Jeffrey (7/5): Prima voor een nachtje - Nette accommodatie, wij hebben hier 1 overnachting gehad. Aardig personeel. Zwembad zag er goed uit alleen het was te fris om hier gebruik van te kunnen maken. Ook was het schoon Ondanks dat het schoon was was de accommodatie wel wat ouder en heeft wat onderhoud nodig. Het ontbijt was wat karig. Je krijgt boter, jam en pannenkoekjes geserveerd en je kunt een eitje laten bakken. Maar buiten was crusli om kon je zelf niets kiezen. Je kon enkel een broodje roosteren maar was verder geen beleg. Als pannenkoeken of jam niet je favoriet zijn dan blijft er weinig keuze over.

Keiner hat uns drauf hingewiesen ( wir haben es zwar vergessen, dennoch wurden nicht drauf aufmerksam gemacht) Als wir zur Schlüsselabgabe an dem Frühstückstisch gegangen sind, lag da nichts mehr. Es war leider nicht möglich dahin zurückzugehen und der Versand über Kurier käme wahrscheinlich auch nicht infrage aber dennoch war es nicht ok.

Andreas (9/5): Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt in der Lodge. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit, gleichzeitig angenehm zurückhaltend. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Umgebung und Strand und Innenstadt waren auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Martin (6/5): GuestHouse mit ungenutzten Potential - Das Personal war nett und das Zimmer wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Es gibt eine Türe zu Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten und einen großen Pool. Der Parkplatz ist auf dem Gelände und die Gegend ist sicher. Jede Türe im Zimmer klemmt, was auch bekannt ist. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr laut und der Pool leider nicht sonderlich warm. Die Lage ist zum Zentrum etwas entfernt und die Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr bescheiden. Es gibt ein paar Obstschnipsel, Müsli, Joghurt, Toast und Pfannkuchen. Die warmen Sachen dauerten ewig und waren in der Portion sehr klein. Aufgrund der Dauer und wir waren nur 2 Tische bestellt man nicht nach, weil man nicht nochmal 20 Minuten warten will.

Christiane (9/5): Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis - Die Lage ist super. Man kann zu Fuß in den Ort Hermanus gehen. Das Auto steht sicher auf dem Parkplatz. Der Pool bot uns eine Gute Möglichkeit sich zu erfrischen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man für den Start in den Tag braucht.

Franziska (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft, sehr zentral gelegen! - Das Personal war super nett. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, man kann ohne Bedenken am Abend in das Zentrum und zu Restaurants laufen. Den Cliff Path erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ebenfalls gibt es wenige hundert Meter entfernt einen großen Supermarkt. Der Pool ist groß und sauber. Beim Frühstück kann man verschiedene Eierspeisen wählen, ansonsten gibt es ein kleines Buffett mit Toast, Müsli, Joghurt und Marmelade. Parkplätze sind im Hof vorhanden und mit einem Tor gesichert. Rundherum ein tolles kleines Hotel mit toller Gastfreundlichkeit. Keine Kritik, nur zur Info - es gibt keine AC. Ist uns aber auch nur aufgefallen, da wir während der Hitzewelle (38 Grad) vor Ort waren.

David (9/5): Quiet clean hotel with pleasant gardens and pool - The arrival was good and Billie gave a good impression of the hotel, showing us the facilities, nothing was too much for him. The cottage at the bottom of the garden was spacious and very clean. There was a good breakfast next morning. The walk to the restaurants and the beach front was only 5 minutes away. I noticed that the cleaning staff were doing an excellent job in the garden too. Then pool area was simple, clean and sunny. There was no air-conditioning and so the room was a little too warm.

DAVID (9/5): A great location, nice staff and pool area nd good value for money - Located within a 7 min walk to the centre of Hermanus and safe to walk home at night. Breakfast was very good and served in a nice, compact room. The pool area is idyllic. In an ideal world the room would have been a bit bigger.

RACHAEL JOANNE (9/5): Just lovely! always our favourite place to stay in Hermanus - Our 2nd stay at "the cottage".!! Wonderful, warm and efficient staff. Excellent yummy breakfast. We love the cottage because it's quite private with own braai/entrance/garden. And also close to the (huge) pool. The upstairs bedroom was perfect for us because we have 2 x14yr olds, but might be a bit tricky for very young kids or older adults. Good location - we walked easily into town centre
John (7/5): Love staying here-very good value. Need to check state of bedding, napkins and towels! - Lovely room. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool comfortably private. Very nice breakfast. Secure parking. Serviettes not washed. Not sure bed linen was clean but arrived late so couldn’t deal with it.( stains and found a SIM card in the bed) No bedroom clean on day before we left(Sunday?) stayed 3 nights.

Kornelis (6/5): Matige B & B - Locatie t.o.v. centrum. Niet echt schoon. Kleine kamer. 1 fauteuil om lekker te zitten. Geen airco. Buitenstoelen waren niet schoon. Zelf met schoonmaken begonnen. Personeel heeft het afgemaakt. Bedienend personeel ontbijt goed. Mindset schoonmaak personeel verkeerd.
