The staff were very helpful My room was on the street so received a lot of noise. The hotel is based around a very pretty central courtyard but this can also make for some noise

• Ana (10/5): Beautiful location and amazing stuff! - The property is in a great location, walking distance from the majority of landmarks in Antigua. We arrived earlier than check-in and not only did they hold our bags while we waited but they allowed us an early check-in. We had the family suite. The room size was perfect. It was clean. The bathroom was huge. The overall property is just beautiful. All the staff were very kind and sweet. We left very early on our day of departure and not only did they arrange transportation to the airport, but they also packed all of us a sack lunch for the road. Highly recommend.

Staff educado e gentil. O café da manhã é incompatível com o hotel. Fraquíssimo! Não vale a pena pagar por ele. Pão de forma com manteiga e geleia e algumas frutas. Tudo a mais, como um simples ovo mexido, paga-se por fora. Um absurdo em vista do preço do hotel. Aviso a quem se hospedar lá: não pague o café e coma nas dezenas de lugares em torno que oferecem o desayuno a 6 dólares com refil de café!

• Berthold (10/5): Super Hotel in der historischen Altstadt. - Die Lage ist super zentral. Das Hotel ist familiengeführt und hat eine hundertjährige Tradition. Das Gebäude spiegelt die Geschichte wieder. Der Innenhof ist wahnsinnig schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Zimmer sind relativ dunkel, was aber der historischen Bauweise geschuldet ist.

Booked with breakfast, however on arrival there was an extra charge for anything other than bread and fruit. Even though we explained we had genious level through booking.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Not really a fault of the property, but at night due to the open floor plan it was super loud and sounded like someone was climbing on our roof.

Parking is available on site. Clean, with comfortable large beds, a large bathroom, and clean towels. Breakfast was very basic, with everything from the menu (eggs and pancakes) available for an additional fee.

• Carmen (10/5): - Fui con un grupo grande de compañeros que cada cual se hospedó en diferentes hoteles y puedo decir que el Hotel Aurora (el hotel donde me quedé) fue el mejor de todos. El hotel es como estar en una casa encantada. Tiene unos balcones como estar en una novela de Romeo y Julieta. Las plantas bien cuidadas, todos los días se observa mantenimiento de áreas verdes y mucha limpieza.

I changed room 2x and my last room was quieter. The pillows were too high, which made hard on my neck. So, I had to sleep without pillows.
