• Ana (5/5): - Location and easy to self check in I booked a room for 3pax and they put us in a room with 2 single beds, which was terrible and super uncomfortable

Hard to find and although the actual room was fine the hallway was horrendous. The code to the main door didn’t always work but luckily there was someone coming in behind us who let us in!

• Svetozar (8/5): Bra beliggenhet med butikker, restauranter og barer rett utenfor, men veldig dårlig lydisolasjon og mye støy fra festing - Greit hostel med rom til leie. Aircondition og TV på rommet, og alt ligger i nærheten. Rett utenfor bygningen finner du mange butikker, restauranter, puber og barer. Det som ikke var så bra, var mye støy fra festing rett foran hotellet. Det føltes nesten som om jeg sov med terrassedøren åpen. Veldig dårlig lydisolasjon, og mange fulle folk som ropte ute på gaten hele natten. Hvis jeg hadde fått rom på motsatt side, hadde opplevelsen vært mye bedre.

• Karen (8/5): Increíble lugar en ubicación estratégica pero con mucho ruido por la noche - La cercanía con los principales centros comerciales, centros turísticos Al ser una zona muy céntrica, se escucha el ruido de la calle y de la gente muy fuerte hasta las 3am de la madrugada.

• Megan (8/5): Buen alojamiento en el centro para un par de noches - Bastante limpio, cómodo con el ascensor y las llaves digitales. Ubicación súper buena. Echamos de menos un sitio para dejar las cosas, ya que solo había un mueble metálido para colgar cosas y que tenía dos estantes... pero esos son mis gustos. El jabón de la ducha, no sé qué pusieron, pero olía a jabón de lavar los platos, y el dispensador no funiconaba, pero estaba roto, así que cada día, al llegar, nos encontrábamos un lago de ese jabón en el suelo de la ducha. Algo de ruido de los vecinos y la calle, pero si te pones tapones estás tranquilo.

Daba la sensacion, de descuidada y sin limpieza. La verdad me sentí estafado por el precio abonado.. Que pasó no sabría decirlo, pero la verdad que es extraño. • hung (10/5): - During our stay from April 13 to April 15, we had a very good experience. When we arrived, we forgot to complete the check-in, but thanks to the prompt and friendly support from the staff we contacted by phone, we were able to sort it out easily. Later, we encountered some difficulties accessing the room, but the staff assisted us with great patience and professionalism until everything was resolved. The hotel was very clean, and its central location made it extremely convenient to get around. It is definitely great value for money. We would like to thank the staff very much for their kindness and dedication. Highly recommended for your next stay.

• LONGLE (8/5): Un séjour inoubliable dans un endroit très bien situé. - La proximité avec tous les lieux touristes de la ville. L’hôtel était mal insonorisé ce qui pouvait être dérangeant mais c’était acceptable, on est arrivé dans l’hôtel sans que ce dernier n’avait de gel douche à disposition, ce qui est problématique.

Que la ubicación es una zona muy céntrica pero no buena para poder descansar bien por la noche. Que el agua caliente no fuera bien. Que fuese una zona de muchos locales de restauración y copas que complicaba el descanso.

As seen in the picture, the room is not respecting the guests, internet was not working all 3 days, and you can not take a shower: it takes lots of time for hot water to come, and when it comes it is boiling. After you adjust the temperature of the water, after 2 minutes it gets ice cold again... The staff is answering messages only when they want , not customer friendly !

• Denise (8/5): - La struttura è in pieno centro di Madrid, scendi e camminando solo 2 minuti stai a Puerta del Sol, centralissima e ben collegata con la metro Sol. La camera all’interno ben pulita e spaziosa con bagno grande e doccia grande.

• Moises (5/5): decepcionado con este hostal - las camas eran comodas , y la habitacion estaba bien solo habia una toalla de baño cuando lo normal es que halla minimo 2 toallas de lavabo y ducha , no habia jabon para la ducha solo habia medio bote de jabon de manos , la habitacion no calentaba ni con el aire caliente a 30 grados , las vistas a un patio sucio y con los aparatos de aires , para el precio elevado que me costo no me gusto mucho , sin recepcion y nadie que te acosejara , habia que hacerlo por whassap ,

• De Fazi (8/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti e siamo stati molto bene. Avevamo fatto il check in online quindi una volta arrivati abbiamo dovuto solo inserire il codice e siamo entrati nella stanza. Tutto molto pulito, e la stanza rispettava la mia prenotazione!!! Sono stati molto cordiali e veloci per quanto riguarda una piccola inconvenienza che abbiamo avuto. La posizione é OTTIMA, da qui riesci ad arrivare in qualsiasi punto di Madrid, i negozi, ristoranti e bar sono tantissimo sotto la stanza. Si sentono i rumori delle stanze adiacenti e della vita notturna, ma a noi non disturbava affatto. Consiglio hostél Rincón de Sol.

No se podía dormir del ruido que había fuera (las ventanas no estaban preparadas). Entrar a las 2 y salir a las 11 no me parece bien (normalmente se entra a las 12 y se sale a las 12...son horas de menos). Además como no hay personal no puedes dejar las maletas y dar una vuelta si llegas antes...No me gustó nada.

• Gabriela (9/5): Perfecto para un par de días - Lo que me gustó fue la ubicación, la facilidad de acceso pese a no tener personal físico. La comodidad de la cama! Y súper agradecida de la insonorización de la habitación ya que nos acostamos pronto y pese al ambiente que había justo en nuestra calle, no se oía nada y pudimos descansar perfectamente. Con ánimo de mejorar la estancia estaría bien una alfombra de toalla para no pisar sobre mojado. También el control de si hay o no jabón de ducha ya que a penas hubo para dos personas. Ah, y fijar el wc ya que estaba suelto.

Se trató de contactar al anfitrión al WhatsApp que está en la puerta principal por un problema de wifi que NO funcionó y el agua caliente estaba funcionando de manera irregular. Simplificado: debe de haber una persona dispuesta a dar asesoría y solucionar algún problema o inconveniente.

Abbiamo visitato con la mia fidanzata tutta Madrid a piedi (fatta eccezione per lo stadio Bernabéu dove è necessaria la metro che è vicinissima alla camera) Non credo ci sia la pulizia della camera negli Hostal in Spagna: Essendoci stati 4 giorni soli non abbiamo avuto necessità della pulizia della camera. Da valutare se siete disordinati.

• Ivan (5/5): Hygiène à revoir sinon ça va quoi - Localisation du logement, bien placé Draps et linges sales (tâches de sang), poignée de porte du balcon est à deux doigts de céder, l’eau se coupait dans la salle de bain et l’eau de la douche passait de extrêmement chaud a très froid. La chambre est en permanence froide. On entend très fort les gens lorsqu’ils sont dans la zone commune (couloirs entre toute les chambres) et surtout quand quelqu’un rentre à l’étage on entend tout.

Lis días que estuve llovía mucho, por lo que el sistema de la puerta se averío. Y podré entrar se hizo muy complicado. Y al no haber personas, fue un poco odisea.

• April (7/5): I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Good price considering the location. - Great location. Busy in the evenings. Felt very safe during the day. (Can’t speak for the evenings as we didn’t go out). Plenty of shops nearby, both souvenirs and high street shops. Lots of cafes/restaurants/bars. Great central location with metro on the doorstep. Evenings are slightly loud which wasn’t ideal, but also to be expected given the central location. Room was clean and felt very safe. Beds were average but after night 3 became uncomfortable. Only 1 pillow provided and no more was available. Evenings were louder due to the close nightlife which some people might find intimidating.
