- chihyu (8/5): - 離羽田機場很近，而且同時有濱松町站接單軌電車或地下鐵大門站也可以搭淺草線到機場，都很方便，才十幾分鐘！單人房是略小，即使是上掀式行李箱打開的話都會有點難過道，但也還可以，每天都會來清潔，附近也有全家和不少餐廳～ 水槽位置太低，鏡子的位置也是偏低，洗手和照鏡子需彎腰(但這點應該是無法改善)

In a double room, the shower room was great for getting everything situated with a separate toilet room for the second person to use if showering. I didn't stay for breakfast to see what it was like but that's a me problem <3

The location is very close to Hamamatsucho's elevator exit which is a bonus when arriving with luggage. Nice spacious room that was clean and extremely nice shower head in the bathroom. Very luxurious feel. Comfortable room. Some layout of the room was a little strange. Sink is in the main room so the toilet can be a separate area. Kind of annoying to open 2 doors to access the mini fridge, would just prefer it to be visible. The dimming light was great but kind of annoying that it would go back to brightest setting after being turned off.

- Yoshihiro (8/5): ゆっくりさせていただきました。 - お風呂とトイレが別になっていて、お風呂にしっかり洗い場があること。日本人の普通の暮らしを考えると至極当然なのに、できていないビジネスホテルが9割超だと思うので、拍手喝采です。 立地は、駅近で周辺にコンビニやカフェも多く素晴らしいです。 もう少しお部屋が広いと良いのですが、立地と価格から仕方ないですかね。

- Maria (9/5): My third time in this hotel - I love this business hotel for work. A perfect breakfast- very tasty. Huge choice of amenities, you can choose your pillow downstairs as well. Staff mostly very friendly. Especially a girl (who is Korean) I can’t remember her name now. She speaks very good English and she is so helpful and friendly! The tool is very small and no Space to put things. But it’s a business hotel, it’s ok.

Distance from the station was also less than a 5 minute walk, which is easy even in the rain. The breakfast also has a good bit of variety and some of the offerings change slightly from day-to-day; all you have to do is tell them your room number.

- CHIA-LING (10/5): - 地點好，山手線濱松町站出來往南找世界貿易中心的出口，此出口有電梯，步行約三分鐘內可抵達飯店，飯店格局規劃很好，兩個大行李都可以打開，飯店浴室配上非常高等級的蓮蓬頭，房間吸頂燈的光線也讓人感到舒適，一樓備品齊全，貼心到連漱口水、護手霜、面膜、各種入浴劑都準備，以後飛羽田機場必定回訪。

- Diane (9/5): Great quiet location— great sleep! Comfy bed - The room was more spacious than the other two rooms that I stayed in while I was in Tokyo. The sink is located outside the bathroom and the toilet had its own room and the shower/tub also had its own room which was nice. The distance to the daimon station and hamamatsucho was great! Both stations had elevators if you need it. I felt safe walking in the area at night and there were some food options that opened a bit late even though they aren’t the best but at least it’s there. You can also get free sheet mask for your face and scented bath salts for your bath. It was very quiet and I never ran into anyone on my floor. I had a great view of the city which I liked. I enjoyed the tv right in front of the bed. The floor in front of my door had hairs when I checked in .. they may need to be better about vacuuming. The pillow I got from the pillow bar smelled like cigarettes. I got another one the next day but it still smelled a little of cigarettes.

- Hayann (9/5): - 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 하마마쓰초 역과 다이몬 역 중간에 위치해서 어느 지역으로든 이용하기 편했습니다. 체크인 때도 직원들이 매우 친절하게 응대해주셨고 세탁기 사용 때 작은 문제도 곧바로 처리해주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 객실 청소 상태도 좋았고 다른 객실의 소음도 잘 차단되어서 조용히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 일본 호텔 객실의 크기가 작다는 점은 이미 잘 알고 있지만, 이 호텔의 경우 화장실과 세면대, 샤워실이 전부 따로 분리된 구조라서 실제 사용 가능 면적이 조금 좁게 느껴졌습니다.

- Nikolaos (8/5): Tolles Hotel, mit super Lage! - Die Lage vom Hotel war perfekt. Die Station, war nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und man hatte viele leckere Restaurants in der Nähe. Weiterhin gab es viele Konbini in der Nähe. Das Personal war super freundlich und das Zimmer wurde auch immer sauber gemacht. Es ist jetzt kein großer Negativpunkt und wir wussten es schon vor unserer Reise nach Japan, aber das Zimmer ist für 2 Personen mit Koffer schon klein. Es ist etwas "aufwendiger", wenn man mit 2 großen Koffern dort ankommt.

- Lindia (5/5): Séjour agréable sans plus - La situation géographique très proche (max 10 minutes à pied) d'une station de métro et de la gare JR d'Hamamatsucho (Monorail pour l'aéroport d'Hanéda) Le principal point noir de cette chambre était le manque de vue sur l'extérieur (et c'est la même chose pour toutes). La fenêtre donnait sur un mur et un film opaque venait encore assombrir la chambre. Le personnel ne parle que le japonais
- Junko (8/5): Excellent Hotel, Great Staff, Outstanding Service. Highly recommend this hotel to all travelers. - Staff was excellent, Customer Service VERY good. Everybody was polite, courteous, attentive and kind. Hotel's location is perfect. Rooms are comfortable although a little smaller than they appear online, good for one person but if two, would feel a bit crowded. Very clean and very comfortable though. Breakfast. Food was good, selection of items was good but this felt like a limited breakfast for what you pay. When travelling I always book rooms with Breakfast Plan but in this case, I don't recommend it. Next time here, I would book room without Breakfast, pay less for the room & eat breakfast outside the hotel. Again - food was prepared well, it was delicious but too little for what I paid.

- Johanna (9/5): solid option with easy access to monorail, yamanote and metro - staff was really friendly and attentive at reception and breakfast room liked the separate toilet and shower/bath extremely close to the monorail which is reachable via escalator room is extremely small and as the vanity is in the room itself there is even less space, not sure how two people are supposed to manage not the hotels fault but as it’s a business district there is not much around

- junNV5 (7/5): 東京での快適なホテル。 - 朝食はとても美味しかったです。トイレと風呂が独立していて快適でした。エアコンの効きが良く快適でした。 窓の外が隣のビルの外壁でしたので景色を楽しみにしていましたが何も見えなくて残念でした。

- Lee (9/5): Very comfortable stay, I would choose hotel again!! - I am impressed with the cleanliness and the thoughtfulness this hotel has put into making their guests comfortable. I could choose my pillow height, get extra blankets, borrow certain items like Iron boards, and choose skincare, haircare products from a well-equipped product bar. Everything I needed to make my stay comfortable was in the room including a small fridge. The breakfast was lovely - mostly Japanese cuisine - for someone with milk allergy, this has been very helpful. Highly recommend for solo travelling/business and perhaps a couple. Space, however, is limited in the room.

- Breno (10/5): Ótimo hotel com boa localização - O quarto era muito confortável e o banheiro era muito bom. Os funcionários do hotel são muito simpáticos e prestativos. A localização era muito boa, perto da estação e com restaurantes por perto.
- HARUMI (9/5): 快適だったので、また泊まりたいです - JR浜松町駅も大門駅も近いし、とにかくお部屋がとても快適でした。やはりバストイレ別、独立の洗面台はとても有難かったです。東京観光は歩くのでホテルで湯船に浸かれるのは疲れも取れ最高でした。アメニティに入浴剤もありましたが帰る時に気付いたので、次また機会があった時は使いたいと思います

- Roger (8/5): Ein gelungener Aufenthalt - Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage unweit des Bahnhofs Hamamatsu-cho. Dadurch gute Anbindung an das Metro- und Bahnsystem. Sehr freundlicher Service, Zimmergröße ausreichend für japanische Verhältnisse. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks war mehr für asiatische Gewohnheiten, warmes Speisen und Fischgerichte.
