- Jessica (5/5): - It was clean Staff at the reception they were very arrogant,we said good morning and he didn't even said good morning, he gave us a second parking ticket we asked what it was for we got a short answer it will work, we got a room for a wheelchair but we booked a different room the water cooker was leaking water everywhere and the phone wasn't working overall the only good thing was the bed and it was clean,your room will be finished at 3pm and need to be put by 11am, your parking is in a parking garage in the shopping centre so be prepared to walk fir awhile never again there are better hotels in Melbourne

Incredible location, comfy beds, free parking, and great amenities. It was my birthday so the team treated me to some free drinks at the bar and a beautiful dessert which was in the fridge upon my arrival. How lucky am I? And nothing compares to that roof rain shower head! I was so excited to come back and have another shower! It’s hot, has great pressure, and encompasses my whole body! It is the best!!! Never a problem!

- Finnerty (10/5): good comfort with great amenities, breakfast is 100% worth paying for - breakfast was amazingly good, helpful staff with the bar at the bottom and explaining where everything is, rooms had everything we needed during out stay. show pressure was amazing there wasnt much we didnt like. it had everything we needed as we were attending a concert in the city. if i had to say something the toilet fan didnt work and the bar fridge was too small to hold a full slab of beer.

- Maria (8/5): Convenient and staff was friendly ! - Modern facilities, central location. Perhaps 🤔 the fact that there was no mini bar . I was thirsty at night and no bottled water. At least not in our room.

- DANIELLE (8/5): Relaxing and a great weekend getaway - The location was great. Loved Ray the barman, his cocktails were amazing. The TV intermittently would go black and then come on while watching it.

The bathroom was a bit smelly (mould),the mirror wasn’t clean and there was hair on the vanity. But it wasn’t terrible. The air conditioner felt like it did nothing, so the room was quite warm.

- Holly (10/5): Lovely place, highly recommend - The staff were so friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant served delicious food and drinks. The room was so comfortable and had everything you could need. Nothing! It was absolutely perfect.

- Christopher (1/5): Filthy and total chaos!!!!!! - Location was good They forgot to give me a room with twin beds (it was confirmed) I double checked before arriving and let them know I was arriving late. There was only one bed, was told they would send someone up to remake it to two beds - this was done but was still together, I pulled them apart and the floor between the beds was absolutely disgusting - they then sent someone to clean it (hours later I got to go to bed) then the late checkout I paired for was not applied and was locked out of the room after I went to the pool one I got back in the cleaner kept on banning on the door wanting to clean the place. Total chaos!!!!!!

- Krystle (10/5): - Vibe was a beautiful and warm feel. Location was walking distance from docklands. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for my husband and I for a relaxing night away. Service attendants were friendly and pleasant and very welcoming. Upgraded us for stay for the first time. Happy hour drinks were cheap, and a large variety we will be staying again.

- Jodie (9/5): Great place to stay, value for your money. Just needs a boost in the housekeeping department. - Value for money, great place to stay. Good views, nice to have breakfast included. Only thing I could say letting the hotel down was the cleaning, room could do with a good clean. And for the 6 days, it didn’t look like it was even given a vacuum. Found blood on the pillow that I was sleeping on, and my friends duvet was also stained. Tables near the bar, were also dirty and the odd restaurant ones were needing a clean.
