The area was so central couldn't have been better all the shops and restaurants and theaters so close by. everything was walking distance would stay here again!! Laura (10/5): Location was perfect, room was clean and comfortable. - Location location location it was very clean, bed was very comfy with lovely bedding. That it was across the road and wasn’t quite a hotel as in there wasn’t a bar to speak of more an area beside the restaurant.

Margaret (5/5): Can fine better for the money - location was great. Bed was comfortable. Coffee maker fine and always replenished. Cookies brought daily. Bathroom was fine - very nice towels, robe and slippers. Staff was responsive although not always in building - had to go to main building across the street. Design of the room was bad Such a narrow hallway from bedroom to sitting area that we could barely both be in it. Door to closet opened and would hit you in the head if you tried to walk past. No drawers for storage, just some tiny open shelving in bedroom. Couch was soiled. Coffe maker was functional however in closet right next to clothing so got things hot. High price made me expect more.

Elisa (10/5): A very pretty and cosy hotel in the heart of Covent Garden - The room was pretty, the hotel was quiet, the staff were all so polite, helpful and warm. It is a perfect place to stay if you're going to the opera and to the theatres and art galleries nearby, but also if you want or need to rest and spend some quiet time in your room.

Renee (10/5): Henrietta is a beautiful small boutique place catering to folks who want the perfect location in Covent Garden. - The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. All staff were very friendly and helpful. They all went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. One of the front staff actually walked us down to the corner to point out a coffee shop he was recommending! The room was quite small, with limited space for our medium-sized suitcases. We had to lie our suitcases on the floor and bend down whenever we needed to access our clothes or supplies.

Richard (10/5): A very nice hotel, perfectly situated for West End theatres and the pleasures of Covent Garden. - The hotel staff were most welcoming upon arrival and very helpful. The room was very nicely appointed and very spacious. The location of the hotel was right in the centre of Covent Garden and was an ideal location for us to enjoy the local surroundings and only a short walk to the West End theatres. Not much to say here, it was all rather lovely. The only thing was the mattress was quite firm and we like a firm mattress. This was a tad too firm. However, that is very subjective and a personal preference. The pillows were fabulous!

Paul (8/5): An enjoyable experience given we were there for only one night. - Good sized room and bathroom for a city hotel. Excellent location There was no hot water in the shower. The hotel had previously been made aware of the issue by a previous guest but it had not been resolved. When we reported the problem on our departure we were immediately offered a free breakfast which we felt was very generous.
Susan (9/5): One of the best stays in London - The staff are very welcoming. I felt safe being a solo female on this trip. I was given a quiet room - it really was very quiet and peaceful. The dinners and breakfasts were lovely - the restaurant decor is perfect. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also fantastic. One of the best locations. The slamming doors of neighbouring rooms - it is very loud! Such a letdown as the hotel is honestly one of the best in London for a peaceful stay but bang in the middle of Covent Garden. The lights in the room need adjusting. The spotlights are too bright. There also needs to be an option to have a nice warm table lamp on at night time to relax. I ended up putting the bathroom light on and switching off all the room lights - not ideal. I don't think the switches were working properly either.

Lift does not go to top floor so don’t bother with city view rooms if don’t want to climb 3 floors. Asked for a drink at bar 10.30pm Thursday night. Barmen said no. Closed. Breakfast average, tea cold, toast, hot bread. Staff fairly untroubled and unwilling to go above and beyond.
Christopher (9/5): Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Covent Garden. Would defintely stay here again. - Room was amazing and had a lovely terrace with a great view of the London Eye and rooftops. Location was also great, as were the staff and bar. Telephone in-room couldn't dial reception, so we couldn't call them to change our breakfast order. There was no room service menu in the room, even though room service as apparently available and lastly the breakfast was delivered without any additional condiments. Otherwise it was all great.

Gemma (9/5): Lovely relaxed stay in great location, super friendly staff. - Friendly, clean with super comfy beds and towels etc. the location is great - I was in the new part over the road. It’s a pedestrian road so no taxi access - that was fine for me as it meant it was quiet. Ordered room service - think the restaurant would be great based on this. I don’t drink alcohol and minibar options were limited. I had a packet of the crisps and they tasted off (it was a brand I’ve had before). The best before was in 4 days and wonder if they just were off - really horrible, long lasting chemical taste. Minor points though .

Francesca (9/5): - I cannot recommend this hotel more. I’ve been to London once before and stayed in covent garden the first time as well and cannot imagine staying anywhere else. It is centrally located and it was seamless navigating the tube to get through the city. Not to mention this hotel is about 20 steps from the center piazza in covent garden and there are a ton of amazing restaurants, pubs, and shopping without having to travel far. Our hotel room was extremely clean, the staff was great and not only made our beds, but also tidied the space, and gave us fresh towels everyday without asking. The hotel is a little pricey for sure, but I was extremely satisfied and would stay here and over again. The room was spacious for two people and so was the bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable and heat and air conditioning worked perfectly as needed. As soon as you step out of the hotel you are immersed in a lively city with great energy. Extremely clean in the surrounding neighborhood and felt safe for two girls traveling alone. Staff was also extremely nice and available 24/7. They even had our room ready at 10:30am when check in wasn’t until 3pm and gave us no issue about checking in early. We definitely got lucky but it made our trip even better. I can’t think of a negative thing to say about this hotel other than being a little pricey, but that is just central London for you - it is a pretty expensive city
