Lisa (10/5): Wonderful location opposite Flagstaff Gardens highly recommend - 24 hr reception made check-in a breeze. Great location, friendly staff, comfortable well appointed room. As a solo female guest I felt safe. Room service was prompt and delicious and the breakfast was good value. Usually in smaller hotels you’ll find a slow lift, but these are so fast my ears popped going from the 23rd floor down to ground level in what felt like seconds.

Handy spot with trams virtually on doorstep plus easy 10 minute walk to CBD Bourke St Mall, or Queen Victoria Markets. I would book here next time I am in Melbourne. ( my only 1 complaint is lack of shelves in wardrobe - I was staying over a week) Lack of shelves or drawers in wardrobe

Although my husband thought it was too soft. Quiet and peaceful. Good facilities like kitchenette, blackout curtains, washing machine and drier. The staff at reception were very welcome and helpful. We also loved having a drink at the bar. Beautiful big park across the road.

Bec (10/5): Best value for money, location and balconies in Melbourne - I stay here often because it is such great value for money and still feels very lux. The balconies and views are magnificent and the rooms are practical as well as stylish. Cannot fault this wonderful place. Some inconsistency from time to time with balcony size. Some construction has been ongoing next door for what feels like an aaaage. But of course this is not the properties fault.

The jazz theme gave the hotel a unique atmosphere, and check-in was smooth Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned properly. I also found an opened condom packet inside the wardrobe, which was very disappointing and made the room feel unhygienic and uncomfortable because i have baby.

It was close to the trams and walking distance to supermarkets and shopping center. Would love to stay there again. Not enough rubbish bins and the shower leaked and the tv remote stopped working and the dining table was abit wobbly and the balcony had no table or chair.

marie (8/5): happy to stay next time I'm in town - space in room. helpful staff a lot of lights to be put out. the bedside lights were unstable on their stands and flickered when I got into/moved in bed so I needed to turn both of them off at the switch and used the overhead light for reading

sandra (10/5): Very friendly staff , a very clean and comfy room. - Location was good. a nice big bed. maybe a desk in the room. My partner had work to do on his laptop and there was only a small table to use.

Trenton (8/5): Great location, great view, very clean. Everything you need. - The view of the city skyline was amazing (level 34). The kitchen and laundry facilities were excellent. The location was perfect with many food options nearby. Trams are right outside. Easy walk to Victoria Markets. No table or chair on the balcony. There was a very perfumed smell in the corridors which I found unpleasant. The lifts are quite confusing and busy at times as there are 2 hotels and owner/occupiers that use them.
Diana (8/5): - Gute Küche mit einer neuen Pfanne. Tolles Bad. Waren nur im 5 Stock, hat aber gereicht. Unbedingt zum Park buchen. Dann ist auch egal welcher Stock. Mussten trotz Check-In Zeit länger auf das Zimmer warten. Und wurde aber später Check-Out angeboten. Was wir leider nicht beanspruchen konnten.
Beate (9/5): Gute Lage , alles zu Fuß erreichbar - Gute Lage , toller Blick ( wir waren im 34. Stock), Parkplatz im Gebäude Einfahrt zum Parkhaus nicht ganz leicht zu finden … die erste Erklärung war etwas ungenau erklärt, nachdem wir eine Runde um den Block gefahren sind ( bei viel Verkehr / im Halteverbot ) , hatten wir nochmal nachgefragt . Dann erst drückt sie uns einen Zettel in die Hand , auf dem genau ersichtlich war , wo wir einfahren mussten - dann war es wirklich sehr einfach .
Umesh Balkrishna (8/5): Exceptional and memorable stay - Location is excellent with beautiful Flagstaff garden opposite to hotel, nearby Flagstaff metro railway station, Queen Victoria Market etc. Nothing to complain
Umesh Balkrishna (9/5): Exceptional and memorable stay - Location is excellent. In case one wants to relax then there is beautiful and big Flagstaff garden opposite to hotel. If someone wants to explore Indian non veg dish, then backside of the garden Biriyani house can be explored. But in case someone wants to try Indian veg cuisine...then with slight walk they can reach King's Street land mark Hotel Sophia...series of Indian resturants can be seen like Sarvana Bhavan, Maharashtrian dishes in Cai N Chilli etc can be explored. Though nothing to complain but In hotel breakfast more veg option availability would be great.

Lingyan (10/5): - Great location and very friendly staff. I especially loved the garden view from my room. The room was incredibly well equipped, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, cookware, washing machine, dryer, and even a steam iron. It had everything I needed and made the stay so comfortable. One thing that really stayed with me was the fresh scent in the room. Every time I opened the door after a day out in Melbourne, I was greeted by that clean, pleasant smell, even though I couldn’t find any diffuser or scented candles. When I got home and opened my suitcase, I could still smell that same scent on my clothes. It instantly brought back all the happy memories of my time in Melbourne.
Michael (9/5): - Zimmer war sehr sauber, groß, schön und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und gut. Leider war die Kaffeemaschine kaputt und es gab nur Filterkaffee. Leider war das Nachbarhochhaus so nahe, dass es immer sehr finster war im Zimmer und man auch tagsüber elektrisches Licht benötigte. Wir waren im 4. Stock, vielleicht ist es in den oberen Stockwerken besser.

Emily (9/5): Modern, clean hotel with great facilities is a good location - Modern, large clean room with good facilities. Great view, we were upgraded to the 30th floor.
