- Peter (8/5): Above expectations on style, convenience and service for the price. - Beautiful stylish room and bathroom with lots of thoughtful extras included. Spotless clean. Traditional cooked breakfasts including vegetarian and vegan options, good quality ingredients well presented. Friendly, helpful staff.Good value. Bed was a bit too firm for us but that's our personal taste.
- Elodie (10/5): It was a perfect stay and such a warm welcome! - The interiors were beautiful and it was so clean! And the welcome was so lovely. The breakfast was fantastic. It honestly was a perfect stay!
The added bonus is that it is a stroll away from the sea front, what more can you need? Although it looks a little lost on the high street the interiors instantly take you away from the noise and you feel transported. It’s a perfect little address if you’re visiting the area or down for a Wedding/event.
- Catharine (9/5): The perfect little place to stay in Bexhill - The location was fantastic less than a minute’s walk from the seafront. The room decor was elegant and cosy and kept in immaculate condition. Owners very friendly and the full English breakfast in the morning very nicely done. Highly recommended. The view was not that good but didn’t matter as so close to the sea
- Victoria (10/5): Excellent play to stay- highly recommend. - Incredibly comfortable room- quiet warm and great location. Really comfy big bed. A very short walk to the seafront and to a local pub and supermarket.

- Nick (10/5): - Couldn't fault it at all.. very clean, everything was as the pictures show, perfect position close to sea front, off road parking permit included, lovely breakfast..top marks Only that the stairs can be hard with suitcases (we where on top floor) but that is just the type of building & nothing the owners could do about it...only a very small point to be aware of..
- Jacqueline (10/5): The owners were friendly and made us very welcome. - Everything! The location for The De la Warr Pavilion was perfect.

Tea and coffee supplies ready in the room and mini fridge which was great. Bathroom was extremely clean and a lovely good size shower. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious and checkout at 11am is great so there is no rush to pack and leave as soon as you get up. Would definitely stay again if I was coming to the area, and can recommend to others. Great location for seeing a show at the DeLaWarr as only a few minutes walk away and plenty of restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk of the hotel.

The owners are very professional and care about your comfort and satisfaction. I never write reviews but was minded to after a delightful 1 night stay for work. I would happily return. - Matt (10/5): Wonderful B+B in a great location. - My room was beautiful, with excellent decor choices and a fantastic shower. Cleanliness was off the scale. - Mark (10/5): I would highly recommend the Driftwood. - This is the 3rd time I have stayed at the Driftwood. Excellent accommodation to a very high standard. Staff very friendly and who serve an excellent breakfast.
- Jen (7/5): Pleasant stay- should have researched the location before going! - Fabulous staff! Michael was exceptional- super smiley and helpful.
Nice decor. Great look.
Complimentary beers and cookies plus proper milk for tea. Thought it was a boutique hotel. Appears to be a restaurant (no longer used) with rooms above.
Building was cold but we had an oil filled radiator that we used to get room toasty.
Venue doesn’t smell great.
- Jane (10/5): Always a high standard…. - We always stay at The Driftwood when we visit my father-in-law. In fact we always stay in the same room. The room is of a good size. The bed is an extra-large king. The shower is huge and the water temperature and pressure brillliant. The breakfasts are lovely and we are always greeted with a smile by all of the staff. The only place I would consider staying in Bexhill.
- Gavin (10/5): -
- Blore (9/5): - Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and wonderful. Extremely well presented.
Hosts were very friendly. Spotlessly clean
