST HAPPENED TO ME AND THEY WERE VERY CONVINCED THAT IT'S IMPOSSIBLE. That was absurd, rude and very disturbing.
• Geoff (8/5): Need a sign. - Nice hotel and very close to the old part of the town. A sign on the outside giving the name of the hotel would have been useful-the GPS took me to the address but when I asked at the hotel opposite they didn't recognise the name and sent me to a different location-it took me 40 minutes before I actually found the correct place.
