Guest Reviews
- Dominika (8/5): - Obiekt znajdujący się blisko dworca Termini , około 1 km. W niedalekiej odległości sklepy , restauracje. Szybki i łatwy kontakt z właścicielem. Cena w stosunku do jakości powinna być niższa. Prysznic powinien zostać odświeżony. Brak czajnika i żelazka.

- Helen (6/5): - Host was helpful and responsive to text re meeting for checking in .
More basic clean apartment than hotel but
convenient location as walkable to Vatican area and collesium. Good choice of restaurants close by.
Quiet noisey at night from street activity unless windows and shutters fully closed
Appartment could be easily improved with the following : proper double bed rather than 2 singles .
Shower door very flimsy , works buthin need of replacing .
Kettle and 2 cups would make such a difference too .
- Carol (2/5): Horrid - Building lovely Cold, standard of room poor, bathroom awful shower cubicle falling apart and mouldy, toilet seat too small, just grubby and we hated using bathroom.
Staff not helpful- no information given re taxi etc, just a crap experience!
Would never go again and got what the charged it’s disgusting!!
- Ardit (8/5): Very good -
- Rocco (4/5): It needs updating and too outdated for the value of money. - The location and the building Outdated bathroom
No stuff to communicate with
No shampoo or shower gel.
Didn’t change the towels at all
- Maria (6/5): Pleasant -
- Olsit (10/5): Exceptional -
- josie (8/5): andromeda - the room was a good size..it was comfy enough but you can hear everything outside the room..there was no mini fridge to keep our drinks cold..
- Richard (7/5): Good - Good location . Supermarket a walk away . Would have been good to have small kettle . The room didn’t smell but the corridor to it smelt musty and of stale smoke
- Ivens (3/5): Claustrophobic - Location is good and accessible to the center and for a short stay. It's a quiet area that can be a bit daunting at night but still quiet. Is very important to mention that the room is at 1st floor / ground floor sort of - We didn't open the windows, as they sort of looked like they don't open - but I am not entirely sure if the windows open or not - they do have a fan. It might have been that it was just us being silly. So we basically slept with the window closed on a hot summer day. We didn't know the are and we didn't know what to expect. If someone could come in through or not.
Unfortunately the bathroom had a bad smell despite having our own bathroom that we can lock / unlock with a key.
We also had a little yellow bug running from under the pillow when we first move it.
Overall our room was a bit claustrophobic and facilities a bit unclean. However, If you're very tight on the money - and you need a last minute place to stay. It's survivable.
- Manjola (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gegham (9/5): Superb -
- Michael (2/5): Very disappointing and uncomfortable - the towels supplied where clean . the noise from the street was very bad. The public refuse bins are outside the windows. The Facility advertised shared use of kitchen. There is no kitchen. The room was very poorly provided. Not even one glass to drink water, no fan or aircon in 34 degrees heat .The bed mattress very uncomfotable with springs that you feel while sleeping and stains of body fluid visible to the eye.. No mattress protectors on bed. The owner did not assist and told us it was not a hotel but a guesthouse , we should not expect more than we got.
- Waghorn (3/5): Disappointment - The location was very good, made it easy to get to any section of the city. Was also in a slightly quieter area so you are not surrounded by tourist hordes The room stunk of smoke, there's nothing like having to dry off with a smoky towel after having a pendulous shower which leaves you questioning whether the room has hot water. The "double" bed was two singles pushed together resulting in a infuriating gap with prominent springs which would wake a hibernating bear from its slumber. This coupled with the paper thin walls means sleep wont be an ally on your trip. Finally dont expect a welcome party on arrival or any reception at all, having been given nothing but an address we had to call the hotel and wait for someone to meet us to get into the room, first impressions foreshadowed what was to come.
- Gabriella (5/5): Passable - Location Humidity and quite some mould in the bathroom
- Kukla (6/5): Nice, quiet room but no kitchen and cigarette fumes on the property. - The room was generally comfy and very quiet at night. We slept very well. It was also quite cool despite the hot weather, which was nice. As advertised, there is a daily cleaning service which meant our room felt nice and fresh when we returned at night. The locations is great if you don't ming a bit of walking. You can walk practically everywhere. Metro is 10min away ( Barberini or Republica), Termini is 15min on foot, and there are also a few different busses that will take you to Trastevere or towards Vatican/Prati. There are many lovely cafes nearby, great for caffe cornetto breakfast for as little as 2-3 Euros. The area is generally ministries and embassies so it's nice and quiet at the weekend and in the evenings. Overall, it's pretty good value for money. Unfortunately, for the 2 reasons explained below I probably wouldn't stay there again. 2 things:
1. There is some kind of ongoing maintenance/renovation work in the property during the day - loud banging and loud vices started at 8.30am every day. And the worst thing is that the maintenance people smoke on the property which meant the hall and our room stank of cigarettes. We were greeted by a man with a cigarette in his mouth a couple of times. The property is advertised as: "Entirely non-smoking establishment" so that is absolutely unacceptable. Other reviews mentioned that too so it seems to be an permanent situation.
2. The property is advertised to have a "SHARED KITCHEN" but this turned out not to be true. The kitchen you can see in photos is currently being used as a storage room and is locked during the day. As a result there is no access to a fridge or a hot drink facility. There is nothing in the rooms ( such as cups /glasses/cutlery) to remedy that.
- Brian (4/5): Bait and Switch - Corner coffee shop was nice, quick and decent english. Good proximity to attractions and plentiful electric scooters to rent in the area. Upon arrival the room reserved was unavailable and they put us in a crappy room down the street with a bad toilet, bad water heater and unclean. Only after complaining to Booking.com did they put us in a room comparable to the original reservation. No kitchen or fridge access provided and no reimbursement for the hassle.
- Granath (10/5): Exceptional -
- Riba127 (8/5): Very good - Very friendly host, the Hotel is close to the city center and train station. The beds are comfortable. Perfect for a short stay on a budget! The breakfast (crossaint and a coffee) is in a bakery close to the hotel. Noisy rooms because of thin walls and doors, the WiFi network does not reach the room. The shower head was broken/loose. All these points can get improved easily :-)!
