• joanne (9/5): Nice hotel, perfect location - Amzing location. Near train station like 2 mins walk. Area outside is quiet but if you walk less than 5 mins you will reach a more lively area. Restaurants and konbini very close to the hotel as well. Even late nights you will find, places that are open. Renovated rooms are nice and clean. Small room is perfect for 1 person, everything you need is there. Only the checked in guest can go up to the room. I had a friend who visited and we can only stay in the lobby so we just went out.

• KANAE (5/5): 普通のビジネスホテルに泊まった、という感じです。場所柄仕方ないとは思いますが、お値段が高すぎます。 - 朝食はよかったです。赤坂の駅から近いこともよかったです。 洗面と風呂場が狭いです。シャワー水量が強すぎ調整不可でした。パジャマはワンピースではなくセパレーツがいいです。室内に鏡がないのでいちいち狭い洗面所で便器をまたいで作業しなければならず女性にとっては不便です。

• Voumani (10/5): Stellar stay in Akasaka - Really attentive and friendly staff. The location of the hotel is brilliant, very close to the Chiyoda line. The area is quite upmarket with quite a few interesting places to eat. Nothing.

• Ariana (10/5): Excelent for a cheap stay - In general, it is a good place. It's located near a train station so commuting. The staff is accomodating and tried their best to help me with some of my questions. The room was a little small, but really comfortable with all the amenities needed. They also provided several items in case you were missing something. I got to try the breakfast and it was good although it was always the same. Although the staff did their best to communicate with me, the truth is it was hard as no one spoke English fluently. When I checked in, they didn’t explain they gave me food vouchers for breakfast, so I almost threw them away.
• Bryan (7/5): Good value. Nicely renovated room. Wifi fluctuates. - Nicely renovated room. It has a kitchen island like table although it is only big for 1 person. Wifi internet speed on a bad day was about 35 Mbps and on a good day can went up to 144 Mbps. Bathroom counter area is bigger than usual. Wifi internet latency was high when connecting to US servers. On the same day, this hotel was 80ms higher than another hotel I checked into. Fluctuated more too. Jumped between 160ms and 240ms all the time. Only has enough space to open suitcase half way against the wall.

The room is pretty spacious, I like that there’s a seating area and space under the bed for luggage. The staff was very friendly, they had umbrellas prepared to lend when it’s raining - you don’t even have to ask. They don’t provide free water or have a water dispenser at least

• Yaren Ozbek (10/5): 10/10 experience - The room was designed so perfectly, it is quite small but perfect for a single person or a couple without a lot of stuff. The room has literally everything you need! (even pj's). I literally didn't expect this much. Also, the location is 10/10! The bed was too hard for my liking, the pillows were too. It wasn't a huge problem but it can definetly be improved.
• Anna (9/5): Excellent staff and location! - The reception team were always extremely patient, attentive, welcoming and friendly. The hotel can help you tan q bin your luggage, whereby slips are available, payment and drop off can be made there. The team is equipped with translator devices which helps with communication. From what I noticed, the front desk was always manned even when I was out late which meant help was always nearby. I am extremely impressed by the reception team and wish them all the best! The laundry machines have lock codes and you can track status via tv with 4 washers and dryers total. This hotel is very close to asakusa station, simply 1 block away. The room with 2 singles is decently spacious. The bed is extra extra firm, there are devices in the room which make high frequency noises to slowly drive you to insanity, the room with a double is small, sheets were very dusty.

• Pornsak (9/5): - The hotel location, which is 5 minutes walk from the Asakasa subway station, is a big plus. At night, there are also a few streets nearby that are filled with varieties of restaurants and bars. The hotel staff are also nice and very helpful. The Asakasa area is lovely and safe to wander around at night. Keep in mind that the room size is small. If you are a big guy or gal, you might feel a little cramp.

• Matteo (5/5): Clean room, improvable service - 1) The room was clean; 2) There are many different konbinis around the hotel, so there’s plenty of choice 1) The room was extremely small; 2) The staff spoke very basic English (it was difficult to communicate: speaking fluent English is mandatory if you work at a hotel); 3) Before our stay, we were told there could be noisy construction works in the facility between 10am and 3pm: however the whole neighbourhood is full of construction sites outside of the facility, so we heard noisy works in the evening as well coming from other sites; 4) We were required to pay 4400 yen to check-in at 2pm: I don’t think a customer should be required to pay a similar amount for such a simple request; 5) The hotel is close to Akasaka Station (whose only subway line is the Chiyoda Line), however during our previous stays in Tokyo we usually stayed at hotels near stations with Ginza Line, which I think is more convenient

• Matthew (9/5): Very good, affordable option for those that want to stay in Akasaka - Great location, really easy to access the heart of Akasaka, which is a pretty eventful neighborhood Super professional staff, always welcomed me and even called the elevator for me Rooms are reasonable sized, enough room to place bags and still walk around Quite a bit of construction was going on right near the hotel and around the neighborhood. Hard to control this, but could have been flagged earlier in booking. Bathroom was a little bit cramped/small

Habitació insonoritzada, molt tranquila tot i haver hi obres al devant (no les vam sentir). Mobiliari nou i molt ben aprofitat. No poder sortir per les dues bandes del llit. • Matthew (9/5): - Breakfast was a nice spread and the facilities were very clean. The room was just as expected. Additional toiletries were available if you needed them. Location was convenient to public transport too. The washer-dryers did not work well. The drying cycle had to be run 2x additional times. The machines are coin operated only which made the additional drying a hassle to obtain change from the front desk.

Close to Akasaka entertainment district but a couple of blocks away where there is no noise. Refurbished rooms are comfortable, clean and modern by Japanese standards. No complaints.

• Theresa (9/5): highly recommend for location and less busy trains ! - The location is golden. Perfectly connected to all the major areas and a very short walk to akasaka station. I mainly used the Chiyoda line, and it was very manageable in terms of crowdedness compared to the JR lines. LOVED THAT ! My favorite was going in from Exit 3a where it’s escalators the whole way to the station. This came in so clutch from the tiring days of walking 20k steps. Very helpful staff members helped me hold my luggage on the day of check out and they called for my taxi to the airport. Very standard tight Japanese hotel rooms. To be expected but, I hated having little to no counter space in the bathroom to get ready and do my makeup. I had enough room to open my big checked luggage at the end but, definitely a tight room. I liked how I could store my luggages under the bed though.

• Esteban (9/5): Awesome place to stay if you are a traveler - This hotel is really well located, just in front of a station, the staff is incredible and so nice, the food in the hotel restaurant was also pretty good. The room has all you need. If you don't like small rooms, maybe this hotel is not for you, if you are good with it then you'll love it.

Toilet was 10/10 The rooms were small, manageable though! You just need to keep your things organized. The bed was hard but I slept well! An extra pillow would be super helpful, so I suggest asking for one.
