- Ssu-hsiang (1/5): 東橫INN一直是我的最佳首選，但對於外來旅客的語言能力（特別是英語）應加強 - 地點方便，可自助入住，有免費盥洗用品 入住時，因圖片上的房型（雙床房）與描述不符；反應後櫃檯人員說這張照片是Booking.com平台選的，不是他們自己放的；並且要求要現場加價才能換到照片上的房型，令人感受不佳，一直把問題推給訂房平台系統問題，覺得有受騙的感覺；而對於加價換房型的費用也是不一致，一開始說約加價4000日圓，後續又說4830日圓；該房間位於頂樓，不曉得是不是因為電梯的關係，一直是處於晃動的狀態，睡眠狀態不佳，希望能改善。
