Le logement fourni ne correspond pas à ma réservation : ​Non-respect de l'emplacement : J'avais choisi l'étage pour le calme ; j'ai été placé face à la réception bruyante. ​Problèmes techniques : Chasse d'eau défectueuse (non réparée après deux signalements) et remontées d'odeurs de canalisation. ​Mobilier dégradé et manque d'entretien général. Le manque de disponibilité pour me reloger et l'absence de réactivité technique sont inacceptables compte tenu des tarifs pratiqués. Loin de la plage!

• Michaela Marie (1/5): Hrůza - Nic Tady bylo všechno špatně, plesnivé ubytovani, díry ve vzdech, smrad, špinavé nádobí, lednice která byla ohořelá a zasuvky, které trčely ze zdi. Nejhorší ubytovani které jsem na své cestě videla.

• Diána (7/5): Good value for money - Nice staff, comfortable, big bed, good location. We had everything what we needed for two nights. The bathroom wasn't the best and the room became a bit too bright in the morning but for what we paid we cannot complain.
• Yuliani (7/5): - I did like the staffs very friendly and kind. Really helpful. The Air Conditioner really helps for the hot weather. Room is clean. I did not like the sink/wastafel, it was dirty with yellow fleck and the bathroom also, there was water came behind the toilet, dont know what kind of water. Somehow i found some small insects in bathroom or around the sink/wastafel.

• Sara (8/5): Maintainence and cleaning in the kitchen is really important - Room was quite spacious and big. Bathroom was big as well. Pool was clean and big. As i mentioned already property was quite and spacious. But it really needs maintainence and cleaning, specially in the kitchen. All the facilities in kitchen appliances were rusty ( fan, oven, fridge, gas and utensils) Kitchen was very dirty( drawers have mouse poo and very smelly) Kitchen sink was very dirty. Tap in kitchen sink and shower was leaking from the side. When i told to them about these issues they fix kitchen tap and shower next day. Soap dispenser was broken and hanging. They accept it and said sorry it couldnt meet your expectations then they give us complementry breakfast next day. It was not same as in pictures from cleaning point of view. I am going to attach photos as well.

• Pat (7/5): Pleasant - The swimming pool. Good location. Quiet away from the main road but some building works were going on next door but not the hotels fault. There was a large room/cupboard inside the room we thought was great to put luggage in but it had loads of small midges/ants inside so didn't use it. The cupboards under the sink smelt of mould. The shower sprayed out to the back of the shower instead of on top of you and couldn't be adjusted. No hand towel.

Et ça enlève. Le calme et la quiétude sur on pourrait avoir. Les personnes. Que refont cette villa ne prenne pas conscience qu’il. As des clients dans. L hôtel. Entre le bruit des machines. Et les cris. Eh leur. Musique. Forte. Très désagréable. Pour cet hôtel qui est. Très bien. Très dommage.

La piscine Les odeurs dans la douche, le bruit d’un moteur qui se met en route toutes les 60 secondes et ce 24/24. La literie qui est vraiment vétuste. Il aurait été préférable de ne pas regarder l’état du matelas. On aurait mieux dormi…..

La climatisation n’était pas très efficace. Le logement est situé au bout d’une longue allée étroite pour les voitures.

• Juliana (8/5): Visit to Seminyak, Bali, Indonesia - This was a very central location. Down the street from the restaurants and night life in Seyminyak. Yet quit and away from the bussiness. The Villa provided privacy and comfort. Lovely for a small family. The bathroom smell. It took a few days to get used to it, but we adapted.

I couldn’t sleep for 2 days coz the bed sheet and blanket was smelling so bad, water kettle was not washed and old, and the cups were not washed.

Although they looked aged, they are clean and comfortable. No issues for me. The room rates is value for money. It is walking distance to the heart of Seminyak. Nothing major really. I would have liked the property to be nearer to the Main Street, Jalan Petitenget. It took me about 10 or more minutes to walk from Main Street. At night it is dark to walk along the lane leading to property. It would be perfect if the distance is shorter. Probably not a problem for folks with strong legs😆.

However, it is important to note that expectations should be managed, as my television was non-functional throughout my stay. Furthermore, I encountered some difficulty with the door lock, which required extra time to secure. The room's cleanliness was also a concern, and I experienced an issue with rodents accessing the garbage I had placed outside.

Unici difetti c’erano delle macchie sul pavimento (non di sporco, ma proprio le mattonelle erano macchiate e non potevi lavarle) e il bagno non era granché rispetto al resto della stanza che invece era molto bella.

Nous avons eu un petit déjeuné offert suite à des travaux qui ont eu lieu durant une journée, alors qu’en soit, cela ne nous a pas vraiment dérangé (le bruit), mais c’était un geste très appréciable et sympathique. De plus, le petit déjeuné était très bon Le sol aurait pu être mieux nettoyé, il y avait des traces et quelques saleté dans la salle de bain
• Antonio (9/5): Soggiorno Top! Consiglio! - Staff gentilissimo , servizi lavanderia ottima con prezzi bassi , servizio ristorazione con prezzi bassi e ti portano il pranzo anche in villa! Consiglio ! Serve un po’ di manutenzione alle porte della stanza che non si aprono e chiudono bene e ai ventilatori in cucina. Ma comunque per il prezzo è ottimo!
