近藤 (4/5): 値段通りでといえばそれまで。 - 部屋はきれいでした。コ－ヒ－がなく残念でした。お茶しかなく、しかもティ－パックが破れててお茶の葉が湯飲みにこぼれて飲みにくく困った。展望浴場はよかったが、背中いっぱいに入れ墨を入れた人と偶然居合わせて、朝から気分がよくなかった。

しみふみ (9/5): インバウンド大量キャンセル可哀想。がんばれ!! - 初愛知県。ロケーションが良い。6階の部屋だったが、三河湾、知多半島、渥美半島を見渡せて、とても、眺めが良かった。ホテルは外観ほど、館内は新しさは無く、年季の入った印象だけど、部屋は、リホームしたようで、きれいでした。アメニティのクシ、カミソリは、不要。しかも一泊毎に、配るのは、無駄になると思う。こちらも悪い気がしてしまう。必要な人のみが手にするシステムにするべき。

Mari (6/5): 悪くなかった。値段以上の部屋であった。 - 駅から近く、広さもあり清潔だった。1階に電子レンジやお湯の入ったポットがある。小さな図書館があった。ハンドタオルの追加は1枚200円。朝7時ころ、チェックアウトのお客さんが何度もスタッフを呼んでいたけれど、無人でかなり待たされていた。部屋が寒かったけれど、空調が一斉管理させているのでどうすることもできなかった。浴衣も寒いものしかなく、上着みたいなのが置いてあればと思った。朝に中国人観光客と一緒になった。たくさん宿泊されているので、隣の部屋などになったら騒がしいかも知れない。

miyuki (8/5): 長期滞在向きかも - 昔ながらの古いホテルでしたが駅から近くお安い！！お部屋もキレイで温泉、新聞サービスもありスタッフの方も親切で大満足です。
AKITO (8/5): 駅から近かった。 - 温泉がついていた。部屋の周囲の廊下がエアコンが効いてなかった。

YUTAKA (7/5): 満足 - 車椅子の子供（中学生）と一緒だったのでとにかく浴室の広いところと思っていたが、しっかりとバリアフリー化されており快適に過ごせた。4ベッド仕様と聞いていたが、2人宿泊を把握されていたのかベッドが２つのみになっており部屋が広く使えた。冷蔵庫の電源が壁付のスイッチになっており、到着当初は稼働してなかった。到着時間も伝えていなかったので仕方ない面もあるがすぐ使えたらよかった。素泊まりなのでコンビニ食材を持ち込んだが、１Fにしか電子レンジがなかった。部屋もしくは各フロアにあると便利だと思った。

Ayumi (8/5): 家族仲良くゆっくりできました。 - 部屋が改装してあってきれいだったので良かった。大浴場の脱衣場もきれいになっていましたので気持ちよく使えました。海側の部屋は窓からの景色もよかったです。駐車場もたくさんありましたので安心して利用できました。うるさい団体客もいなくてゆっくりできました。本館と別館のエレベーターがあり本館のエレベーターは大浴場まで行けないので少し不便でした。廊下の広い部分ところどころに白布をかぶせた備品が置いてあり、そこはあまり良い雰囲気ではなかったです。シーズンオフ感、改修中？見たいに感じさせました。
Yayoi (8/5): スタッフさんもとても親切ですし騒がしさもなく穏やかにのんびりと過ごせて居心地も良かったです。 - 部屋は明るめで居心地は良い感じでした。露天風呂の温泉も丁度良いあたたかさでのんびり浸かってました。朝食もいろいろ食べれてどれも美味しかったです。ベッドもほどよい大きさだったので寝心地も良かったです。気になったのは浴室内の鏡の下のところに黒くサビ？があること。トイレットペーパーが設置されている壁のところに黒いカビが付いていること。露天風呂のシャワーなどの本体あたりの壁も黒いカビが多く付着していること。あと要注意なのは、浴室内の鏡と、壁に設置されてる鏡が向き合っているのはとても危険です。その状態のままでその場に立っていると鏡のなかに吸い込まれるという事象が起きることがあります。なので壁の鏡は左のほうへ移動させて設置することをオススメします。

小泉 (7/5): 部屋やトイレ、バスルームは清潔にされていた。 - 朝食は種類が多く量もあり大変良かった。室内の空気清浄機が水が入っておらず、フロントに電話したら、自分で対処して欲しいとのことだった。誤動作とかがあると行けないと思ったが特になかった。しかし予約は入れてあるので、顧客の到着までに準備しておいて欲しかった。人手不足なのかもしれない。

hiroyuki (6/5): コスパがいい - 8階の大浴場が良かった受付前のロビー空間がもったいない。お出向かい感が物足りない
Chikada (8/5): 温泉と朝食の景色が最高でした。 - スタッフの対応が丁寧だった。部屋のエアコンが使えなかったのですが、別の部屋に変更していただきました。朝食会場や、お風呂から見える景色が最高でした。特に夕日の日の入りは絶景でした。お風呂自体ほど大きくないのですが、自粛韓国で中国人観光客が少なかったせいか、ゆっくり温泉を楽しむことができました。事前に口コミで聞いていましたが、部屋のユニットバスは少しカビ臭いです。があまり気になっていませんでした。お風呂は大浴場を、トイレは主に大浴場そばのトイレを使っていましたため。窓の風切り音が少し気になりました。山だったため、特に電車の音などは聞こえませんでした。近くを新幹線も通っていましたが、その後も特に気になりませんでした。
