Bardzo niewygodny materac, miękki bardzo, uginał się pod najmniejszym ruchem nawet szczupłej osoby... Po kilku dniach ból pleców. Na pewno nie jest to materac dla osób dorosłych... A już na pewno nie materac hotelowy, czułam się jak na łóżku wodnym...

• Segura (10/5): Perfect location and amenities - The location, despite the misunderstanding about the reception and the apartment. The apartment was right near to the old town. If arriving late you can get a bit confused until you get to the building, but trust me is a good place and neighborhood.

• Aliaksei (9/5): Чисто и удобно - Апартаменты находятся в самом центре, очень близко ко всем основным достопримечательностям. При этом было тихо и спокойно. Полностью соответствуют фотографиям. Кухонных принадлежностей хватало. Бесконтактное заселение - это плюс. Кровать и раскладной диван вполне удобны для ночёвки. Были предоставлены кофе и чай в пакетиках, мыло присутствовало. Апартаменты были очень чистыми, белье чистое, никаких замечаний нет. Большой подземный общественный паркинг в 7 минутах от апартаментов, 40 злотых сутки. Минус бал только за постельное белье которое 50% синтетика, не очень приятное коже. И в нашем номере протекала душевая кабина, после душа образовалась небольшая лужа.

Ogromnym plusem jest spora ilość ręczników (5 na 3 osoby), w innym hotelu dostaliśmy 1 na 2 osoby :// Zameldowanie bezproblemowe, nawet nie trzeba widzieć się z personelem przez co szybko i łatwo można wejść do środka poprzez instrukcję wysłana przez sms. Polecam i na pewno wrócę tam jeszcze nie raz :))

• Klaudia (1/5): Nie polecam - Całkiem ładnie Stanowczo odradzam. Na Booking widnieje adres ul. Garbary 2, jednak po przybyciu na recepcję poinformowano nas, że musimy udać się do innego budynku, na ul. Odrzańską 11, kawałek dalej. Z okien strasznie wieje, w nocy wszyscy zmarzli. Przed rezerwacją była informacja, że dostępne jest łóżeczko dla dziecka oraz parking, natomiast po rezerwacji dostaliśmy wiadomość, że parking kosztuje 70 zł, a łóżeczko dziecięce dodatkowe 50 zł. Parking nie jest na miejscu, trzeba iść kawałek pieszo i targać torby. Dodatkowo pobierany jest depozyt na recepcji. Na jego zwrot kazano nam czekać prawie godzinę, bo trzeba było skontaktować się z panią pokojową. Pani sprzątająca podobno zaczyna pracę o 10:00, a po depozyt przyszliśmy po 12:00, co jest kompletnie niezrozumiałe. Obsługa zupełnie nie bierze pod uwagę, że goście mogą mieć przed sobą kilka godzin drogi i zwyczajnie się spieszyć
