- Kim (10/5): - This hotel has the best location for easy access to trains to central Tokyo. Very simple rooms with everything you need. It was a great base for us with very reasonable room rates. The bakery on the ground floor is excellent for breakfast and Starbucks and other dining options are close by. I would recommend for anybody requiring a good location with easy travel connections.

- Doron (8/5): - It's a small hotel in a very good location. Rooms are tiny but clean and comfortable. Bathroom is very small but very convenient. Breakfast is at a very small coffee shope at the train station. Not so good. Limited choice and not efficient in the morning. There are other, better choices around. All at all i will go there again.
- Sinema (8/5): - Great hotel! The staff are super nice, very clean, spacious room, and attached to the Tachikawa Train Station. All the eateries and shopping are all around, just a few steps away. Great variety of restaurants and the ones we tried are all so delicious. It’s located in a pretty city too, so we highly recommend you stroll around town. Most of the people we’ve encountered spoke English so made it easy to buy things or ask for help. It is 40-50 mins train ride from Tokyo station, however it didn’t bother us as we wanted to spend more time on the outskirts of Tokyo. Will stay here again when we’re in the area next time.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Early morning access from the JR station level was restricted so you have to go to ground floor level and use your room card to gain access into the hotel. The ground floor entrance is slightly difficult to find for me.
- Verified traveler (2/5): 口コミに期待し過ぎた - 値段も周りに比べたら少しお高いけど駅直結で口コミも良かった為、こちらを利用しましたがガッカリでした。 1、2Fが駅直結となっており雨に濡れずにホームまで行ける事は最高で周りにもショッピングや食べるところが沢山あるので使い勝手は凄く良かった。 しかし初日に部屋に入ると髪の毛が浴槽やタオル掛けのところについたりと清掃面で残念なところがあったりクリーニングをフロントで頼んだらその場で隣に別の客がいる中、中身を開けて確認されるなど少し配慮に欠けているのではないかと疑問に感じる。 立川でそこまでサービスも求めるのか言われればそれまでだが、それだったら少し歩いて2〜3割安いホテルに泊まった方が割り切れるなと感じた。
