• Christian (6/5): - Pas d'eau chaude les deux nuits où nous étions à l hôtel malgré les mails envoyés.
• Maria (8/5): - Kein Kühlschrank,keine Klima aber das wusste ich vorher schon! Wer günstig übernachten möchte ist dort genau richtig. 10/10 Sternen Nachbarn waren sehr laut und haben oft geschimpft untereinander. Ich habe aber auch einen sehr netten getroffen der mich beim parken unterstützt hat und mir ein ruhiges Gewissen verschafft hat, dass ich dort ungestört stehen bleiben darf. Ich war länger als eine Woche dort und würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Danke

• Peter (8/5): - A cosy and simple accommodation with automated checkin and checkout, we haven’t seen anyone but it was also not necessary. Rooms are absolutely okay, clean and the bed was also fine. Burg Eltz can be reached from there within a nice hike! Recommended!

• Julia (10/5): - Günstige saubere Unterkunft. Viel Platz. Freundliche und schnelle Reaktion des Service (online). Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zur Burg Eltz oder Umgebung. Endlich eine gute und bezahlbare Unterkunft für die Familie mit Kindern - in einem Zimmer (bzw. Hochbett durch offenen Türbogen getrennt). Gute Raumaufteilung!
• Dez (2/5): - Hotel absolutely filthy. Room not cleaned. Corridor full of old dirty bedding. Area full of sex shops and brothels. Street full of drunks, drug addicts, and homeless. Avoid at all costs. Didn't stay the night, as area unsafe.

• Matthew (8/5): - This hotel is really basic. It is a room and a bathroom. No fridge, no fan/AC, and in our room there were no TV channels due to lack of signal. The (staffless) self-check in was a bit weird, but it worked ok since our phones had service there. We had hoped there would be a kitchen to use, but no. If you stay here, plan to bring your own pre-cooked food or drive 10 minutes to a town that has a restaurant. I don't think the listing was very clear about this. Also, it is street parking, and I could see that being full if the hotel is busy.

• Thomas (10/5): Très bonne expérience ! - L'hôtel est très propre, toutes les fournitures de bases sont là, l'endroit est idéalement placé pour visiter la vallée de la Moselle et du Rhin, et découvrir les paysages typiques avec ses châteaux surplombant les côteaux et les bons vins !

Keine Möglichkeit zum Frühstück und kein Hinweis, dass selbst im Ort keine Frühstücksmöglichkeit mehr besteht. Betten waren ok. Bad ok, wenn auch nicht anheimelnd. Null Information zur Umgebung. Keine Möglichkeit etwas zu trinken zu kaufen. Hinweise auf Gastronomie fehlt. Fernseherbedienung ohne Anleitung eine Katastrophe.

Der var stadig sommerdyner da vi ankom, men ved forespørgsel fik vi endnu en dyne (og vinterdyne). Hovedpuderne er elendige - så medbring selv. Der er kun få parkeringsmuligheder udenfor hotellet
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Der Einrichtungsstil ist modern und chic. Der Check In ist unkomliziert. ABER: Sauber ist definitiv was anderes. Vor allem im Bad konnten einige Hinterlassenschaften an den Fliesen, dem Boden und sogar in der Toilette ausgemacht werden. Nicht nur in Zeiten vom Corona ein NoGo. Der Duschschlauch erinnert eher an einen Rasenspränkler...
• Carsten (8/5): Empfehlenswert für Frühaufsteher - Im Prinzip passt das Preis-/Leistungsvethältnis: Wenig Geld für wenig Service. Die Zimmer sind zum Übernachten o.k. und zum längeren Verweilen tagsüber nicht gedacht. Das Problem sind die sehr hellhörigen Räume und das ewige sehr laute Klappen (oder sollte man Donnern sagen) aller 20 Türen auf dem Flur. Wer länger als bis 8.00 Uhr schläft wird durch truppenübungsplatzähnlichen Lärm wachgehalten. Wer durchhält: ab 11.00 Uhr ist der Spuk vorbei. Vielleicht wäre schon ein Hinweis an die einzelnen Zimmerbewohner hilfreich, z.B. dass man eine Tür auch leise schließen kann, wenn man dabei den „Drücker“ herunterdrückt. Für Frühaufsteher ist das Hotel klar zu empfehlen. Frühstück wird auch für Pastis-Gäste im Pilliger Hof angeboten.

• Vasil (6/5): - Kissen sind unbequem, Matratzen sind unbequem, schlechte Schalldämmung. Es gibt kein heißer Wasserkrug und Gläser.Unzureichend zufrieden. Die Sauberkeit entsprach wirklich dem Standard.Gemütlich.
• Robert (8/5): - Uns hat es die ruhige Lage, die Zimmer Ausstattung, die schöne Ausblick aus dem Fenster und der total einfacher Ein- und Auschecken sehr gefallen. Das einzige Manko war nur die Wand im Badezimmer Duschkabine, da war an einigen Stellen und Ecken Schimmel auf den Fugen. Aber es war nicht so schlimm, kann man verstehen, dass dort ohne Fenster nicht richtig lüften kann und der Schimmel schnell erscheinen kann. Uns hat es nicht besonders gestört. Allgemein haben wir uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt.

• Michele (6/5): 2 notti a Pillig - Purtroppo siamo arrivati a notte fonda verso le 1 e al check in automatico mi hanno dato soltanto un paio di chiavi, avendo prenotato due camere ho dovuto aspettare altri 20 min per ricevere le altre chiavi, tutto sommato per il prezzo pagato le camere erano ok , pulite e spaziose il letto non comodissimo ma ha visto di peggio.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Wij vonden de kamer ruim. Prima bedden en een mooie badkamer. Wel was het erg warm en rook het wat muf bij binnenkomst. Wat we bijzonder vervelend vonden was dat er geen receptiemedewerker was. Je moet dus bellen met een service desk en dat is onpersoonlijk. Ook de mogelijkheid voor een eenvoudig ontbijt hebben we gemist. Wel is de prijs hiernaar en ervaarden wij als prettig.
• Olga (10/5): Great little hotel - Good little hotel. It is in a small town which is too small to have a store or cafe. You will need to go to the next town to buy food or find a place to eat. It woukd be nice to offer a basic breakfast for the guests, but again most visitors who stay there come by car and it is not a problem to get to the next town. Great value hotel for a sleepover. We stayed in hotel just to sleep and the rest of the day were exploring castles and other tourists places in the neighborhood.
• Maria (6/5): Leider nicht zu empfehlen... - Das Zimmer selbst war schön eingerichtet. Leider hat die Sauberkeit doch zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Und Besteck oder Tassen wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen. Der Lärm von den Gästen über uns war auch nicht gerade schön. Nachts dann noch das knallen der Auto Türen und so direkt an der Straße,wo dich jeder sieht sobald der Vorhang zur Seite weht ist echt nicht berauschend. Also nochmal würden wir dort nicht hin gehen. Tut mir leid.
• Lilli (6/5): Geht so - Ist in einem Dorf. Ohne Klimaanlage, was in DE nicht unbedingt unüblich ist, aber bei den Temperaturen war es echt zu warm in den Zimmern. Wlan war eine Katastrophe. Hat nie funktioniert. Zumindest nicht bei mir und meiner Cousine. Nicht im zimmer und nicht im Flur, auch nicht in der Lobby. Sehr ärgerlich. Kein Frühstück, was schade ist, stand das es eine Kaffeemaschine in jedem Zimmer gibt, bei uns gab's keine. Duschkopf war verkalkt, muss ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten war das Zimmer und Bad sauber, auch der Flur. Sehr hellhörig das Gebäude an sich. Keine Parkplätze, zumindest keine richtigen. Nur an der Straße direkt vorm Haus und das auch nicht genügend für alle.

Rummet var väldigt fräscht och stort. Väldigt mjuka sängar. - stod kungsize säng men var två 800 sånger som var delade med en ram i mellan

• TravelingPD (8/5): - Nice clean stay. Literally never interacted with anyone. They have a lock box system for the key which may sound weird but it’s actually very easy to use. From this place, it’s only a short drive to Burg Eltz and the Mosel River. Price was excellent for 4 people.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Schlüssel kam nicht aus der Box, aber die Hilfe war eh gerade da. Fernseher könnte mehr Programme haben, ansonsten ein hervorragendes Zimmer zum aufgerufenen Preis! Ich komme gerne wieder. In meinem Fall war das W-Lan selbst im Zimmer super, dadurch war es auch nicht schlimm, dass der Fernseher quasi keine Programme hat.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Reasonably priced accommodation in little village - Booked for a one night stop over. Located very close to Eltz Castle in a cute little village. Room was nice. Could tell it was newly furnished by the smell. Bathroom needed more light, but other than that the room was very nice and more than enough for our needs. 24 hour check in with the key box was very quick and easy. If looking for a place for dinner there seemed to only been one place in that town, we drove to a town nearby. Breakfast was basic, but again more than adequate. Would recommend, especially for the price and value received.

We enjoyed the quaint hotel...not a lot of frills hut comfortable and fit well in our budget. We found a nice little cafe a few minutes walk away with great food. If we ever go back to Germany we eill dtay there again.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great price! Perfect Eltz Castle accommodation - We were super confused by check-in, but that was probably due in large part to jetlag. We arrived after 5 pm, so check-in was done by ourselves via lockbox. After we figured it how to get inside we found a room that was comfortable and cozy. Price was obscenely low, and breakfast was above and beyond delicious. Not even 10 minutes from Eltz castle in a beautiful historic building. Absolutely recommended

• Chuck (8/5): Large room for a great rate - The hotel was comfortable with a surprisingly large room by Europe standards. The only drawback is my room didn’t have very bright lighting. Beyond that it was a nice hotel.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Great for visiting Burg Eltz - We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Clean and inexpensive accomodation. No check in desk in afternoon so if you have a problem.......... Luckily we didn't. No place to eat in village so come prepared with your own or venture to a restaurant 2 kms away which had lovely food. Second day, our room was not made up when we got back at 4pm. Offer was made by hotel to make it up but we couldn't see the point by that time. Breakfast was buffet and plentiful.

• BJ (8/5): Good hotel for a night stop or as a base to travel - Simple cheap clean hotel with no frills. We just used it as a night stop on the way back to the ferry from Switzerland. Be warned the hotel doesn't do meals except breakfast and there is no bar. In fact, there are very few restaurants/bars in the village so be prepared to drive a little ways.
• Verified traveler (8/5): In countryside and away from attractions - Nice hotel in a small village. It is only good to stay while travelling through as there are no attractions nearby. There is no staff at the hotel except at breakfast... nobody! Your key is in a mailbox and you let yourself in. Obviously to save on expenses.
• Rodrigo (10/5): Fantastic place! Strongly recommended - What a wonderful place for such an affordable price! We stayed in a suite with the family. The room was huge, luminous, and very nicely decorated; the bathroom was also very large, with a jaccuzzi-type bathtub and a separate shower, and a large walking closet, all of this for about 46 euros per night!

• Jacques (10/5): Quaint Hotel - We stopped overnight at Pastis Hotel during our car trip in Germany. The hotel was located in one of these many quaint little villages that you pass through whilst driving through the countryside. It seems to have been newly furbished (or refurbished). The room was very clean and the bed most comfortable. FreeTea and coffee were provided from the bar/restaurant downstairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay and think that it was one of the better value for money hotel that we have stayed in in all our travels.
