• Manon (8/5): Good value, clean appartment, helpful staff - Very well located, easy check in and check out and it was very clean. The wifi was inexistent. You could maybe get it in some corners of the room (we were in studio 2), but even then if you could get one “bar” nothing loaded.

• Julian (10/5): Besser unterkommen konnte ich mir nicht vorstellen - Sehr schöne Unterkunft im Herzen Portos. Gut und durchdacht ausgestattet, super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Person kümmert sich herzlich um einen und die Kommunikation funktioniert super. Kaffee, Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl, Zucker waren vorhanden. Anfangs gab’s ein wifi Problem. Am letzten Morgen fanden Bauarbeiten in der Wohnung darüber statt.

• Victor (10/5): Great location and comfortable loft - The location close to Torre dos Jerónimos and every tourist attraction in Porto. It’s a small plot so no space for elevator. Difficult when having large suitcases or old people.

• Ana Paula (8/5): We had a great time, very good restaurants recommendations and the apartment was great. - Very good location. Nice duplex apartment.with a lot of space, that can easily accommodate 4 people. The staff is gentle and they accept pets, which is really nice. The queen size bed is very uncomfortable. The shower has a small issue and a lot of water leaks for outside the cabin. There were no towels or kitchen paper in the kitchen. When we arrived there they asked 20€ in cash for extra cleaning because we had a puppy, although it was not mentioned at booking and there was nothing to clean, because out puppy is very clean and we are very careful.

• PatDom (4/5): Porto est une belle ville, mais nous avons été déçus par l'appartement. - Appartement bien situé, dans le quartier historique. Calme L'appartement était donné pour 6 personnes. En fait, pour 6 adultes, il ne convient pas. Il y a 2 lits 2 places, OK pour 4 adultes. Mais les 2 lits 1 place ne conviennent que pour des enfants (ils sont dans des tiroirs). De plus, il n'y a pas 6 chaises, la table est toute petite. Tous les équipements annoncés n'y étaient pas. Nous avons également été déçus par le propriétaire qui n'est pas réactif.

• Mark (10/5): Outstanding in every way. - The space is in a great location and was tastefully restored and decorated. We had a great time, largely because our accommodations were first class. Great job! somewhat noisy with local foot traffic, but that is part of the locations charm.

Beautiful room, only issue is if you have someone staying above you and are not mindful when they walk on the wooden flooring. Couple of time we woke up due to noises from above. Otherwise, it was a pleasant two nights stay in Porto.

L’accueil (tous nos bagages ont été monté dans l’appartement lors de notre Check in!!) L’insonorisation peut être améliorée car on entend les voisins (qui ont du aussi nous entendre) mais ce n’est pas insurmontable.

• Madeline (6/5): - Property is close to many popular sites, which we loved. We also loved the terrace as well as Maria, who assisted us with the check in. We rented the loft unit, on the top floor, but was able to hear dogs barking from two units down early morning and also late at night, which made our stay not as relaxing as we had hoped. We found most of the noise to be within the building rather than from outside. Unit looked cool, but we did find that it needed some updating. Shower area wasn’t sealed well, so we would have to wipe up the floor after using. Most of the mirrors in the unit was tinted brown, except for a tiny dinner plate sized mirror in bathroom, so wasn’t convenient if you need a mirror to put on makeup.

• Christian (8/5): Lovely and cozy apartment in the heart of the city. - Lovely and clean apartment, bang in the middle of the downtown (super close to lots of relevant places), friendly and helpful staff. No water pressure - the shower and taps almost had no pressure, which made it hard to have showers (albeit possible) and the fact that the apartment was on the third floor without elevator (but I should've checked that beforehand).

The access to the smaller balcony was my favorite part of the stay. Room could have been cleaner, ie underneath the bed. Could have a fitted sheet on the bed instead of just a regular flat sheet. Overall I would still highly recommend this property.

• Michele (10/5): - We had a great stay at ExtendAll. Maria greeted us when we arrived and showed us to our room/apartment. Everything was clean and stocked with everything we would need. We enjoyed the balcony and were happy to be able to do laundry. The location was perfect. We could easily (well, easy considering the hills!) walk to Ribeira, Villa Nova de Gaia, and into the center of town for sightseeing and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Porto.

The location was just great and within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit. The apartment was a studio really and the stand outs were the really comfortable bed (needed after walking all the hills in Porto) and the rain shower was also very welcome. We were contacted a number of times to see if everything was alright or if we needed anything. Excellent service. Nothing really. It was on a busy street but we weren’t aware if any late night noise

We were with a little baby and except 12 steps it was pretty comfortable. The room is huge and equipped with everything a kitchen needs and a washing machine. The shower is huge and all the light through the two balconies are perfect setting. The bed is too soft

Cool design with everything you need for a short stay hidden in the various cupboards. Nearby underground parking is expensive, on street parking is restricted Monday to Saturday. There is no lift so not suitable for people with reduced mobility or lots of heavy luggage.

The building was charming, unique and fresh. in regards to all of our questions incredibly fast. In regards to the location, it is so good that it made it easier to go for walks, visits, restaurants and everything and it was really easy to get everywhere from the place the apartment is located. All in all, 100% recommended and wishing to come back soon 😁 There’s absolutely nothing bad to say about. Everything was perfect

Although located on a hill(as is most of this beautiful city) the apartment was located perfectly between the upper and lower parts of the city.

Desde a recepção, com vinho do Porto e a simpatia do anfitrião João, até as dicas e a atenção de Bruno, que chegou a levar uns doces típicos portugueses para alegrar o aniversário de uma amiga hospedada. O loft é muito prático, amplo, bem decorado, possui uma localização perfeita. Impossível não ter nota 10.
