• Anna (9/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, smaczne śniadania, bardzo miły personel. Pokój na 5 piętrze, winda dojeżdża do 4 piętra, później trzeba podejść na 5 piętro po wąskich, krętych schodach. Nie zostaliśmy o tym uprzedzeni przy rezerwacji.

• Tamara (8/5): - Hotel limpio y tranquilo. Nuestra habitación tenía un tamaño genial, con dos camas individuales cómodas, y mucha luz natural que en mi caso agradezco mucho. Caminando tardas unos 10-15 minutos siendo un paseo muy llevadero. Por poner un pero las almohadas , eran más un cojín que una almohada y bastante blandas.

Lovos galėtų būti patogesnės. Man pasirodė, kad čiužinys kiek išgulėtas. Pagalvės itin nepatogios. 3 skirtingi dydžiai ir visos nenaudojamos, dėl savo neįprastų formų.

• phil-prd (7/5): - La localisation, le confort, la décoration, le silence, la gentillesse du personnel. La qualité des produits cosmétiques. Le choix du petit déjeuner. Les 2 fontaines a eaux à la réception. L agencements de la salle de bain. Pas facile d ouvrir la porte de douche qui tape dans celle de l entré quand on est à l intérieur. L écoulement de l'eau entre la paroi fixe et la porte de douche. L eau coule en direction de la fenêtre et la moitié de la pièce est mouillé. Les plats chauds du petit déjeuner qui étaient froids( (mardi 12 / 05 à 9h). Une salade de fruits aurait été un plus.

• Diane (9/5): Beautiful room. - The family suite was very spacious, so clean and beautiful! We wish we could have stayed another night. We chose to walk from Brussels Midi train station and we should have taken a taxi. That was our poor choice. So maybe I would say the location.

Good location, 10 mins walk down the road to a ew bars, €8 in an Uber to main restaurant area. Rooms were a little warm, despite it not being hot outside. There was a noise at night , sounded like a ac unit from outside.

• Peter (8/5): Wind down after a busy day in this quiet and cozy hotel with a friendly and high-quality service - I am a returning customer, so I knew my guest experience would be great! All members of staff are very friendly and diligent to respond to customers' requests. The quiet surroundings, yet not far away from the lively bars and restaurants of Ixelles offer you a good night's rest after a long (working) day. On arrival, I had to make an "offline" payment of almost 20% of the fee initially paid for my deal price on booking, for no particular reason other than "apparently the hotel has mistakenly booked less money off your card"; this is highly unusual. For some unknown reason, my room was very hot and the air quite consumed, so I kept the window tilted during my entire stay. Also, there was a faint engine noise/vibration perceptible throughout my stay, that I had to get used too before sleep. The bed was too soft for my taste (but that's my personal preference, not the hotel's fault).

• Dirk49 (8/5): Prima hotel en prima locatie nabij metro. - Modern en smaakvol ingerichte kamer, met in het hotel diverse fraaie design artikelen. Parkeren in garage onder het hotel. Van te voren besproken en dus geen gezoek naar een parkeerplek. De afdichting van de glazen deur tussen de douchecabine en de badkamer liet te wensen over. Daardoor na het douchen water op de badkamervloer. Met een handdoek op de vloer opgelost.

• Damien (10/5): Exéllent - Excellent petite déjeuner, très bon Emplacement par rapport aux visites, un peu de marche mais c'est très bien. Cambre impeccable. Parking de l'hôtel petit mais très bien avec ascenseur jusqu'à la chambre. Seul bémol, à certains moments une odeur dégout dans l'établissement, je pense que cela vient du réseau et ne peut dons leur être imputé.

Zolderkamer wel benauwd, goed op te lossen met de airco, wel wat geluid als je hem snachts aan laat. Voor een fijne ruime badkamer was het jammer geen plankje te hebben voor je toilet artikelen bij de wastafel. In de douche miste ik een plankje.

Ekspres do kawy. Hotel z kilkoma windami ze względu na różny kształt budynku. Ważny był dla nas parking podziemny, bez dostępnu dla osób z zewnątrz., wcześniejszą rezerwacja parkingu. Drzwi trzaskały przy zamykaniu. Mały parking , z wąskim wjazdem , nie dla słabych kierowców:)). 2 noce, ale butelkowana woda tylko 1 dnia.

• Casa John (8/5): Hotel confortable et pratique ! Bien situé et accueillant pour les familles. - L’emplacement est idéal. Les chambres familiales sont très pratiques. Il manque des rangements dans la chambre (penderie pour chambre familiale). Un remplacement de bouteilles d’eau quotidien pour éviter de devoir en chercher le soir.
