The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The room was comfortable with a nice amount of space, and the location was great for exploring the area around Los Realejos and northern Tenerife. The stay was overall very good, although a few small improvements could make the experience even better. At times the WiFi connection could be a bit stronger, and more parking spaces nearby would be helpful during busy periods.

• Alethea (10/5): Wonderful - We had a family room and it was huge. The sofa bed was the same IKEA one we have at home, so none of the usual mattress springs sticking through! Nice to have a separate bedroom as well. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they'd even saved us plates of food as I had said we would be arriving late. The gym was extremely well equipped with a beautiful view over the pool and the sea in the distance. The food for breakfast and dinner was delicious, vibrant, fresh and interesting. Parking was easy after the first night because of a football match Only parking on the first night due to a football match, but after that it was easy, loads of spaces just round the corner (maybe 20m from the entrance)

Im Wohnzimmer gab es nur eine sehr helle Deckenleuchte, eine Wand- oder Stehleuchte, die nicht so grell ist, wäre schön. Auch ein Wasserkocher fehlte.

The room is okay — large, spacious, and the terrace is great. Parking nearby is free. The staff is excellent. Highly recommended for this hotel. I will definitely come back. The hotel also has a gym. Nearby, there is a sea view. They gave us a disabled access room, which was very strange, but oh well. You just need to somehow ask for a normal room?

Durante la colazione qualcuno è entrato nella nostra camera e ci ha RUBATO TUTTO IL CONTANTE dai portafogli. Ancora più sconvolgente la reazione del personale: NESSUNA CHIAMATA ALLA POLIZIA, NESSUN AIUTO, NESSUNA INDAGINE. Un comportamento che fa sorgere seri dubbi sulla sicurezza della struttura. Ci siamo sentiti completamente abbandonati e abbiamo deciso di INTERROMPERE IL SOGGIORNO IN ANTICIPO. DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE.

Nuestra experiencia fue buena, pero creo que se podría mejorar en la habitación faltaba una cafetera, los vecinos cuando salían daban portazos a cualquier hora, el horario de la piscina es un poco justa y mas en verano que los días son mas largos.

• Lenka (8/5): Cena/výkon určitě doporučuji, jen zvážit to, že je hotel na severu. - Perfektní uvítání - na recepci velmi příjemný muž, vše nám vysvětlil, ukázal...Líbil se mi i malý obchůdek na recepci. Pokoj na přespání v pohodě, vybavení zastarelé, jednoduché. Vyhřívaný bazén fajn. Vzhledem k vcelku nízké ceně opravdu ocěňuji velký výběr na snídaně a večeře, to jsem opravdu nečekala, pokaždé se dalo vybrat, čerstvé ovoce, ryby, mořské plody. S parkováním jsme neměli problém, vždy buď u hotelu nebo v přilehlých uličkách Personál u večeře, opakovaně jsme měli pocit, že je obtěžujeme, museli jsme se připomínat o pití... Šílená zvlněná podlaha v jídelně, párkrát jsem fakt málem spadla - chápu, že asi nemají to kdy opravit v plném provozu, ale vypadá to fakt hrozně. A co je naše chyba - nevěděla jsem, že je takový velký rozdíl mezi počasím na severu a na jihu. Takže na severu neustále mrholilo/pršelo, teploty 16-18 stupňů, výhled z hotelu jsme viděli až poslední den, kdy se trochu vyčasilo. Na jihu sluníčko kolem 24 st. (první týden v březnu)

Laut Rezeption gibt es keine anderen Zimmer. Nach Beachwerde bei Booking bekamen wir ein Gutschein zum Buffer abends. Leider war das Abendessen nicht ausreichend warm gestellt

• Beate (8/5): Sehr angenehmes ruhiges Apartmenthotel nahe Puerto de la Cruz - Ich war schon das zweite Mal für eine Woche hier und habe mich wie beim ersten Mal sehr wohl gefühlt. Großes sehr sauberes Appartment, super geschlafen, schöner Pool. Ich mag sehr die Lage am Ortsrand mit Blick ins Grüne nach hinten raus. Wir sind viel Bus gefahren nach Puerto, Zugang zum wunderschönen Küstenwanderweg möglich. Frühstück sehr gut. Personal ist super freundlich. Es müsste dringend eine 2. Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück vorhanden sein, man steht häufig in einer langen Schlange. Die Couch im Appartment war schon relativ kaputt, die sollte man erneuern. Abendessen ist in Ordnung, hatte ich aber vom letzten Mal etwas besser in Erinnerung.

• Angelika (9/5): Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das kleine Dorf ist eher ein typischer kanarischer Ort und nicht einer dieser touri - Das Hotelzimmer war nicht nur ein Zimmer sondern eine kleine Wohnung mit ausgestatteter Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer und kleiner Terrasse. Das hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Auch gab es eine Waschgelegenheit, was für aktive Sportler eine sehr gute Sache ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Die Gärten und die Pool Umgebung sind gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat immer Tipps. Der Fahrradkeller ist sicher und zweckmässig. Obwohl das Zimmer eine kleine Wohnung ist, hat es zu wenig Schränke etc. um Kleidung zu versorgen. Auch ein grösserer Nachttisch wäre angenehm.
• Gerlinde (10/5): Ein schöner Aufenthalt - Das Frühstück war traumhaft, jeden Tag gab es neues zu probieren. Ich war im Frühstückshimmel! Der Ort liegt gut, ideal für Ausflüge in sämtliche Richtungen. Die ganze Anlage und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt, ich kann es nur empfehlen. Die Idee auf die tägliche Reinigung zu verzichten und dafür ein Wasser zu bekommen fand ich auch toll. Es wäre gut wenn der Pool längere Öffnungszeiten hätte. Um 10 ist man schon unterwegs und um 18 Uhr noch nicht zurück. Einen Parkplatz zu finden war leider auch meistens sehr schwierig.

Mi visita fue en plan relax y descanso y puedes estar tranquila en la habitación y terraza sin escuchar mucho ruido. Ya he estado varias veces y seguire yendo. No me gusta la luz tan fuerte que hay de noche por fuera en los pasillos. Entra por las rendijillas que quedan abiertas de las cortinas en la habitación. Pero tampoco les comenté nada. Así que no me puedo quejar. Y el tema aparcamiento fuera. Un poco complicado si no llegas temprano.

La comida dependía del día pero podrían poner productos locales ,para eso se viaja.....ni unas tristes papas arrugadas El personal como la comida. Algunos muy amables otros un poco secos.
• Elena (7/5): Un lugar bonito y tranquilo - Está ubicado en un sitio muy tranquilo y agradable. Nada más salir del hotel hay una bonita excursión por la Rambla de Castro. El desayuno es muy variado y completo. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Únicamente había una opción de almohada y en nuestro caso fue muy mal, extremadamente alta y dura. Acabamos los dos con contractura en el cuello. Aparcar no es nada fácil, lo cual no es culpa del alojamiento en sí pero es un punto a tener en cuenta si se va con vehículo porque es muy complicado encontrar aparcamiento cerca.
• Jafr M. (8/5): - Das Frühstück war gut, nur der Kaffee ist nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen. Es gab täglich viel Auswahl, besonders viel frisches Obst. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb der Top-Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal war nett und das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Bad und WC waren sauber. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Der Fitnessbereich ist top – besser geht es nicht. Das Abendbuffet hat uns nicht überzeugt und wir würden das nächste Mal wahrscheinlich nur mit Frühstück buchen. Die Flächen unter dem Bett müssten öfter gestaubsaugt werden. Es gibt nur wenige Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel, aber man findet etwas weiter entfernt oft Parkplätze.

• Katja (6/5): - Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Pool vorhanden. Lage ziemlich abseits. Parkmöglichkeiten nur in der Umgebung. Teilweise eine Stunde einen Parkpkatz gesucht. Abendbüffet lauwarm und eher geschmacklos. Für Veganer relativ wenig Angebot. Warme Speisen fast immer mit. Käse oder Speck/Fleisch. Keine Heizung, daher bei schlechtetem Wetter sehr kalt. Zimmer zweckmäßig aber eher lieblos. Extrem hellhörig. Bei uns wurden nach 22 Uhr scheinbar für einen längeren Zeitraum Möbel über den Boden geschoben?

Super helpful, accommodating different needs, options, advising tours ideas, outstanding breakfast buffet with caring waitresses, great support on room services, very welcoming overall. Location is not great, and parking very limited and because in the north area, inevitable colder and rainy, but probably the reason was better value compared with most other options in sunny areas. For Nordic visitors it is probably an amazing location.

• DOROTA (10/5): I would come back - We had a very good experience, the room was in the renovated building with free access to the pool and gym. You get an extra towel free of charge, and you can even enjoy the pool and the entire complex for the whole day after the check-out. The room was clean, with a hot shower and very good water pressure. Superb breakfast with a huge variety of dishes, local food; everything fresh and delicious. Parking in nearby streets shouldn't be a problem. A very nice walking area near the ocean. I would definitely come back. You can boil water in a pot, but if you want to borrow a kettle, that's 3 euros per day. No need though as the cooker works fine.

• Žaneta (8/5): - Klidná lokalita, příjemné ubytování, které splní svůj účel. Jídlo bylo na dobré úrovni, pokaždé si člověk něco najde, výběr není tak veliký, ale dostačující. Jediné mínus je komplikovanější parkování, občas byl problém najít místo. Je třeba počítat s tím, že je to opravdu dále od centra.
• Nuria (9/5): Un sitio totalmente recomendable - Las habitaciones e instalaciones están muy bien y la atención del personal es de lo mejor.
