- 仁美 (6/5): - スタッフさんが丁寧に対応してくださった。対応してくださったスタッフさんは初心者マークをつけていたが、とても丁寧でいい対応だった。感謝している。 また、駅からも近く、繁華街からも近いので、夕食等困らなかったし、治安面でも何ら問題はない。 遠鉄にも乗りやすかったし、浜松駅にも近く便利でした。 宿そのものというよりも、同じフロアの宿泊客さんが少し騒がしく、夜中に何度か大きな音がした。 それ以上に暴走音がきになった。浜松ならではなのか、夜中に爆音の暴走音が響いて、一瞬起こされた。これは宿というより、土地柄だと思う。

- Kaori (5/5): - 喫煙ルームから禁煙ルームに快く変えていただいたのでとても嬉しかったです。 隣の駐車場に入らない車だったのでどうすれば良いか聞いたら向かいの立体駐車場を案内され ホテルのフロントにいえば14時間無料と聞いたのに 実際はフロントに申し出ても普通に帰ればいいと言われ実際に思っていたより高く駐車場の支払いをしたので 案内がよくわからなかった。
