• Lesinda (2/5): Unpleasant - Die huis was lekker ruim en mooi ingerig. Pragtige uitsig Ons het n onsmaaklike naweek gehad Redes soos volg: Ons het gery na die winkels en agv die smal paaie het ons in die middel gery en naderhand op die stop het n voertuig ingeswaai waar ons uitgeswaai het. Ons het n klagte die volgende dag ontvang oor ons voertuig wat onverskillig gery het. Daar was genoem in die klagte dat ons byna die mense gestamp het. Wat nie die geval was nie. Ons het ook die estate verken biekie en ook n klagte daarvan ontvang dat ons onverskillig gery wat nie die geval was nie. Dit seker net omdat die voertuig opgelet was deur meer as een eienaar. Dit alles het n demper geplaas op ons verblyf tyd en ons het nie die tyd geniet nie. Met aankoms was die reels genoem aan my met n onwelkome stemtoon van die dame by die kantore dat ons asb moet kennis dra dat ons tot R20k beboet kan word indien enige reels verbreek word. Daar reeds het ek nie welkom gevoel nie. Die woning het n stukkende kombuis stoel gehad asook n badkamer spieel wat gechip was, wat ons ontdek het met aankoms en ek het dit aangemeld by die host. Asook sanitere doekie omhulsels wat vergeet was op die tafel soos jy die huis binnekom. Ek het dit ook aangemeld. Ons het geensins die naweek geniet nie terwyl ons ten volle betaal het vir n wegbreek naweek. Ons het heelnaweek gevoel dat ons onder kamara is ek persoonlik het heeltyd gestres oor wat as iets fout gaan en ons doen dalk iets nie volgens die reels nie en daars dan klagtes. Wat toe juis die geval was. So ek sal die estate nie aanbeveel vir iemand nie. Ons kinders wou nie eers strand toe loop nie want hul was bang dat daaroor gekla gaan word Die naweek was glad nie lekker nie en ons het eerder vroeg uitgeklok die Sondag oggend Jammer vir hierdie negatiewe terugvoertuig

• Liaan (6/5): Pleasant - The location is amazing. It's very safe. The whole process of getting the keys etc was flawless. The place was very clean. The water in the downstairs area takes almost 5 minutes to heat up. So lots of wasted water. The bottom part of the oven doesn't go on. No wine glasses. Bed in the main bedroom could be in better shape.

• Laverne (10/5): Exceptional - The house had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. The warm water didn't come out fast from the showers and the water wasn't so warm. It's winter and they must try to adjust the temperature to a higher degree. The oven wasn't user friendly we could only use the top part.
• Klaus (5/5): Large house but lacks 'warmth' - The house is lovely and spacious with beautiful views. There are large rooms and ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom. Excellent location right near the beach. I am reluctant to write a bad review, but we were very disappointed by many aspects of our stay. South Africa is known for its hospitality but the house and the management team were not warm or welcoming, which is a stark contrast to our previous experiences in this country. We had many issues with the sign-in process including the need to fill in a detailed excel document (very difficult while travelling) and our communication with management staff was unsatisfactory. The house is well presented but lacks 'heart'. It was freezing cold in winter and guests are not allowed to use the heating. Small items such as dishwasher tabs and a kitchen cloth were not provided. We have stayed in many self-catering places around the world but never had to supply such items. The hot water tanks took a while to heat up. Some appliances were not working. Overall, the house has the potential to be amazing but the little things added up to ensure that we would not recommend this property to other travellers, particularly international ones.

• Hendra (9/5): Superb - Loved the entertainment area and spacious bedrooms. The proximity to the beach is great. Located in a secure estate with scenic pathways. Would definitely visit again. There was nothing not to like. Minor suggestion is to provide a small amount of cleaning products e.g. dishwashing tablets/powder etc. As there is a gas stove top a gas kettle would be a great addition...especially during load shedding.
• Pearl (8/5): Good stay but the knives very blunt - We waited forever to have our deposit refunded ....was not good service had to call again and again .Not very happy
• Rosalinde (7/5): Great view little love - Super view, right at the beach and possible to swim in the "ocean". Fabulous and large kitchen . Bed pretty hard and no airco with 33C and glass front it was very warm. Reception organisation was very unwelcoming.
• Elsa (9/5): Lovely spacious home with en-suite bathroom to every room. Lovely view of the sea and indoor braai. - Keys had to be collected and dropped off in Langebaan but the process was seamless. Very friendly staff. We were not allowed to use any of the airconditioning units. This was very disappointing as the house faces due west and therefore it becomes very hot and uncomfortable before the sun sets.

• Amy (8/5): Very good - The setting of the house was magnificent, with a private beach just across the road. It could have been better equipped with small things like oven gloves, extra cutlery/crockery and extra dishwashing tablets. The couch wasn't big enough for our group of eight. It was all very nice, but not welcoming.
