- Keith (8/5): Affordable and comfortable for solo travel - The staff here are very friendly, and are extremely helpful in fulfilling my requests! The room is also clean! The hotel is near the station, if you exit from the South exit. It is also pretty affordable, considering Uguisudani is close to Ueno and Akihabara. The room is extremely small, making it hard to put down any large luggage for packing, so I’ll only recommend this hotel for those solo travelers who are traveling light!

- Juan Carlos (7/5): - La ubicación al lado de la estación Uguisudani de JR y que hay de todo para comer en la zona. El personal bien y la habitación si bien chica tenía todo. El hotel como buen business tiene lavandería, vending machine y desayuno. Las camas son una PIEDRA, es como dormir en el piso. Y lo peor es el desayuno, de 6.30 a 9 pero a las 8 o quizá antes ya no tienen NADA. Una mañana llegué a las 7.45 y tenían 3 cositas y ya casi terminadas. Les pedí aunque sea algo de pan y me dijeron el famoso "sold out". Cómo no van a calcular lo mínimo para poder desayunar bien hasta las 9? Asíque tengan en cuenta q en mi caso de 7 noches que estuve, 5 días tuve que desayunar afuera.

- Keiko (10/5): 居心地の良いホテル - ホテルは駅から近く、スタッフの皆様は親切丁寧で部屋は清潔でとても居心地が良かったです。朝食は毎日メニューが変わって大満足でした。とにかく自分に合った100点満点のホテルです。 床のスペースがあまり広くなくスーツケースを広げるのに手間がかかってしまいました。

- TZUYI (5/5): - 有早餐的優點就是可以確保自己吃到菜...附近機能也還不錯，走路10分鐘有大超市、唐吉訶德。車站也都在不遠處。 房間的電燈開關在不方便的地方，房間除了入口處門開關的地方，只有一條L型狹窄的走道。 雖然是小地方，也沒有影響我使用狀況，但房務中間清掃的時候都會漏掉一些東西沒用：回收垃圾沒收、沒給廁所的垃圾袋、沒刷馬桶...^^; 入住的時候會再收費住宿稅＠＠a（不太懂為什麼不能和booking系統一起收？！）

- Jana-Carina (7/5): Gutes Hotel in guter Lage - Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Sie haben uns geholfen, unser Gepäck nach Kyoto weiter zu schicken. Auch die Damen, die das Frühstück gemacht haben, waren sehr nett! Außerdem hat uns gefallen, dass die U-Bahn-Station der Yamanote Linie direkt um die Ecke ist. Das Zimmer war leider so klein, dass es keine Möglichkeit gab einen Koffer zu öffnen - außer auf dem Bett. Danach musste man den Koffer wieder schließen und in die Ecke stellen. Das war leider ganz schön umständlich.

- Rita (7/5): Gut angebunden aber klein - Das Hotel ist sehr gut angebunden. Zur Begrüßung erhält man Schlafanzüge kostenlos, die sehr bequem sind. Es gab einen gratis Service für Luggage Storage, sodass wir am Abreisetag noch die Stadt erkunden konnten und vor dem Abflug bequem die Koffer holen konnten. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein. Wir konnten unsere Handgepäckkoffer nicht mal richtig öffnen. Das Bett hatte nur eine Decke. Es gab keine Aussicht und man konnte nicht lüften. Die Lüftung im Bad hatte keinen Effekt.
- Miho (8/5): - 宿泊費が高い時期の中では安く選択しました。駅からの移動には徒歩だと階段があるため、移動困難な方には余りおすすめしません。 朝食は、思ったより豊富（朝食付き）で美味しかったです。スタッフさんの接客サービスも良かったです。 室内は、ベットが大きく、室内の大部分を占めキャリーケースを広げるスペースがありませんでした。ただし、低価格でしたし、アメニティも揃っていたので、個人的には許容でき、トータル満足です。

The staff having little to no English knowledge were still very helpful. The breakfast was quite good, felt healthy and delicious. It definitely has the feel of a home cooked meal. The rooms were very clean. The rooms are cramped but that is typical of Tokyo. The washing machine was unfortunately not in operation while we were there.

Very helpful even with us knowing very little Japanese, check out and in went very smooth. The bed was a bit hard for my liking, and the room a bit small.

- Wan (7/5): Clean and comfortable. Basic. - Location, close to station. There is breakfast provided. The toilet did not have a bin. Compared to other business hotels, the amenities were fewer and only one pillow was given but it’s a small thing. Breakfast only until 9am, had to wake up early.
