- СестрицаАленушка (8/5): - Небольшая уютная квартирка с высокими потолками. Находится на окраине, но переночевать 1 ночь вполне приемлемо. Рядом есть паркинг, маленькие магазины, магазин побольше находится в 15 минутах ходьбы. При отъезде забыли в шкафу свои куртки, хозяин любезно согласился отправить их нам курьером, за что отдельное спасибо. Лампочки очень слабые и еле светят, на такую высоту потолков нужно освещение помощнее (а в одной комнате вообще моргала). Чтобы принять душ нужно долго ждать пока сольется холодная вода.

The apartments are nicely designed, they have balconies. the surroundings of the apartment are terrible, garbage everywhere, rocky driveway, construction site. some equipment is falling apart, dirty oven, dishes and fridge. Elevator and common areas dirty. only one chair and a pigeon nest on the balcony. requires reconstruction and general cleaning. The TV in one apartment was not working.

Uważajcie!! - Jedyny plus to taki że nie padało na głowę. niedziałający telewizor, plamy na łóżku, odklejone listwy (co wpływa na ogólną ocenę), niedomykające się drzwi od śmietnika (nie przyjemny zapach w całym mieszkaniu bo wszystko co było w koszu nie było "zamknięte"), brud i wilgoć w około kabiny prysznicowej, zaniedbany grzejnik w łazience, w schowku na pościel brud, włosy i zdechłe owady, sofa nie nadaje się do spania ponieważ deski wbijają się w plecy, niedziałający włącznik światła w sypialni. Za 2 noce zapłaciłem prawie 1000 zł...za takie coś trzeba wynajmować za darmo robotnikom którzy budują blok naprzeciwko a nie za 1000zł rodzinie 2+2

Przestronny, ale zaniedbany, co pokazuje cena za apartament. Wymaga remontu, szczególnie łazienka. Nie jest brudno, robi takie wrażenie, bo jest zniszczony. Wszystko było, ręczniki, papier, herbata, kawa, cukier. Bardzo cicho więc dobrze się spało, łóżka Ok. Jeśli komuś nie zależy na wysokim standardzie, to polecam, my byliśmy 2 noce i spoko. Cena adekwatna do jakości Łazienka wymaga natychmiastowego remontu

Stary zaniedbany budynek,apartament brudny , łazienka masakra,brud ,grzyb,kabina rozlatuje się,zagrzybiona, brodziki dostępny tylko w klapkach i to wysokich. Deska sanitariatu połamana brudna, podłogi brud,pajęczyny. Rozumiem że za chwilę tą cenę nie można mieć luksusu, ale czystości można żądać płacą każde pieniądze, ogólnie nie polecam, omijać ofertę jak najdalej. Zdjęcia na Booking nie zgodne z stanem faktycznym. Już na wstępie budynek zaniedbany i aparat stosownie do stanu budynku też. Jestem zniesmaczony i rozważam zwrócenie o rekompensatę za poniesione straty. Aplikacja Booking powinna jak najszybciej zrezygnować z współpracy z powyższym klientem,w innym razie będą Państwo psuć sobie DOBRĄ OPINIĘ. Dla udokumentowania całej sytuacji posiadam zdjęcia i chętnie je państwu udostepnię. Pozdrawiam z wyrazami szacunku Piotr Jakubiec.

Dostępna kawa, herbata i cukier - dodatkowy plus. Ogólnie bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Dodatkowo bardzo pomocna firma, zostawiłam kosmetyczkę, którą pomogli mi odzyskać. W łazience były zacieki a na kanapie plama, co wyglądało niehigienicznie. Nie działała roleta zewnętrzna w sypialni i nie można było jej podnieść.

Wynajmujący pomyślał tez o kawie, herbacie, co niestety nie zawsze ma miejsce, a trudno wozić ze soba wszystko...dziękujemy ślady pleśni na suficie, ...pogoda ;)

- Dorota (9/5): - Zarówno w pokoju kuchennym jak i w łazience wszystko co potrzebne na krótki pobyt a nawet na dłuższy. Począwszy od czajnika bezprzewodowego, mikrofali lodówki, piekarnika i płyty indukcyjnej, znalazło się też żelazko deska do prasowania oraz suszarka do włosów. Nieduże ale ustawny balkonik z dwoma krzesełkami i stoliczkiem także były miłym zaskoczeniem. Rzeczy które były na minus to na przykład czajnik bezprzewodowy który się nie wyłączał sam. Kolejną rzeczą było niezbyt dokładne sprzątnięcie mieszkania. Na pierwszy rzut oka wszystko jest okej ale kratki wentylacyjne bardzo brudne mocny kamień w łazience na kafelkach, kiepsko działający pilot do telewizora. Jeszcze kilka rzeczy mogłabym wymieniać takich jak paznokcie w łóżku na prześcieradle tak jakby ktoś rozkładając pościel obcinał sobie przy tym paznokcie.
