- vfr1960 (8/5): Great property but buffet was 'eh' - Property was immaculate and all the staff I encountered were so very nice (a shout out to Amber at Stacked!). Sadly, I found the buffet to be 'eh'. It was a glorified Golden Corral. And, sadly, they ran out of corned beef and cabbage before 5 pm! So disappointed. Had I known before paying for the buffet I would have gone somewhere else for my St. Patty's meal.
- MomsGottaGetAway (6/5): Average stay, smoke free was great - We stayed at The Palace for one night to attend a concert. The fully smoke free atmosphere was great. I'm sensitive to cigarette smoke and find I can't stay in Casinos due to this, so this was a major plus for us. The buffet was average, as most are. We didn't play any casino games or gamble, but the areas were nice, clean and modern. The hotel room was disappointing in that we stayed on the first hotel floor (actually the 3rd floor) and out our window was simply rooftop. We have no view. It was bad. When we questioned this, they said the hotel was full and no room elsewhere. The bed was a hard as a brick, spring mattress that needed to be replaced. The room itself was updated and had everything we needed, it was clean and the bathroom had all the toiletries for our use. Overall, I went there for a good night's sleep and was unable to get that. Could have stayed at a motel for much cheaper with better beds and views. Just make sure you ask and do not get a 3rd floor front of the hotel room if you go.

- 216lloyds (2/5): Warning: Credit card was charged despite no room spending. - Spent one night, hotel was fine, no problem with room. Was required to place a credit card on file with them, no problem, as this happens with any hotel. A $100 pending charge was placed on the card, as expected. Sure, happens with every hotel. Two days later the $100 charge appears as a real charge, despite using no services connected to the room. This is totally unacceptable. We called, found out that this is their "policy", and that it would be refunded at a later date. There is NO EXCUSE for making this a real charge unless the guest has charges to the room.
- B8491FOmariep (10/5): Palace Casino is AMAZING - LOVE LOVE LOVE the Palace Casino! The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and that is just the beginning! The casino/resort is totally smoke free which is a HUGE plus for us! The casino host Michelle is the absolute BEST! The slot techs are always available and helpful….Ryan is always smiling and asking “are you still having fun”….love his positive attitude. All the girls serving free drinks and cocktails are delightful…..always walking around getting drinks for everyone with little to no waiting at all. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well suited. If you haven’t visited this casino before, please do yourself a favor and go soon!
- 211terad (8/5): This is a good ONE!!! - I checked into the hotel right before 3am, because the casino closes from 3am to 8am. I was really surprised how nice the hotel was because the building itself looks pretty plain from the outside. The first thing I noticed about the room was the bench that's connected to the T.Vs stand that's also connected to a big beautiful mirror. The view I had when I opened the window was magnificent. I saw all the beauitful water of the gulf coast as well as some luxious yachts parked on the water. The bed was really comfortable and the lights connected to the headboard were really impressive. Housekeeping did a very good job with the cleaning of the room and the bathroom. The mirrors (which there are a lot of mirrors) were spotless as well. I will definitly come back to stay at the hotel. I was more impressed with the hotel than the casino. The casino is really smalll, and there is no smoking, Guest have to go into a secluded room to smoke. Only good thing is the view from the smoking room. When you look out the door, all the beautiful water is there, and you can see the other casinos.
- Liylly (4/5): Dark, faded, decadent - We booked a two night stay in Palace Resort Casino in Biloxi , in a room with jetted tub, but I never had this room! Front desk agent told me that this type of room was not reserved by Expedia, just a standard room! I showed her the reservation , but she told me that the hotel was sold out and they couldnt provide me the room that I booked! They offered to refund me if I decided not to stay! As we are seniors and my husband drove 4 Hours to Biloxi, we decided to stay one night and check out the following morning! The manager told me that we would be refounded, but it never happened! The room was so dark, so faded, so decadent! Really depressing! A very tiny room! The hallway was so narrow! Very noisy! One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed! The only good thing about it: very clean!

However, when I complained to the front desk they did take off the cost of one night of our stay to make up for it. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. Most of the staff we interacted with were lovely. We didn’t go to gamble but use the pool facilities which were very nice. Jonah, the pool attendant, went above and beyond to accommodate us as well as the bar staff. Drinks and food were delicious!

- M2040LCmariac (10/5): Palace Casino Biloxi a must visit! - Take the casino hotel hopper to visit nearby casinos. The Palace does not look so impressive on the outside but we were amazingly surprise when we got here. Boasted as the cleanest casino & so true! There’s wipes in every slot machine . It is a non smoking casino but the smoking lounge treats the smokers w respect! Compared to other casinos, the lounge is excellent w nice lounging chairs & and an excellent view of the bay bridge, bay & docked yachts galore! Their buffet is great & worth the good price that it is!

- Anjele (8/5): September 2025 Friends Trip - Not much interaction from the hotel staff. Rooms were very dusty in some areas. Rooms would not cool regardless of what the AC was set on. Beds felt like sleeping on cardboard. No food accommodations for a gluten allergy. Had to leave the property for every meal! I left a voicemail for the Food & Beverage Manager, but he/she never returned my phone call.

- Roy (6/5): - The worst beds I’ve ever encountered. You could actually hear and feel the springs in the mattress move. This made no sense as every other aspect of the resort was excellent. They moved us to another room where the bed was slightly better but still uncomfortable. I learned from staff that this a known problem and a common complaint. We really wanted to love this casino but will stay elsewhere until they address this issue
- Paul (10/5): Always good - Always a good, solid choice in Biloxi. The rooms, although not real new, are clean, quiet, and if you book a deluxe room, very spacious. It’s worth a couple of dollars more. The only issue is that the room, although spacious, had no place to sit, just one desk chair. There’s lots of room for maybe a couple of chairs and a small table?TIP: best and most affordable buffet in Biloxi!

- Alice (2/5): Not loving this stay - Not helpful clerk upon Check in. Asked for a Quiet room not near elevator. Put me at the elevator. asked for a walk-in shower instead of tub as I just had heart surgery. Not willing to do that either. Mattress on right side facing the bed was sunken and in terrible condition.

- Fraser (8/5): - Mid week is quiet which suited us we were able to check in early, the staff without exception are excellent, can’t fault a thing about them, dealers were really helpful with novices even the pit bosses were up for a laugh. Parking was very easy, rooms were actually very good little Bit of tiredness showing through but the shower was excellent bed super comfy. Tuesday and weds quite a bit is closed but all opens up on Thursday, the BIG Advantage is the property is non smoking a real godsend as that ruined our trip to the Beau Rivage in May. We will be back!!
- Raymond (10/5): Glad we saw Biloxi - Super clean room (I was worried about smoking) no smoking at all in casino. Free self parking and easy access. Plenty of food nearby. Looks like very well maintained and room was remodeled.
