- Michaëla (8/5): Séjour très agréable - Deuxième séjour dans un hôtel Toyoko Inn et je suis encore une fois très satisfaite : personnel très accueillant, chambre propre, services pratiques et emplacement proche des transports. Rien à redire.

- Batuhan (10/5): Çalışanlar ve imkanlar oldukça iyiydi. Tekrar gelirsem yine tercih ederiz - Tesisin imkanları oldukça iyi ve yeterliydi. Konum olarak metro istasyonuna yakın her yere kolaylıkla ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Popüler olan diğer otellerden daha geniş ve daha iyiydi. Su kahve makineleri yeterli keşke tüm otellerimizi Toyoko olarak alsaydık. Odaları da geniş. Beğenmediğimiz bir yönü yoktu.

- Tatjana (10/5): - Alles war voll in Ordnung. Selbst Hotel befindet sich in sehr guter Position von Osaka. Das Personal sehr nett, aber ist typisch für Japaner. Leider nur Paar Reception Mitarbeiter reden " ein bisschen " Englisch. Ich habe mich gewundert, da im Hotel viele Ausländer waren. Bei Feuer Alarm in der Nacht der automatischer Lautsprecher hat die klare Hinweise gegeben, dass man bis weitere Informationen im Zimmer bleiben muss. Der Mitarbeiter aus der Reception hat den Lautsprecher übernommen und hat unklar auf Englisch die weitere Informationen gegeben. Es war die Katastrophe, da man gar nixs verstehen konnte. Wir waren am 7. Stock. Am nächsten Tag habe ich die Mitarbeiterin aus der Reception angesprochen und darauf hingewiesen, dass 24 Stunden in solchem Hotel, wo viele Ausländer gibt's, muss unbedingt einer Mitarbeiter sein, der vernünftig Englisch sprechen und lesen kann. Die Managerin des Hotels hat sich entschuldigt. Das Zimmer: sehr sauber, komfortabel , aber nur ein Kissen zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, leider war Deswegen sehr unbequem. Egal. Frühstück: keine Kommentare. Habe mehr für den Auswahl erwartet. Aber da wir durch Japan gereist haben, haben wir mitbekommen dass mittlerweile überall das gleiche Problem ist. Deswegen auch: egal. Im Hall gibt's kostenloser Kaffee und Wasser, was wirklich ganz gut war. Ich gebe trotzdem 10, da im großen und ganzen Alles nicht schlecht war und wir lieben Japan und Japaner. Vielen Dank trotzdem an ganzes Personal, besonders von Housekeeping für unsere schöne Aufenthalt. 1. Sehr wenige Englisch Sprechende Mitarbeiter 2. Frühstück

- Ulaygui (8/5): Great place for the value and train within walking distance. - We really enjoyed the breakfast and the unlimited coffee. This was the only place to get unlimited coffee. LOL. The bed is firm which concerned me at first but surprisingly enough it wasn't too bad. I did have to request a 2nd pillow in order to get some comfort for my legs. I wish there were more laundry machines and the clothes dryer takes forever to dry clothes. If you get desperate, there is a coin laundry within walking distant from the hotel. That is a good alternative.

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. - It was under 10 minutes walk to metro station and I found it easy to travel about the area. There were tourists staying but also lots of ‘men in suits’ - I saw afterwards that it is advertised as a ‘business hotel’. Washing machine facilities really good. Coffee and drinks machine available in foyer. The room price was very reasonable and facilities good for a budget hotel. Breakfast was a bit difficult for someone who doesn’t eat meat. Others seemed happy with it.

Breakfast selection was also convenient, and the staff was helpful. The staff doesn't speak English well, so expect some communication difficulties. It was not problem for us, but if you have complex needs, be prepared for it.
