Dustin (2/5): - It was terrible, the sheets were dirty, the staff tried to charge extra for breakfast, that i did not eat, and the bathroom had mold. Overall not clean at all
phillip (2/5): - AC leaked, noisey thru out the night. Restaurant didn't have enough staff was allowing customers to order at the counter which prevented staff to take care of people sitting to give there order.

Virgilio (10/5): - Nice, well-maintained property by the water in Subic. Very friendly and helpful staff. Khanna, the owner, is a hands-on type of manager who can be seen in the property doing various work and chores and always greeting guests with a friendly smile.
Gemma (4/5): - The bathrooms are in disrepair. The bathtub/shower was so high that they provided a plastic step stool to get in and out, very unsafe no grab bars to hold onto. Our door lock was also jammed and my husband was trapped inside. . Need more help.
Archieval (2/5): - Very dirty room. Not worth staying. Fridge and AC not working. No towel in the bathroom. The 500 charge for the lost plastic key is too much. Please don’t include this property in Expedia.

Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel Stay - We were accommodated by the front desk staff immediately but I just hope that the staff at the restaurant will be mored focus on his job. Some of our orders were served late. Perhaps, because there was an event at the time. But overall the hotel experienced was ok.

Verified traveler (4/5): - NOT PWD FRIENDLY. Partially disabled, they put my room on third floor. No basic room service after 10 pm on a weekend. Loud party music till very early morning. Parking was basically in a vacant construction site across the street, not secure. Staff did not help me up to my room. Food was terrible. Took 20 minutes for my ice cream to make it to the table. Then was pretty much melted. Must have stood in counter ten minutes. TV was small. No toilet paper in room. No mini bar. Stay somewhere else.
ROBERT (8/5): Avoid the restaurant - Room was adequate. Staff not available to help with bugs up the stairs, resulting in my back being thrown out, which colored this review. A/C was noisy. 'Free dinner' was awful (3 choices, I picked the best of the three and had to peel and gut whole shrimp - ugh) but no option to exchange for breakfast. Coffee was adequate, but not overly expensive. Most staff pleasant. Kitchen staff was unhygienic operating without hairnets and every employee of the hotel wandering through the kitchen, it seemed. I would explore other options next time.

BigD (6/5): - Room not very clean on check-in. Dusty , floor not cleaned. Complained to staff and they did tidy it up. Room was very basic. Only 1 towel per person. Had to pay 50 pesos extra per towel per day if you wanted more. Staff was very pleasant and helpful when approached. Complimentary dinner was good as well as the food in general at their restaurant. No kettle, coffee maker or microwave. Would be nice when you stay for several weeks.

Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel - It is old but homey. Good for families with small kids. The manager/supervisor was accomodating and nice. The staff are respectful with a smile in their faces. There was only one thing, there was one hotel guest that has a british accent/foreigner that’s a pervert and kinda look like a pedophile who was bothering me and especially my daughter. Aside from that, overall stay is wonderful.

Rooms on the NW Lighthouse side are quieter as away from the noise coming from Pier One that seems to have live bands playing every night till 2:30am. Pool was great and staff service was fantastic but WIFI only good in some areas due the amount of metal in the building, again seemed better in room on NW side.

Hotel is clean, good service, EXCELLENT wifi (best I've experienced in a hotel in the country) and decent restaurant. Have stayed twice and will stay again.
Verified traveler (8/5): Nice and clean hotel - We love the ocean front view :) Our room is clean and neat, rest room is dry and clean. The pool is wide and enough to accommodate guests. The sea shore is very relaxing. We also enjoyed the super fast connection. Television has low signal but it's okay because the Wifi is fast. Foods are fair enough. Nothing special. We request ramp or elevator for more convenience. Overall we enjoyed and satisfied our stay. We will surely come back.

iMic88 (10/5): Great Service and Location - We've checked in there last week for overnight stay and I must say that we enjoyed the stay and the hotel staffs are friendly and accommodating. The moment I came in, I never say anything yet but they already knew who I am. I want to give credit to those two Hotel Receptionist, they are: Louie and JD, their service was very good and very helpful. Dinner is included, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends.
DEMETRIO (2/5): You can’t swim at the beach - If you want to swim on the beach DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The beach on the picture is for show only you are not allowed to swim on the beach because it’s contaminated you have to drive few minutes away in order to find a beach where you can swim. I paid the cost to be in this hotel thinking Its a beach front where I can access the beach right away it turns out that you are not allowed to swim but you are also going to be charged with environmental fee
Patrick (8/5): Acceptable hotel near the beach - The hotel was basic, but available for a good price. The service was hit or miss, but overall nothing impeded a pleasant stay. The food in the restaurant was good, and the dinner included was nice. We usually complemented it with a soup or appetizer because the included plates were a bit small.
Dave (8/5): A reasonable place to get away from Manila - Our room at Subic Park Hotel was large, clean and comfortable. We paid a little more and got a room on the beach side, with a small balcony and view overlooking the pool, beach and bay. This is not a luxury hotel but everything works and the service is good. The internet was reliable and fast enough to stream movies. The water in the shower was hot. They do not make up the room every day so you have to ask for fresh towels, or to empty your trash, but the service was fast, efficient and friendly. The pool is clean. Around the pool are tables and a couple of roofed decks where you can eat and look out at the bay. The food is excellent and plentiful--we were happy with everything we ordered and took leftovers up to our room after each dinner. Subic is not the most inviting place for a beach vacation--you can't swim in the ocean. But for a short stay and an inexpensive getaway from Manila, Subic Park Hotel was just right.
Sean (10/5): Wonderful family holiday - Absolutely loved this hotel, we were often the only people in the pool. Staff were great, room cleaned daily was absolutely spotless. Shower was powerful and hot. Location couldn't be better, right on the sea front. Lots of local bars and restaurants close by and walking distance to huge shopping mall. Breakfast was ok and the wifi was a little hit or miss. Note that the price indicated for return airport transfer is actually only one way, however we were still happy with the service and would visit again.

Robin (8/5): Position, position. - Hotel on the sea front , next to all the restaraunts and bars. Hotel is kept in spotless condition, as well as the room. The room had a window aircon but cooled down the room very quickly as it was a new one. Bathroom had a great shower , veey good water pressure, and all essentials like tooth brush included.
Ma. Arlenie (8/5): Good Enough - I'm not expecting too much which is why I was satisfied. The receptionist is very accommodating. Room is satisfactory but clean. Good enough to have a nice sleep after strolling the whole day. Water in the shower is good and easy to navigate. Pool is good enough to dip. Though, much better if debris from the trees surrounding it may be remove every now and then. Wifi is fast. The set meal breakfast is okay. Location is very good. It is near the new Royal Subic Duty Free and restaurants are everywhere.
